I posted my prayer request because of my discouragement and got alot of confirmation immediatly following my post and onto today. 1.) The name of the child I'm hoping to adopt (a name God gave me some time ago) suddenly appeared everywhere, several times in almost everything I read as well as the french variation of that name. 2.) Today the pastor spoke about in his sermon how deliverance, answers to pray can seem to take a long time, but when they happen it's fast. He spoke about the frustration and discouragement experienced as well. It was so on target. Joseph was one of his analogies about waiting on one's dreams. He spent years in slavery and in prison with no hope of having his dreams fulfilled. 3.) I recieved confirmation through the words of people posting about things I had considered. I have felt a call to missions and have felt the call to mother many. I am very much encouraged! |
