Shabbat shalom! We have our eyes on Israel and are expectantly waiting for the Lord to show Himself mighty and strong as the great deliverer of the nation “He is exceedingly zealous for.” (Isaiah 62:1)
The first thing we must remember is that #God is unchangeable, and He never annuls, changes or adds to His covenants.
God is not man, that He should lie, or a son of man, that He should change His mind. -Numbers 23:19
God spoke directly to Abram and to all the generations of #Abraham that would follow saying, “In you all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, and I will bless those who bless you, and curse him who curses you.” What else needs to be said? That promise of God to Abraham who is the father of #Israel still stands for Israel today. Nations who support and stand with Israel will be blessed, and nations that stand against, dishonor, curse and threaten Israel will be dealt with by God, this is His promise to Abraham.
Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” -Genesis 12:1-3
