Dairy Queen Manager's Kindness Wins America's Heart
Monday, September 23, 2013
Last week Joey Prusak saw a woman steal $20 from a visually impaired customer at the suburban Minneapolis Dairy Queen.
The woman picked up the $20 bill and slipped it into her purse. When she got up to the counter to order, Prusak confronted her about the incident and insisted she return the money.
The alleged thief claimed the $20 was hers and stormed out. In an act of kindness, the 19-year-old store manager gave the blind man back the money out of his own pocket.
