Problem is, though, that that article is 99% not true. You say that we can't prove its not true...but the reality is its pretty much been proven. That article makes it sound like there's some sort of "conspiracy" that someone is "covering up" Atlantis, in fact that article pretty much only appears on conspiracy sites-sites that have already ruined their reputation spreading bigger lies then this.
And for there to be a conspiracy there typically needs to be a reason...why would anyone want to "cover up" something of this nature. Atlantis, if it was real would be a huge archaeological break through. It's existence would not validate anything in the Bible, nor upset the order of things, it would be simply a archeological breakthrough. There is absolutely no reason to cover it up.
Now if whatever those scientists found wasn't Atlantis, but perhaps a sunken top secret nuclear sub, sell now we have a valid reason for a cover up. It would explain why national geographic never followed through with it. That actually makes sense. But saying they found Atlantis, but it's being covered up is ridiculous.
Fact is, the above article is a fabrication. They used the oldest trick in the book-mix in a little bit of truth and mix it with a lot of imagination. The serpent used that method with Eve with excellent results, and its been repeatedly used throughout the ages with stunning results every time.
Add into that, at the time of Plato's existence, no one knew where the Bermuda triangle was ir that it even existed. It was on the wrong side of the globe. How would Plato, know about a city, on the other side of the earth?
Now, do you have any independent evidence that there might be a sunken city in the Bermuda triangle? Something other then a article that is 99% dime store novel.
Its a bit hard to do research on something that allegedly does not exist isn't it. So, when people read things like these, or similar;
"Two scientists, Paul Weinzweig and Pauline Zalitzki, working off the coast of Cuba and using a robot submersible, have confirmed that a gigantic city exists at the bottom of the ocean.
The site of the ancient city — that includes several sphinxes and at least four giant pyramids plus other structures — amazingly sits within the boundries of the fabled Bermuda Triangle.
According to a report Arclein of Terra Forming Terra Cuban Subsea Pyramid Complex, the evidence points to the city being simultaneously inundated with rising waters and the land sinking into the sea. This correlates exactly with the Atlantis legend."
They can either believe it or not.
Sadly, I have had many people over the years say to me that the Bible is nothing more than a bunch of fairy tales written by many fruitloops over many years and people who believe it have rocks in their heads. I believe the Bible, do I have rocks in my head?
