GLOBAL EXECUTIVE.

Legal Authority for the Executive Body.

The G20 has previously operated without a permanent secretariat or staff. The incumbent chair establishes a temporary secretariat for the duration of its term, which coordinates the group`s work and organises its meetings.

To ensure continuity, the presidency is supported by a `troika` made up of the current, immediate past and next host countries.

The OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and development) has acted as a strategic advisor to the G20. The OECD participates in all G20 Working group meetings and provides data, analytical reports and proposals on specific topics, often jointly with other relevant international organisations.

The OECD has been working closely with the IMF, the World Bank and the WTO on a variety of subjects to provide a framework for strong, sustainable and

balanced growth, (as they see it).

In the near future the G20 will authorise a permanent G20 secretariat, with Europe as its location. This will be the support for the G20 President and become the Executive Body bringing together all the International Financial Institutions, as well as the World Trade Organisation.

The leader of this Executive Body will have great authority over the World`s Economies alongside the Political President of the G20. Together they will rule over the Global Government.
