Nehemiah 8:10 (NASB) - "The joy of the Lord is your strength."
As we commune with the Lord and seek intimacy with Him, we are filled with joy. As we abide in Jesus we are filled with His joy, and we have fullness of joy. The Word of God tells us the disciples were continually filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit (Acts 13:52). We too can be continually filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit as we press in and draw near to Him.

God's desire is that we fully understand who we really are in Him and the extent of the call on the lives of His saints. The call is immense – full of His "kabod" glory, and it is vital to our covenant DESTINY in Christ that we have His revelation on the fullness of the call in this incredible hour we are chosen to serve Him in.

OBSERVATION:
If our Christianity does not work in this life where we can test it, it is foolhardy to hope it will successfully transport us into eternity where, if we fail the test, we suffer eternal separation from God.

Faith is the bridge between the eternal (the unseen) and the temporal (the seen). In prayer, we can cross that bridge and see as God sees. Real prayer is not just words, but intently waiting on God until we (by the Spirit) see what He is seeing.

It is imperative that we all take a strong stand. We must make up our minds to not continue to stumble about in the confusion that seems to gridlock today's culture. Rather, we must walk with God-given goals and aims and His divine PURPOSE. We're not to be vague, thoughtless, and distracted during these days. We can and must discover great guidance and guidelines for living day by day, advancing in the knowledge of His CALLING on our life, possessing the wisdom that God is offering to us.
