Can you spot the critters ?

Plus you can post a living creature, photo of interest in here .

.....and you can leave a comment about anything , or..which ones you like , etc.

Can you see spot the very leafy caterpillar in Selangor, Malaysia?

405457.jpg

How about the well-disguised gliding lizard above? This one, from southern India, is also referred to as a flying dragon. When it decides to move from tree to tree it spreads its hidden wings and soars

405458.jpg

Do you see the tiny Chiffchaff bird in the mix above? Leaf warblers like these are common throughout northern Europe and Asia, where they breed in open woodlands

405459.jpg

Having trouble so far? Well, the inconspicuous grasshopper hiding out in Evergreen, Colorado, should be a bit easier for you to find

405460.jpg

The Emperor Dragonfly above may be hiding in plain sight, but its making a valiant attempt at keeping a low profile in Llandudno, Wales, Great Britain, with its leafy trunk

405461.jpg

The Jaguar is South America's biggest feline. But it once roamed as far north as the border region of the U.S. and Mexico. If you're a hiker, it's scary how well this jaguar blends into the background, and without even trying

405453.jpg

Watch your toes! Crabs like this blend in perfectly with the beach in Kealia, Hawaii

405454.jpg

Is that a spider disguised as a flower bulb? Yup, you bet it is

405455.jpg

This tiny frog in Michigan is living on the edge

The jag. ...Pretty clever of him !

ummm... the crab pretty smart ... ( I like that one )

WOW... the spider .... pretending to be a flower bulb.

Frog.... that is amazing how its skin looks like the same details as the ground .

My favorite is the crab... its awesome.

Amazing ...what God does...even with his critters . :)

I really enjoy topics like these. God looks after all His creation, equips them with what they need to survive. Equips critters with camouflage, and humans with the Bible.

So sorry, we can put these critters on a already overwhelmed Welfare System, the best we can do is set up a donation fund, but I appreciate your caring. -_-

Exactly...God does equips critters with the camouflage. It is Gods' doing, no doubt.

Critters don't understand to make themselves part of the environment where they are......God does it for them... !!! He loves His creation...

Down to even.... the smallest living creature,... to the smallest molecule.

I see His handi-work at hand ....camouflaging critters in a protecting way. God is Amazing !

Yes and He gives us His word , the Bible .

Wow awesome photo... ! That one is amazing ... Fez

baby night hawks here in La. ....look like a piece of bark from a tree.

The mother hawk dropped her 3 babies in our yrad... at first I saw them as barks off of trees... til they moved .

Then I noticed they were birds.

I ran and got my zoom lens camera ...waiting for the mother bird to come and get them. She was flying above .

When she came down she had her wide wings wide open above them.... about 6-12 inches above them.

I snaped the camera . Awesome photo with her and her babies.

I put it in an photo contest ... with the Arts council ... I thought the photo of the gators would get it.

my photo came out 1 st place in the wildlife catagory.

My photo is being displayed in a museum in Cambre, France.

That was my reward for winning the contest. LOL

3 Birds

Tawny frogmouths blend in with tree bark and stumps while sleeping during the day. They stay perfectly still while resting and when disturbed they raise their head and stiffen their body, simulating a branch. These nocturnal birds are found in Tasmania and Australia, and are sometimes mistaken for owls.

Those shotguns look like Mossberg 500 shotguns and they are camo. If I start hunting again (longshot) I want to buy a Mossberg.
