TOP LEFT: A close-up picture of Pope Benedict XVI's Papal hat known as a mitre. The six-pointed hexagram located in the front of the head-piece appears to be a Seal of Solomon, rather than a Star of David. The Church has also tended to refer to most any hexagram as a Star of Creation, or Creator's Star. Historically however, only the Seal of Solomon had triangular lines which were interwoven (or interlaced) with one another.
BOTTOM LEFT: These two black hexagrams in a all-white background are basic representations of a Star of David, seen on the left side, and a Seal of Solomon, seen on the right. A close enough examination between the two symbols clearly show the three-dimensional qualities of the Seal of Solomon on the right. This optical illusion of interwoven triangular lines occues simply because of the way it has been drawn. Although the viewer may perceive depth when looking at the Seal, the reality remains that this symbol is just as flat as the Star of David pictured on the left.
TOP RIGHT: A side by side metaphorical modern history of the Jewish people. From the horrors of Nazi Germany in the 1940s to the founding of Israel in 1948, this 3,000 year journey of the Jewish people has yet to end. Once again, their enemies have been destroyed as they have moved onward and forward, in a noble effort to live on and prosper. The yellow star of David on the left side has the German word Jude (Jew in English) written in the center. Numerous forms of colored badges were used by the Nazis, but the six-pointed Stars of David identifying Jews have had the most historical repercussions so far- as in the slogan- 'Never again'. The blue Star of David on the right side is an exact replica, including the exact color, of the Davidic Star found upon the official, national flag of Israel. In Israel today, this symbol is nearly always referred to as a Magen David (Shield of David in English).
BOTTOM RIGHT: A six-pointed hexagram carved upon one of the walls of St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City, the official capital of the Roman Catholic Church. A specifically Christian hexagram is most commonly known as a Star of Creation, or Creator's Star. A close-up inspection of this symbol reveals that, just like the one on top of the Pope's head, this star also has the appearance of interwoven (or interlaced) triangular lines. Thus, the proper term for this particular hexagram would be the Seal of Solomon, rather than the Star of David, a term which the Israelis themselves never use.
Anti-Semites Beware! There is a new Sheriff in Town and he is from the East...
Rather than chatter away about my religious background or personal life, I'd like to take this opportunity to show others what my intellectual pursuits have uncovered in the past 10-15 years through some fairly intense research and study. I will say that unlike most white Americans, I come from a Slavic, Eastern European background, the country of [the] Ukraine to be precise. Shortly after the end of World War I, my grandparents fled [the] Ukraine due to the fanatical animosity the Communist revolutionaries had towards Christianity. My family fled the USSR, not because they were rich or staunch supporters of Capitalism, but because they were deeply Christian- Ukrainian Catholic to be specific. Anyway, this ties in to my current research specialization about all things Jewish. No, I am not personally Jewish, but instead 100% pure Gentile who has absolutely no problems or hang-up about the Jews, Judaism, or even the Jewish nation of Israel. You see, before the rise of the German anti-Christ, Adolph Hitler, in the 1930s, my Ukrainian homeland had also been home to millions of poor, simple, pious Jews who spoke Yiddish, not German, and not Ukrainian. Although there had been some fairly bloody disputes between my people, the Ukrainian Gentiles, and their people, the Ukrainian Jews, both sides managed to live and prosper side by side, village to village, for many centuries.
Before the Holocaust, there were more Jews in the Ukraine than in any other nation in the world. Therefore, my tendencies to feel down home and completely comfortable around any and all so-called Jewish peculiarities comes as a completely natural consequence of being the grandson and great-grandson of Ukrainian Gentiles. The fact is my direct ancestors lived right next door to the ancestors of countless Jewish Americans for nearly 1,000 years and the brutal facts of history are undisputable. My people were, and still are, total bullies to their people and this legacy has left a scar upon my Christian soul which I hope to heal by educating my fellow Christians in this country about the truth of Jewish history.
So listen close, my American Gentile Christian brothers! Despite all the rumors and lies of the past, the Jews were never evil (or demonic), they were never devious, (nor conspiratorial), they were nothing more than an unarmed, vulnerable minority living amongst a sea of hostile European Gentiles who despised them. Not surprisingly, this culminated in a final Satanic vortex of pure hatred for the 'other'- the Jude (in German), namely the Jew. In my heart of hearts, I now feel it is my job to insist to everyone that the 'other' is your Christian brother and yes this includes all Jews.
I have been an amateur, Gentile Scholar of the Jewish Talmud, Midrash, and other official commentaries of Judaism for around ten or so years. I do not speak Yiddish, Aramaic, or Hebrew. Even so, and given everything I have learned so far without any Jewish input or instruction, I must conclude that the history of Gentile Christian animosity towards this astounding set of documents should be seen as a superstitious, irrational assault on common sense, let alone Biblical scholarship and practical reason.
In reality, the Talmud, the Midrash, and nearly every other ancient Jewish text is literally 99.999% acceptable to nearly all forms of Christian thought and reflects a sense of ethics and morality that is, in fact, far more strict than any form of Christianity. This is especially true of sexual morality, where marital intimacy during the day, and even in the pale moonlight, was forbidden. Even masturbation was viewed as a horrific abomination deserving of the death penalty, yet that's right the death penalty. Therefore, for those Christians who still object to the .001% of the text which may, or may not, be offensive to Christianity, are lost in La-La land and, God willing, someone will finally get around to saving them from themselves. Anyway, here is ABSOLUTE PROOF of an ancient, very real Judeo/Christian tradition embedded in both the Jewish Talmud and the Christian Gospel of Matthew. For those of you who have ever been mocked or ridiculed by either Jewish or Gentile intellectuals who insist that they has never been a Judeo/Christian tradition, here is your undeniable vindication.

GOSPEL: Do not worry about how or what you are to say, for it will be given you in that hour what you are to say. For it is not you who speak, but it is the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you. (Matthew 10:19-20)
MIDRASH: Sacrifices atoned only for sins committed in error not for presumptuous sin, justice and righteousness atone for all sins. (Deuteronomy Rabba 5)
GOSPEL If only you had known what this means, 'I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the guiltless. (Matthew 12:7)
MIDRASH: God will wipe away tears from off all faces (Isaiah 25:8). This means from the faces of non-Jews as well as Jews. (Genesis Rabba 26)

GOSPEL: Jesus summoned His twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every kind of disease and every kind of sickness...These twelve Jesus sent out after instructing them: 'Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.' (Matthew 10:1-8)
MIDRASH: The prophets formerly recorded the good deeds performed by man, but now Elijah and the Messiah records them and then God puts His seal on the documents. (Leviticus Rabba 34)
GOSPEL: For all the prophets and the Law prophesied until John. And if you are willing to accept it, John himself is Elijah who was to come. (Matthew 11:13-14)
These passages, even after being translated into English, are proof positive that the Christian Gospels were definitively Jewish in origin, reflecting mainstream Jewish thought and sentiment as seen during the lifetime of Rabbi Joshua (Jesus Christ) that has continued, parallel with Christianity for thousands of years since that time.
May the LORD God bless you in the name of St. Judas Maccabaeus.
