My Notes and snippets: James Carville is a Louisiana Cajun, he as let go, was told that ",,,CNN’s pundits will be on-camera in studios in Washington and New York instead of from remote locations like Carville".
{Soledad O'Brian's]"...fate is up in the air, though it’s probable she’ll receive a plum assignment. “Soledad is very important to the network and we are discussing various options with her,” a CNN spokeswoman said in a terse statement".
Could CNN be to biased and out of touch with American who lean "Right", to have high ratings. -Ron

[Snip] Jeff Zucker blew up CNN on Tuesday, rattling nerves throughout the network. Insiders tell Lloyd Grove this is just the beginning. Plus, can the new chief's "big ideas" do the trick?

[Snip] That sort of decisive leadership is exactly what Zucker was hired to bring by Time Warner chief executive Jeffrey Bewkes, who lured the former chairman of NBC Universal from his perch running Katie Couric’s syndicated daytime show.

Must correct myself, James Carville was not sacked (fired), he was laid off due to demography's (location) problem.

Poor Mr. Carville, guess he's headed to the unemployment line too.

That's a wee bit harsh, don't you think? CNN is actually way more balanced than MSNBC and sometimes more so than FNC.

I think, if they have to axe people at CNN, they should go for Piers Morgan and Soledad O'Brian. James Carville may not be my cup of tea but he's at least an interesting character. :mgbowtie:

I agree with her. She's basically saying that these Left leaning sychophantical Media outlets should all go the same way in the case of their business model. It's a spoken desire for the Nation to survive and if we are to survive we are going to have to get some real media whereas it concerns the Politics of the Nation which are currently on a path to our collective ruin.

Fox News has had their ratings fall while MSNBC has had consistently rising ratings.

CNN USED to be the source for investigative Journalism. But they laid off more or less their entire Investigative Journalism Department in favour of the talking head/hologram business model.

I fully expect you DO agree with Tinky.....but having nothing but right wing news wouldn't be good for our society either. I'd like to see just NEWS; not these empty headed puppets' opinions. I'd like to see Piers Morgan, Candy Crowley, Dana Bash, Steve Doocy and Shawn Hannity ALL off the air. Since they're still on, I just don't watch them.

They're only capable of sounding one note.....only extremely biased and intellectually dim people have only one facet to their opinions. Regardless of the direction of one's bias, it makes for a very limited and dull personality.

Please debate the subject and not the person. Please do not insult others. Respect each other in the love of God! Please take a moment to review the WCF ToS, check your attitude/purpose for posting, and proceed with caution.

If there is another report or if when we check up on this thread again there are personal attacks going on this thread will simply be closed.

God bless,

We need a new 4th estate, something that cares about honesty and the truth. Truth shouldn't be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Also, the media seems more concerned about kissing caesar's ring than holding him accountable, when they are done gushing over him, maybe we can get some real truth from them. Until the media cares more about truth than influence, we can't expect to get what we need from them, and we should only regard them with contempt until then.

Would you say the same thing about God? It appears that He has a worldview and that it is very one sided.

Somehow comparing God to Steve Doocy and Sean Hannity doesn't seem right.
