I'm posting this as a piggy-back to a conversation we had some time ago in another thread (I don't recall which thread, sorry).
I recall we were talking about Gen-Xers and comparing them to Millennials. This commentary, though, compares Gen-Xers with the Baby Boomers, specifically how we related to the so-called Mid-life crisis.
But it has some pertinent points explaining what this generation is about and why this generation is the way it is. (Granted not all individuals fit into every mold presented, but there's a lot to relate to.)
