It has been said that millions upon millions of so-called "church" members today in America never hear a word in the pulpit concerning the Jewish State, Israel, and what the Bible has to say about it in the Old Testament prophecies. The people who patronize these churches are included in your mainstream Christian denominations and are totally left in the dark. In fact, these same churches believe that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, who is the God of the Jewish people whom Christians know as Jesus Christ, believe that God himself is through with the Jewish people and the State of Israel, and that the Jewish people are no longer His chosen people and they no longer are part of God's bigger plan of Salvation, and endorse and support the enemies of the Jewish State of Israel This is what is called "Replacement Theology", in simple words, meaning the Christian "church" has replaced Israel and God's promises in the Old Testament are no longer relevant to the Jews and Israel, and has its roots in antisemitism.

The leaders and members of these churches haven't a clue in understanding the extreme importance concerning what is happening in the world today as it concerns Israel, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Turkey and other Middle East countries or the formation of the EU as it relates to ISRAEL and the Jewish people. If you are a member of any of these churches, you know what I am talking about. You won't hear a word about this in your congregation. And if you happen to mention it to any of the members, they will look at you with a blank stare on their face, or tell you it is no longer relevent, or change the subject, or tell you you don't know what you are talking about.

Among the denominational churches are the Roman Catholic Church, Presbyterian Church USA, The Lutheran Church and Evangelican Luthern Church, The United Methodist Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints, The Episcopal Church, and many many of your so-called evangelican Christian churches, just to name a few, but there are many more. These churches are in fact, dead churches because God has not forgotten about His promises to Israel and the Jews, according to biblical Old Testament prophecy, and the Jews are still God's chosen people. Israel, in fact is God's time clock and all of the events we see taking place in the Middle East nations involve Israel and the Jews and is the number one political agenda for all of the world's power leaders.

It is a sad fact that most of the church currently endorses Replacement Theology ie: that it has removed from Israel, as a nation, God's original Covenants with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob which promised to their descendants a central position in God's everlasting program concerning the affairs of the human race and the destiny of our world, and attributed those promises to the church which is born again believers.

The Word of God, itself, is sufficient witness to this truth concerning Israel and its importance for every believer. If we lack this knowledge we do not have the WHOLE COUNSEL OF GOD and therefore cannot discern the times we are living in.. MUCH OF ISRAEL RELATED BIBLICAL PROPHECY IS UNFOLDING BEFORE OUR EYES IN OUR GENERATION .A main reason why much of the church is weak and ineffective in its ministry today is lack of this knowledge. The church cannot wholly appropriate the Ministry of the Holy Spirit without embracing the whole counsel of God as set forth in His Word. In measure, the church is currently reaping something of the essence of what Revelation 22: 18 - 19 has to say about changing the Word of God . I think if you prayerfully read Romans Chapters 9,10 and 11, you will have a good foundation from which to further develop your grasp of this truth.

One point I disagree on you about. You said:

The church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints is NOT a Christian church. It is NOT a denomination of Christianity. They are a cult who preach a different gospel.

For the rest, I agree. Mainstream Christians are being taught replacement theology. Praise the Lord that He opened up my eyes to the truth.

Although I would agree with your assessment of the situation, we can't allow ourselves to see them as "enemies". They have over 2,000 years of bad teaching to overcome and it won't be done without the Holy Spirit revealing this to them.

So we must be patient...most of them have never heard the words "replacement theology" so it is going to take patience, grace, and perseverence to help them.

Yes, Ayin, the Latter Days church is definitely a cult, but still "considered" one of your mainstrean American churches with millions of members, and they teach replacement theology and that is why I included them. J.W, another mainstream church and also a cult, teaches replacement theology. You have to ask yourself now if these mainstream denominations that call themselves "Christian Churches" are in fact a Christian church because of their cultic teachings; and replacement theology is definitely not taught in the Holy Scriptures. Any denomination that teaches replacement theology is definitely out of touch with the Scriptures, and the Holy Spirit cannot be present in such a church giving His blessing over it because the true Church of Jesus Christ, his body, has the indwelling Holy Spirit living in them.

Somehow I think this fits here:

Matthew 21: 33-46
Parable of the Evil Farmers
Now listen to another story. A certain landowner planted a vineyard, built a wall around it, dug a pit for pressing out the grape juice, and built a lookout tower. Then he leased the vineyard to tenant farmers and moved to another country. At the time of the grape harvest, he sent his servants to collect his share of the crop. But the farmers grabbed his servants, beat one, killed one, and stoned another. So the landowner sent a larger group of his servants to collect for him, but the results were the same.
Finally, the owner sent his son, thinking, "Surely they will respect my son."

But when the tenant farmers saw his son coming, they said to one another, "Here comes the heir to this estate. Come on, let's kill him and get the estate for ourselves!" So they grabbed him, dragged him out of the vineyard, and murdered him.

When the owner of the vineyard returns, Jesus asked, "what do you think he will do to those farmers?"

The religious leaders replied, "He will put the wicked men to a horrible death and lease the vineyard to others who will give him his share of the crop after each harvest."

Then Jesus asked them, "Didn't you ever read this in the Scriptures?

'The stone that the builders rejected
has now become the cornerstone.
This is the Lord's doing,
and it is wonderful to see.'

I tell you, the Kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a nation that will produce the proper fruit. Anyone who stumbles over that stone will be broken to pieces, and it will crush anyone it falls on."

When the leading priests and Pharisees heard this parable, they realized he was telling the story against them--they were the wicked farmers. They wanted to arrest him, but they were afraid of the crowds, who considered Jesus to be a prophet.

This "nation" is comprised of Gentiles AND Jews.

who were these crowds if not the jews?

Yeshua was speaking against the religious leaders...but not against the jews.

The Kingdom is for everyone but that doesn't mean that the jews have been rejected because that view would cause a contradiction with the rest of scripture.

:whistling: Very good article. My pastor has been on about this for a while now; his line is, "G-d is not finished with Israel yet."

Certainly the Jews have not been rejected.

But anything which takes our eyes of Christ alone for salvation replacing it with modern day political junk is not of Christ. Jews certainly are welcome to become one with their Savior, who God brought forth from them. But I don't buy that there is anything in this worry about "replacement" theology which does not really exist. ANYBODY who does not accept Christ as their Savior and have faith in Him as GOD, is indeed outside of His grace and certainly has no part in the Kingdom of God, and indeed has been replaced if they ever were part of that Kingdom, by their lack of faith they have removed themselves. As Christ said He indeed is a stumbling block for them.

There is no separate path to salvation outside of faith in Christ, there is no "side deal" for Jewish people who reject Christ and happen to live in the nation state of modern Israel. Christ is the covenant; Christ fulfills ALL promises to the Jewish people, to deny that is to deny Christ and the faith.
