One man's bully is another's aggressive winner.  It's all about perception.
    • 22 Hard Questions for Pre-Tribbers
Paul is a believer like us, existing before the tribulation. Am I right?  So whatever rapture he is expecting applies to us too, am I right?   Yet in 1 Corinthians 15 this rapture that he describes includes a last trumpet and receiving resurrection bodies. Yet you say the rapture "has no trumpet".     The rapture DOES have a trumpet. 1 Corinthians 15 describes this rapture that we are to expect as having a trumpet.

Once again, I've no idea what you're talking about.  The PreTrib Rapture occurs before the start of the GT.  Clearly this is referring to many believers, not just Paul
    • 22 Hard Questions for Pre-Tribbers
Yes. Obviously any rapture Paul expected to be participating in, is the next rapture to come. Him being a person who exists before the tribulation. So Paul expected to be raptured and receive his RESURRECTION body at that moment. Paul expected that his rapture occurred at a trumpet call, even though he clearly isn't some kind of left-behind tribulation saint. Talking about the resurrection body, Paul expected his own  rapture would be like this: 50 I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. 51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— 52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. If Paul, even though existing before the tribulation, expected a rapture that was also clearly a resurrection at the last trumpet, I believe Paul. Not some pre-trib doctrine that splits events into two resurrections, two last trumpets, two gatherings in the clouds, and not a speck of evidence to support the split.
