Heavenly Father, mot gracious and merciful God, we ask Your blessing on Your servant, known to us as Redwood Lady. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon her, fill her with Your Spirit and give her strength as she recovers from her surgery. We ask Your guidance and blessing on the doctors and medical staff who are treating her. We rejoice in the fellowship of the Blessed Virgin, St Mary, St Luke the patron of surgeons and physicians, and all the saints, and strengthened by their intercession we offer You our prayer in the name of Your Son, our Saviour, Jesus Christ, who healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, and cured the lame so that they leapt for joy. Amen. Lord have mercy.
That is a very good point, the fake cinnamon is irritating to the body, similar to common black pepper, except not quite as bad as pepper on the stomach.
So what are the benefits of the genuine, and would you call it a super food or just a good additive?
I was asking a question and not stipulating an ascendancy to Divinity.
When Israel failed the Lord, who would He choose to be His witnesses in place of them? Who would He give His gifts to? That is what I wanted to say in the context of Israel being cast away.
It is not a political issue of Israel then or now, but of a failed relationship, and the Lord was saying through the Apostle, that He hopes that their failure will be a lesson for their salvation, and not destruction, and that the gospel to the Gentiles would encourage them about what God had always wanted to teach them.
I hope this weekend to finish the book on Enoch I'm reading and start on a book on DNA. Besides that, I'm going to enjoy my 3-day weekend with my wife, dogs and fixing my car, if the relay comes from Amazon comes in time. I really appreciate Amazon's breath of products, customer reviews and quality service. I might even get some shooting done at the range. Hope you all have a safe Memorial Day weekend.
"Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. [NASB, John 15:13]
How much more is the love of Jesus for us that He laid down His life for us who were not yet His friends? And let us never forget this Memorial Day the ultimate sacrifice of our men and women in service to this country, who put their lives on-hold, and on the line for all of us. God bless them, their families and friends.
Let us remember on this 3-day weekend those of us whose family members and friends have made the ultimate sacrifice for our safety. To all the men and women in service to this country, both on the battlefield and serving in some support capacity, I solute you, and respectfully ask God to bless you and your families for your service, in Jesus name I pray.
