  2. No, I claim that being filled with the H.S. by no means makes one an expert, it makes no ones views superior to another's. No one has a higher position in the Body of Christ, as compared to another. All are unique and God has given each one gifts. Apparently those anointed one's (H.S. filled) in the Body of Christ still have disagreements. Many do not believe in your views, many don't believe in my views. Your outlandish claims by what others report as truth, is just that. In the late 1970's Henry Kissinger's number was 666 and many thought he would become the A/C, the man of sin. He didn't. Why should we believe that Trump is this same 666, or man of sin. Kind of like date setting. Anointing also means to put one into a leadership position, again also to anoint those who are sick among you with prayers and anoint their head with oil. Saul was anointed King based on stature by the Jews via the Priests. David was anointed King based on one having the heart of God by God via the Priests. In Christ Montana Marv
  3. What's your problem? Daniel didn't say anything about the Catholic Church nor was he prophesying of it.Daniel was prophesying of the end times. The king of the north who exalts himself above all ,the persecution of the saints in Israel and the destruction of the middle east by the armed forces of the king of the north. There's Nothing in there about the Catholic church or peoples interpretations which you seem to be stuck on. This prophecy is an end times prophecy about a man who exalts himself above all. Daniel 11 36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. This is the same man who Paul said would exalt himself above all before the coming of Christ. 2 Thes 2 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
  4. Well then, feel free to ignore me if it causes you to be so emotional. I can but say its not true. I do seek for clarification where there is vagueness. I do not know what is people's head when they say something, so I expect them to be willing to articulate their position when questioned. Also, I do expect questions to be answered and not ignored. I expect mutual respect and charity, even when opinions do not align. I read whatever is submitted to me, look up people's details in their comments (unless already informed). But are we not all here search for the truth and to contend for the truth of the Gospel? Cannot that be done peacefully? Certainly, but only where pride has be abated and humility and charity prevail. Do you think Barnabas went away with John Mark thinking Paul was hateful? Was Paul hateful when he confronted Peter when he was to be blamed? What allowed healing in all these situation? It was humility.
  5. Excuse me, but that's not what I said. Not even close. Try reading more slowly, and examining the things given for your consideration. Daniel gave the prophecy, not the interpretation of it. How often did Daniel himself have to ask for understanding of what he was seeing or hearing? Did he not write faithfully about things he did not understand? It is other men throughout history who have made all manner of interpretations of Daniel’s prophecies. Thus, what I said is that your interpretation (with which wholly I disagree [is that what really offends you?]), is very much in accord with what was possibly one of the first documented eschatological treatise put forth in defense of both Catholicism and the papacy, written by a French monk at the royal request of the queen of France. People, doctrines, positions of influence, and religious dominance were in question and being scrutinized. Prior to that, there were indeed various interpretations among the various non-Catholics, but there was a basic harmony among them concerning Catholicism being heretical and the papacy a usurpation of authority contrary to scripture. Nearly all their eschatological position were contrary to both your interpretation and that of the monk. Simple fact. I simply told you, and will say it again, that what you are believing is in my firm opinion very similar to that which the monk construed. And once more, he did so purely in defense the papacy to refute the eschatology of non-Catholics before the queen. Look it up. Why wouldn’t you? The same misdirecting is also very much like what has happened because Scofield wrote his interpretations, which someone has placed side by side with Holy Writ in a "reference bible," (now being widely used by almost every seminary out there). This, I believe, and how can it do otherwise, steers people to erroneous conclusions, via his notes that say, "This is that." Has not the devil consistently labored to teach us all what to think, instead of how to think? Now I am not saying Scofield wasn’t a man of God, but rather on many eschatological points it simply wasn’t “given to him to know.” For we all are given but a measure of both faith and grace whereby we speak one to another. Therefore, I give him much due respect for submitting them for peer review, much like we all should be doing here. But it seems to me, that just as the devil would have misused the body of Moses to an ungodly end, he has nonetheless managed to do so utilizing Scofield’s speculations to promote erroneous end-time theories. Now, Peter said "this is that" under the anointing of the Holy Spirit concerning the outpouring on Pentecost, but Scofield, like so many, was simply trying to fit pieces of scripture together wherever they seemed to fit, but again, it simply wasn't "given to him to know the mysteries of the Kingdom" as they were "seal until the end," meaning the later days of the Gospel dispensation. Sadly though, many are still trying to interpret or figure out scripture the same way, or worse, accepting whatever they were taught. For I have yet to meet a Christian anywhere who doesn't believe they were taught the truth, unless they truly humbled themselves and became both prayerful and critical students of God's word. That is why we must labor to understand that which was committed to the early church fathers, upon whom the burden of being faithful stewards of the prophets and apostles’ teachings and understanding fell.

  7. by Karen Faulkner, Worthy News Correspondent (Worthy News) – Leaders of more than twenty Christian, Muslim, and Jewish organizations in Australia have sent a joint letter to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese warning him that religious freedoms are in danger of unwarranted restriction following the publication on Thursday of the Australian Law Reform Commission’s (ALRC) report on faith-based schools, Christian Today reports. The much anticipated ALRC report recommends that Australia’s Sex Discrimination Act be amended to make it illegal for faith-based schools to expel or fire LGBTI+ students and staff based on their sexual orientation or gender identity. The faith organizations’ letter asserted that the ALRC recommendations would “prevent the overwhelming majority of faith-based schools from preferring persons who share and authentically live out their faith” and possibly “extinguish their distinct and authentic character,” Christian Today reports. In a statement the Australian Christian Schools Alliance described the report as “a direct attack on faith and freedom of belief in Australia” and asserted that “Christian education as we know it will cease to exist.” AACS Executive Officer Vanessa Chen said: “If these ALRC recommendations are adopted, it means the government can tell Christian schools who we can employ, what we can believe and teach.” PM Albanese, who leads Australia’s Labor party, responded to the letter in a statement saying the recommendations would only be enacted if there was bipartisan support for this course of action. ‘I think Australians don’t want to see the culture wars and the division out there. I want this to be an opportunity for unity going forward, and that’s why we’ve provided the legislation to the opposition,” Albanese said. 8. Only one. But rv won't accept what the Hebrew of Gen 1:2 actually says, so we go over and over with his attempted defense.
  9. Is this leading toward America being Babylon the Great? I don't discount the possibility, but I don't discount the possibility that Babylon the Great is something yet to come after America falls or that America is just a part of.
  10. This -violence against Christians- is a growing trend worldwide, we will be seeing it become increasingly pronounced in every country soon, nowhere will be safe to be Christian even if some places might be, or at least seem, safer than others.
  11. Isn't that sort of like announcing that an act of mass shooting by someone shouting "Alahu Akbar" is not an act of terrorism while the bodies are still being carried away (and this is not a hypothetical situation) and the motives are not known? Deliberate sabotage for terrorist reasons were ruled out before the real reasons for the apparent failures are known (and are still unknown)? Chances are that if it was done for terrorism, or other politically incorrect reasons, it could quite likely never be brought to light in the public (remember that we still have not had the Covenant school shooter's manifesto made public when it was originally promised that it would be). In a world of deceit, it is not a wise thing to be trusting without questioning.
  12. Yes ,I have found you yo be very hateful. Not just in this thread but others as well.

  14. “How do you become a Christian (in words/terms understandable to an unbeliever)?” To become a Christian, one should believe in the highest, ultimate power and name called God. One’s belief of God should be according to the Holy Bible. God should be perceived as purely good, perfect and without fault. One’s conscience, feeling or realization should be that one has done wrong, evil really, in life. God as purely good hates not the person, but that evil, and must judge it and punish it as righteous justice. One must believe they are guilty before good God, yet that our same loving God has provided the only solution. This being Jesus Christ, God walking the Earth as a man. As payment for the evil committed in one’s life, God’s wrath crucified and killed Jesus, so that we may live. Eternally alive now, one need not fear the default fate of suffering unimaginable torture forever when one dies. Instead, one looks forward to heaven with Jesus and all who believe God’s Holy Bible. “How did you become a Christian (in words/terms understandable to an unbeliever)?” Acts 11:26 Authorized (King James) Version 26 and when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.
  15. Well, no it was fair. Just watching the video there's zero evidence of foul play. It wasn't a fully functioning aircraft smashing into a building followed by another fully functional aircraft smashing into the neighboring building. There was no massive explosion. There was two things reported immediately, one the eye witnesses, being the crew, claiming equipment malfunction. This was announced over the radio before the strike. This was how the toll booths were able to shut down the bridge limiting the casualties. This radio call also gave someone (probably more then one but so far as I've seen they've only released one video) enough time to video the incident, which shows exactly what the crew was reporting, power failures and obvious signs of equipment malfunction. Now this doesn't prove it wasn't terrorism. It absolutely could be. But to jump right out and scream terrorim when there were no obvious signs of foul play would not only be poor journalism but fear mongering, and could quite literally lead to panic in the streets in Baltimore. They could have just not commented period and said their was a strike, but quite frankly, then everyone would have been screaming cover up anyway. Any decent journalist would report on what they saw and heard based on the evidence and initial reports look like a tragic accident. If it turns out to be terrorism it's no big deal to report on that when the evidence comes to light.
  16. by Karen Faulkner, Worthy News Correspondent (Worthy News) – A pastor in Belarus was sentenced to 15 days in prison earlier this month after praying that the Russian invasion of Ukraine would end, Christian Daily (CD) reports. Bordering both Russia and Ukraine, Belarus is led by authoritarian President Aleksandr Lukašenko, a strong supporter and ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin who ordered the ongoing invasion of Ukraine. Rev. Alyaksandr Zaretski, the pastor of an evangelical church in Belarus’ Vitebsk Region, had been imprisoned by the authorities even prior to his latest detention, CD reports. The church leader was first imprisoned for two weeks following a sermon he preached on Feb. 18 in which he called for the Russian military to leave Ukraine. Pastor Zaretski was due to be released on Mar. 8 but was rearrested on March 5 or 6 (sources differ) under a law pertaining to “violation of the order of organization and holding of mass events.” In his sermon, the pastor said: “Let’s pray for those who are in prisons for falsified reasons…Let’s pray for Ukraine, come to prayers for Ukraine.” Three witnesses to the sermon reported him to the Chashnytskyi District Executive Committee which then had him arrested. Concerning the violation of religious freedom in Belarus, the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom reported in December last year: “The religious freedom situation in Belarus continues to deteriorate as Belarusian President Alyaksandr Lukashenka subjugates every aspect of social life to the state’s security and bureaucratic apparatuses.” “Christian religious leaders of all denominations are often detained, fined, imprisoned, and forced into exile for activities that the state perceives as political in nature,” the USCIRF said. 17. by Karen Faulkner, Worthy News Correspondent (Worthy News) – The Religious Liberty Commission of Evangelical Fellowship of India (RLC) warns in a new report that Christians in India faced an “alarmingly steep rise” in violent persecution against them in the year leading up to the spring elections of 2024. The RLC gave its assessment in its latest annual report titled “Hate and Targeted Violence Against Christians in India, 2023.” India has been ruled by the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party almost continuously since 2014. The country now ranks 11 on the Open Doors World Watch List 2024 of the top 50 countries where Christians are persecuted. Noting that the number of violent incidents against India’s Christians rose from 413 in 2022 to 601 at the end of 2023, the RLC emphasized an unwillingness on the part of the authorities to hold perpetrators to account. “The year leading up to the general elections in the spring of 2024 has seen an unfortunate increase in divisive rhetoric and inflammatory language,” the RLC says in the report. “The same was not adequately addressed by official channels and sometimes it seemed to have been condoned in large and sensitive states of the Union.” “The resulting sense of immunity in sections of society has led to a painfully large number of incidents of violence against the Christian Community, and religious minorities in general,” the report reads. The RLC reports that a primary tool of persecution is the increasingly widespread abuse of harsh anti-conversion laws used by Hindu extremists to suppress Christianity and other minority religions. “For Christians, the main whip hand is the false bogey of proselytisation which is used to justify horrific crimes against the community,” the RLC said. Calling on both the Indian government and the international community to take action to protect Christians and other religious minorities, the RLC said: “The escalating violence against Christians in India demands immediate attention and action from both national and international stakeholders. Upholding constitutional rights and combating intolerance are essential steps towards fostering a more inclusive and harmonious society.” The post India: Christians Faced “Alarmingly Steep Rise” In Violent Persecution Over Last Year, Report appeared first on Worthy Christian News. 19. by Karen Faulkner, Worthy News Correspondent (Worthy News) – An international peace monitoring group has warned in a new report that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) which provides aid and education to Palestinians has actively perpetrated Hamas’ genocidal hatred of Jews through school books which teach children that Israel must be destroyed and that violent jihad and martyrdom to this end are glorious aims, the Times of Israel (TOI) reports. Based in the UK and Israel, the Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education (IMPACT-se) has long warned about UNRWA’s collusion with Hamas in Gaza and with Palestinian jihadism generally. The organization is concerned with monitoring school curricula around the world and in the Middle East especially. Among many examples of UNRWA’s hostility to the Jewish nation, the new IMPACT-se report references an UNRWA geography book showing a map with no “Israel” on it, only “Palestine” in its place. In another example, an Islamic studies book highlights the importance of “terrorizing the enemy” and of martyrdom. “Arabic language and reading comprehension are taught to UNRWA students using violent imagery, including the use of “explosive belts” and texts glorifying martyrdom,” the IMPACT-se report says. “The cooperation between UNRWA and Hamas is absolutely undeniable,” Marcus Sheff, CEO of IMPACT-se said in a statement. In particular, Sheff said, this cooperation fueled jihadist radicalization which ultimately led to Hamas’ genocidal attack against Israeli civilians on Oct. 7 last year. “The end result of that radicalization is that among the thousands who went over the border on October 7 and committed acts of murder, rape and abduction, it is statistically probable that the majority went to UNRWA’s schools,” Sheff said. “The UNRWA curriculum is what they were brought up on, and it teaches about jihad and martyrdom being the most important meanings of life, and that Jews are liars and frauds.” The post UNRWA and Hamas Cooperate In Educating Children To Seek Destruction Of Israel, Report appeared first on Worthy Christian News. 20. Shalom, @choir loft Are you talking about Paul or the author of Hebrews? Keep on hollering, bro'. If you want to please God with your keeping of the LAW, good luck to you .... because LUCK is all you'll get out of it! And, it won't be "good"!
  21. There is a transitional form, Ursus maritumus tyrranus, which was more like a brown bear, but showed adapations for cold, snowy, and marine environments.
  22. Yes, of course. I've looked at all this many ways over many years. However, the seven mountains are said to have seven kings, but nowhere is the 8th actually referred to as a king. Same with the little horn that rises from among the ten, which are said to be kings, but not so of the 11th. Yet they both commit the same sins and receive the same condemnation, to be destroyed by fire. I am convinced it is not a monarchial government system, rather a republic. To me, the beast that rises out of the sea in Rev 13:1 is a multifaceted imagery, which in its entirety represents the rise of the 8th and final great empire. The facets are simply there for giving of understanding, which the angels does in chapter 17. Further more, the beast in 13:1 rise out of the sea, or mass of humanity. But the 2nd "beast coming up out of the earth" has "two horns like a lamb, and he speaks as a dragon," or according to the agenda of the Satan. This is a man, for he is from the earth, or dust. It is he who "he exercises all the power of the first beast before him." One other thing is the woman isn't shown to riding the beast in the beginning, not until chapter 17 as judgment begins to be pronounce against her. I believe that is because an unholy union will be made between a civil leader and a prominent religious leader... possibly Trump and the pope... But again, I shared a link in the OP to where I go over all this in considerable depth. It's freely available in downloadable mp3 as well
  23. I know. But I am convince he too has been taken captive by his lust and pride. I fully believe Trump was approached a while ago, by the military or whoever, and a plan was presented him as he being the only one who could pull this off to take America back from the communists. Add to that all the false prophets and pseudo-Christian ministers around him, couple with the new agers behind him, how can such a vain person not begin to believe it? His ego has been fed from so many directions. I absolutely view him as the greatest deception being presented to a moral, peace seeking, carnal world. Even spirit-cooking Marina Abramovic' is behind Trump. Here's a quick link to something, but somewhere I once saw or listen to her referring to Trump as a light-bearer.... https://www.marieclaire.com/celebrity/news/a24109/marina-abramovic-interview/
  24. I didn't know if this relates to the OP but the prophecy that Israel would be created in 1 day which happened in 1948 is in Isaiah 66:7-8.
