Just don't make them too thick and don't cook them too fast or you'll burn the outside and the inside will still be raw. The thicker you make them the slower (lower fire) you have to cook them.



Mess up a few and you'll get the hang of it in no time.



BTW a bit of honey on them when you're through adds a very unique good taste to them, but that's probably something to try later.

ok they came out pretty good not much taste 2 em but not bad 4 my 1st time.

Ghosty, an easy peasy way of low effort hamburgers is to combine beef minced meat with tomato salsa preferably the spicier the better. Little effort but loaded with flavour and your tastebuds will thankyou. (IMG:http://www.worthyboards.com/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
