    • WHATS SO IMPORTANT ABOUT THE SABBATH AND ITS TRUE DAY?
I appreciate the explanation, and from a Biblical and spiritual perspective, I understand why God is definitely the Father and why Joseph could not be. However, there is some legitimate reason there is a lineage mentioned of Joseph.  We know that Joseph was not Jesus' true father, but those who knew him from a boy, the leaders and others referred to Him as Joseph's son.  So would it not have been important to use Joseph's lineage to give that human legal lineage?  If you think not, can you give a good reason why such pains were taken in Matthew to state this is the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham? It is interesting to me that in Mt.1:16, the genealogy changes from the listing of "father of" when it mentions Joseph.  It states, "Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, of whom Jesus was born."  Is it here that the legal lineage can be supported, for Jesus' humanity?  With such an emphasis on Joseph's lineage being Jesus' genealogy, right off the bat, in Chapter One of Matthew, there has to be some importance and significance.
    • Creation and an Old Earth - One Possibility
According to several online lexicons, the word "Eret" can also mean earth (planet) as well as land.
    • Teenagers Obsessed with Occult Gaming/TV/Movies
Thank you for this...it's excellent to remember what calls us to common sense as well as wisdom from above. I am storing this in my heart. It's a time of great darkness and the encroachment of the enemy upon our own territory. There's such a war going on - one that is surely invisiable and difficult to understand because so much of it occurs visually. Be at peace, and again, thank you....   Amen, Cletus I agree whole heartedly. I did that kinda stuff a long, long time ago (30 years ago) and I can barely remember what we were doing. I didn't take it very serious so I didn't get too thrilled with it. I thought the role playing was boring. I just didn't care for it al all. I'm  not into gaming but now the old fashioned ones like Pac Man was one I did enjoy. Have a good night I'm going to bed.
    • ISIS to attack US This Year
I think the implication that to be a "devout " Muslim means you have to be like ISIS is as faulty as saying a devout Christian has to be like the LRA.
    • 22 Hard Questions for Pre-Tribbers
Actually, so many people have left the pre trib camp, like me, so many are examining the scriptures.  Obviously some people are still interpreting scripture through their pastor's eyes, like John McArthur, and can't believe he can be wrong. Some honestly believe the scriptures say what they believe.  You can't force someone to believe but the Holy Spirit can illuminate where there is darkness.  (Timing is everything too.)
