    • I wouldn't say another purpose, salvation always been the purpose. If you don't mind quoted some verses so I can get a clean understanding of how you see Paul speaking to the Galatians.
    • Lets see what Paul say about carnal minded people in Romans 8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God   Let's take another look at the dietary law.....Ye shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing that creepeth, neither shall ye make yourselves unclean with them, that ye should be defiled thereby. For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy. (Leviticus 11:43-45) Note what the Lord says, "Ye shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing, that ye should be defiled thereby, ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy." If an individual observe the Lord's dietary law, they will be holy, like their God even Jesus. Those that observe this law, along with the other righteous rules of conduct put forth by the true and Living God, are truly sanctified, or set apart from the so-call Roman Christian community. The Roman Christian community as the apostle Paul states in I Timothy the fourth chapter in verses one and two, " they speak lies and hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron, in other words their brains are burnt clean out of their heads. They take heed to doctrine of devils, thinking if they pray over something that is deemed unclean by the Most High God, it is okay for them to consume. If the beast is regarded as an abomination and is eaten it becomes sin. And what is sin? (Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law (I John 3:4). And, when sin is finished it brings forth death. So, how can an individual pray over something that is unclean? They cannot. Why? (He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. (Proverbs 28:9). A prayer of a sinner is an abomination to the Lord. Some might say, "come on, the Lord wouldn't put a person in the lake of fire for eating swine's flesh (pork). TAKE GOOD HEED TO THESE NEXT SET OF SCRIPTURES!
    • We have a crisis going on in our area as the food pantries are almost out of food, and the homeless shelters are full. But on the front page the last couple of days the community is praised for all the toys they have bought for tots. I just have to wonder if they can enjoy them while there hungry and where will they take them if they are homeless. When I point this out people say why don't they get a job. I'm never sure why someone would buy a toy for a child and then balk at feeding one. Maybe the community thinks it's the parents responsibility to provide food and the communities responsibility to provide toys. I guess that's the one good thing I can say about ......, if it wasn't for that alot of people would not even be this charitable. Sad isn't it. Our plan for ........ day is to go into the ghetto to hand out mittens and food. I've been told I'm nuts, but if I'm nuts it feels good.   Love in Yeshua's name Shilou ================================================================

I'm getting tired of the constant battles and bickering.  To be clear, it is physically and mentally affecting me.  Why am I here?  Would I even be missed if I was gone?  I am losing my enthusiasm for interacting with fellow Christians here.  The anti-science thinking here is a bit much to take at times.
I am thinking of confining myself to just Secret Societies in the Controversial section, Firearms and maybe Photography.  If people aren't interested in what I think and just what to change my thinking to theirs, what am I doing here?  They don't need me to validate their own opinions.  I value my time more than that.

      Hi, willa! Good afternoon!
I paid you this visit to tell you that, a week ago, I watched this type of parrots (
) flying east of Caracas. They were more than 12 birds in couples (at 50 mt high), and this is very unusual that neighbourhood, and I love their heavy and magnificent way of their movements (although I´m not a bird watcher)
