    • What about Super-foods?
When we are sick, they help us to heal. When we are in good health, they help to preserve it. So they are really good. Naturally occurring food are neither overrated nor over marketed. But certain processed foods are promoted as super food which is questionable. Not all plants grow in all corners of the world. So they are processed and are sold and people can experience its benefits. We cannot produce everything on our own. So processed foods are unavoidable. We must be careful when we buy them though. But nothing can beat the freshly grown. i have heard somewhere. "The nutrient of the food is directly proportional to the distance of the producer and the consumer."

Well said. Do you think that they are really good for us because we are run down, or because they have health boosting factors? Do you think that some 'super foods' are overrated and over marketed? For instance, how does processing a fresh berry and stamping it into dry pills do any good?

A brand new car, came with the manual, that was subsequently tossed away by the owner. It went beautifully for about a year, then smoke started to come out of the wrong end, and the thing ended up on the side of the road. Of course, this is the right time to call on the manufacturer, and either curse or really beg for help. Somehow an understanding may be reached after the car is back on the road, that following the manual to the letter is not a bad idea. If the manufacturer and the model is still the same since Adam, Moses and Daniel, don't you think what God recommended to them is valid for us?

Sure that is a common view.   But it is wrong.   The Holy Spirit is referred to as "He" in the new testament.     The Holy Spirit must be in the world for persons to be saved, receive Jesus, during the great tribulation. The fundamental problem I see in understanding verse 7, is that translations other than the KJV use the term restrains - which people when reading that verse - assume there is a "restrainer".    And that notion gets embedded in their head. So people look for a fit as who is the "restrainer".   The two most popular responses is Michael, and the Holy Spirit. But it is actually Jesus who is allowing (letteth) the mystery of iniquity to take place, as people were leaving Christianity.  All the way until the church, the body of Christ, is taken out of the world.     Grammatically speaking, my interpretation of verse 6 and 7 is same as that of the greek gender wise. In verse 6 - neuter In verse 7 - masculine       I\
