ALIGNMENT OF SUPER POWERS.

The Super Powers of Daniel`s vision are a phenomomen of today`s world. They reveal the international re-alignment of nations into confederacies with specific spheres of political power. And they are the precise fulfilment of power-blocs that God`s word accurately predicted through the prophets of Ezekiel, Isaiah, Zechariah and Daniel.

Daniel`s vision combines and crystallizes the predictions of the other prophets and delineates four distinct confederacies. He states emphatically and unequivocally that they shall arise in the specific time-slot just prior to the coming of the Lord in power and glory. They will emerge in a precise chronological order as Super-powers and continue contemporaneously until their final destruction at the great battle of Armageddon.

Daniel depicts them graphically and emblematically in language that was readily understood by the people of his day. Nations were identified and recognised by their individual and consistent emblem. This was, of course, not just restricted to that day. The use of distinguishing insignia has been perpetuated subsequently in the shields and heraldic devices of medieval knights and currently in national banners and flags.

Since these Super Powers operate during the terminal generation, (before Christ comes) it is important to assess the evidential descriptions in relation to the contemporary world situation. The chronological order of appearance is of significant relevance.
