Hello. I would like to introduce myself. I am Sassy. I am new to these boards, but have been receiving the Worthy News Devotionals for two years. I am happy to be here. I won't pretend to know what I am doing here, as I am pretty green when it comes to navigating my way around discussion forums. I am a Christian, and realize that the only way I am going to get to Heaven is through the sacrifice that the only begotten Son of God made on my behalf. I believe in what the Bible says. I trust the Word of God. I am an optimist, who believes God wins ultimately. If we're on His side we share with Him the benefits of His ultimate victory. Even before I believed in Jesus as my Savior, I read the book of Revelations during a really hard time in my life, and found hope, joy and victory in it. I believe God uses our trials to make us stronger. Politically, I am pro-life. I believe God holds the scales of justice and the economy in His hands. It is His blessings we must seek, if we want to see good things in those arenas. That is why I do not feel it is wrong to be a "single issues voter" when it comes to pro-life. Get God's blessing and everything else falls in place. I look forward to getting to know you.
