a day too late - Worthy Christian Forums

Blessings!
i am sitting here in physical misery yet my heart is soaring for the lesson the Lord taught me about this because i was at least a day too late.

chills ,fever ,shaky, very queezy, dizzy,- i can not get warm no matter how hard i try why? because it was too late. i could have had the flu shot last week or the week before but i waited and waited because i did not want to " waste the time on a trip to the drs." afterall the flu has not been going around not yet .... i still had time.
ironically the Lord used this day the day that i finally got my flu shot to show me how good intention and inaction can lead people to be a day too late. thank You Lord (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)

there are so many more important things that we can procrastinate on till it is a day to late.
have you told your family and friends that you loved them? have you hugged them? have you forgiven someone who had wronged you? have you asked forgiveness from someone you have wronged. have you shared the gospel with the people in your sphere strangers acquaitences alike? have you given your heart to the Lord? have you saught to be in His Will and to come to know HIm washing your mind with His Word? on this day before it is too late?

Sorry about the flu bug but its just a reminder of these failing human bodies (oh cant wait for my new one someday) I love when the Lord speaks to us like this...Only the Lord can do that! LOL
