    • What happened when Maine required adult food stamp recipients to work
No one is saying that. It seems what the law did was scare off the no children able bodied accepter of stamps. If I'm understanding correctly.
    • Short Post
Even though it's a different approach, I can totally get behind the attempt to make posts shorter and more concise.  That is the subject from what I understand.
    • who is God?
Well, to be fair this site is about communication. Word definitions are crucial for clear communication. And communication was thwarted by God Himself at the Tower of Babel; so it's difficult enough express ourselves well. When someone takes the time to clarify the words people use and their communication... it should indicate they care, not seem as though they're causing confusion, dissention and deception. Perhaps you're confusing the issue because you lack God's gifting of discernment and love yourself? You should pray for these.
    • fulfilled feasts
We have already discussed that the Pharisees held a wide range of beliefs. But, since you are saying that some people or some groups are Pharisaical, and that has been a consistent term, I had to define 'Pharisaical' as it is not a biblical term. l used the scriptural term of Judaizers, which is one group, forcing another group to act the way they want the other group to act. In scripture, a  lot of the differences were ethnic and cultural. Gentiles in scripture, did not have to live like the Jewish people to be accepted by God. And today, Jewish people do not have to live like Gentiles to be acceptable to God. The French people do not have to live like Germans, and the Native Americans do not have to live like the Chinese.

What Sister has been trying to express is that brevity is the soul of wit (from Shakespeare's Hamlet). Hopefully that's not too dry.
