  1. If I am being obedient - I try to pray as much as I can. I believe prayer is very powerful and effective. I know that if I pray about something, that it is fixed, so I pray for everything. I also make it a point to not be shy when it comes to God. What I mean is, if I am bold then I will more then likely speak to others about God. A lot of people live in sin or are hurting in some way. These are all opportunitys for you to reach your hand out and say come to God. I have actually converted people unknowingly and when I found out they were very grateful towards me. I believe living in the way will cause people to take notice, and when they take notice they will want to follow in what you are doing because they may admire you or want what you have. I also personally give books out explaining the gospel. It's very nice. Idk how many people have converted because of me. But I hear what people say and I get in awe. I feel like I am contagious. Or what I say makes sense to some. Missing or passing on an opportunity. No. I think I try my best to let everyone know. If I am missing on any opportunities that is because I am not living the way I should. If someone doesn't know you are Christian you are doing it wrong.

  3. Consider a situation ... a President or Prime minister of a nation comes to my house ... enters the toilet ... Cleaning the nasty things by his hands ... Could you just imagine this kind of thing happening in any of the homes ? ... Never ... But it happens ...He is the Almighty ... Lord of lords ... Most Powerful & Most High than anyone else ... but ... He came ( in the name of Holy Spirit )... came into my heart ... cleaning the nasty things ... and make it clean & shining ... So ... Holy Spirit is the uttermost symbol of God's humbleness ... for having the divine love on human being ... that's why, Lord the Father gives very high importance for giving proper respect to Holy Spirit. For this reason, the, "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit" will never be forgiven ... Amen !

  4. Scripture teaches context and there is a considerable depth to this understanding... it actually begins in the fall of Lucifer when He, in the very presence of God, thought himself more wonderful than The One Who had made Him. It is in this context that we find unforgivable sin and the difference of that sin lies in eternity with or without God! As the religious leaders of that time are mimicking the exact heart of their father Lucifer (so testified of Christ here) John 8:42-47 42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. 43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. 44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not. 46 Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me? 47 He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God. KJV Clearly God has died for all sin but when you have progressed into commiting blasphemy of The Holy Spirit you have removed God as God and that leaves only Lucifer or any number of imitations of Lucifer in self deification with the exclusion of anything greater than that... Love, Steven

  6. Like I said, this is how tyranny always begins. It starts banning things on the grounds that this is for our protection, when the real motive is control. Your little list isn't the same as what we are talking about here. It is one thing to make sure that drugs do what they claim to do, food is safe to eat and free of poisons, and that ingredients are correctly represented and that what is on the label is what is in the can. But this government is trying to control what you eat, what you can drink and how much, what your kids eat, what you can drive, and so on. This ban on trans fats is just another example of that. I actually don't have a problem with you fighting the elimination of trans fats but what is being purported in the quasi news article is that that sprinkles are being banned which is frankly a lie being used just create click bait targeted at people so eager to hear something that feeds their conspiracy bias that they will believe it unquestioningly and then pass it on. The reality is that trans fats do nothing for the enjoyment of the food you eat and while it does occur naturally in small amounts in some foods, it is nothing more than a manufactured preservative that allows bakeries to store baking materials or frozen baked goods longer. If the sprinkles issues is of particular concern to you, fear not, they will still exist. They will just have to be fresher when you consume them. Whether this is over reaching or not is a fair question but since I live in the land of opportunity and would rather devote my time taking advantage of that, I would prefer not to have to have to become an expert at what is being added to my food in order to make it store longer. Because of this, I'm glad that agencies like the FDA exists. However, I do like the idea of keeping agencies like this in check which is why I object to a silly re-framing of the discussion as is happening in articles like this. I don't want to waste my time on nonsense that doesn't keep me properly informed.

  8. Welcome to Worthy!! Because the blood of Jesus covers those who accept Him As Lord and Saviour, the Father sees not our sin but the sanctifying blood. Does that mean we humans do not ever sin again? No! We do that is why we ask God to forgive us our sins daily or as soon as we know we have committed them.

  9. Shabbat shalom, S.T. Ranger. Sorry, bro’, but you have an error in your poll. There is no third option to the question about the covenant. Hence, when I tried to vote with neither selected, it gave me an error message. Only the two primary thoughts are given in the poll, and we can see that there is a majority who feel that Antichrist makes a covenant that may be thought to be distinct to Antichrist. There is good reason why the Davidic Covenant is not given, which is because it simply will not fit the context of either Daniel or Other relevant passages. ... Nonsense. One still must provide in a poll for a consideration that he may not have anticipated. And, it is only your OPINION that the Davidic Covenant doesn’t “fit the context of either Daniel or other relevant passages.” I find that it fits their contexts quite well! And why we would reject the Davidic Covenant as an option is quite simple: neither Christ not Antichrist will confirm the Davidic Covenant for one Week. It is not the Davidic Covenant that would allow for sacrifice and oblation, because we would have to see one or the other claiming to fulfill that role. Christ certainly did, but it had not impact on Levitical Service, which was already established and being carried out. ... It is the Davidic Covenant that PURPOSELY does NOT allow for sacrifice and oblation, which is PRECISELY why they CEASE! It is through the MESSIAH’S sacrifice and OUR UNION with the Messiah that gives God the freedom to associate with believers and set aside the need for further sacrifice! It was not necessary to have an “impact on Levitical Service”; Yeshua` fulfilled the sacrifice as a “priest forever after the order of Malkhiy-Tsedeq!” “My King of Righteousness!” In fact, the author of Hebrews tells us that the Levitical priests could NOT have fulfilled that role! Look at the WHOLE song: Psalm 110:1-7 1 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. 2 The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. 3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. 4 The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. 5 The LORD at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath. 6 He shall judge among the heathen (Goyim; Gentiles), he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries. 7 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head. KJV Psalm 110:1-7 (0-7) 110:1(0) A psalm of David: (1) Adonai says to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemiesyour footstool.” 2 Adonai will send your powerful scepter out from Tziyon, so that you will rule over your enemies around you. 3 On the day your forces mobilize, your people willingly offer themselves in holy splendors from the womb of the dawn; the dew of your youth is yours. 4 Adonai has sworn it, and he will never retract — “You are a cohen forever, to be compared with Malki-Tzedek.” 5 Adonai at your right hand will shatter kings on the day of his anger. 6 He will pass judgment among the nations, filling it with dead bodies; he will shatter heads throughout an extensive territory. 7 He will drink from a stream as he goes on his way; therefore he will hold his head high. CJB This is a psalm of DAVID the king, one who was so selected by anointing to be king, a MESSIAH! It was written by the one to whom God made the covenant! And, this is a Messianic Psalm; that is, it prophesies about the future ULTIMATE Messiah, Yeshua`, as I’m sure of which you’re aware! Now, refresh your memory about what was written by the author of Hebrews: Hebrews 9:1-10:14 9:1 Now the first covenant had both regulations for worship and a Holy Place here on earth. 2 A tent was set up, the outer one, which was called the Holy Place; in it were the menorah, the table and the Bread of the Presence. 3 Behind the second parokhet was a tent called the Holiest Place, 4 which had the golden altar for burning incense and the Ark of the Covenant, entirely covered with gold. In the Ark were the gold jar containing the man, Aharon’s rod that sprouted and the stone Tablets of the Covenant; 5 and above it were the k’ruvim representing the Sh’khinah, casting their shadow on the lid of the Ark — but now is not the time to discuss these things in detail. 6 With things so arranged, the cohanim go into the outer tent all the time to discharge their duties; 7 but only the cohen hagadol enters the inner one; and he goes in only once a year, and he must always bring blood, which he offers both for himself and for the sins committed in ignorance by the people. 8 By this arrangement, the Ruach HaKodesh showed that so long as the first Tent had standing, the way into the Holiest Place was still closed. 9 This symbolizes the present age and indicates that the conscience of the person performing the service cannot be brought to the goal by the gifts and sacrifices he offers. 10 For they involve only food and drink and various ceremonial washings — regulations concerning the outward life, imposed until the time for God to reshape the whole structure. 11 But when the Messiah appeared as cohen gadol of the good things that are happening already, then, through the greater and more perfect Tent which is not man-made (that is, it is not of this created world), 12 he entered the Holiest Place once and for all. And he entered not by means of the blood of goats and calves, but by means of his own blood, thus setting people free forever. 13 For if sprinkling ceremonially unclean persons with the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer restores their outward purity; 14 then how much more the blood of the Messiah, who, through the eternal Spirit, offered himself to God as a sacrifice without blemish, will purify our conscience from works that lead to death, so that we can serve the living God! 15 It is because of this death that he is mediator of a new covenant [or will]. Because a death has occurred which sets people free from the transgressions committed under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promised eternal inheritance. 16 For where there is a will, there must necessarily be produced evidence of its maker’s death, 17 since a will goes into effect only upon death; it never has force while its maker is still alive. 18 This is why the first covenant too was inaugurated with blood. 19 After Moshe had proclaimed every command of the Torah to all the people, he took the blood of the calves with some water and used scarlet wool and hyssop to sprinkle both the scroll itself and all the people; 20 and he said, “This is the blood of the covenant which God has ordained for you.” 21 Likewise, he sprinkled with the blood both the Tent and all the things used in its ceremonies. 22 In fact, according to the Torah, almost everything is purified with blood; indeed, without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins. 23 Now this is how the copies of the heavenly things had to be purified, but the heavenly things themselves require better sacrifices than these. 24 For the Messiah has entered a Holiest Place which is not man-made and merely a copy of the true one, but into heaven itself, in order to appear now on our behalf in the very presence of God. 25 Further, he did not enter heaven to offer himself over and over again, like the cohen hagadol who enters the Holiest Place year after year with blood that is not his own; 26 for then he would have had to suffer death many times — from the founding of the universe on. But as it is, he has appeared once at the end of the ages in order to do away with sin through the sacrifice of himself. 27 Just as human beings have to die once, but after this comes judgment, 28 so also the Messiah, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to deliver those who are eagerly waiting for him. 10 1 For the Torah has in it a shadow of the good things to come, but not the actual manifestation of the originals. Therefore, it can never, by means of the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, bring to the goal those who approach the Holy Place to offer them. 2 Otherwise, wouldn’t the offering of those sacrifices have ceased? For if the people performing the service had been cleansed once and for all, they would no longer have sins on their conscience. 3 No, it is quite the contrary — in these sacrifices is a reminder of sins, year after year. 4 For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins. 5 This is why, on coming into the world, he says, “It has not been your will to have an animal sacrifice and a meal offering; rather, you have prepared for me a body. 6 No, you have not been pleased with burnt offerings and sin offerings. 7 Then I said, ‘Look! In the scroll of the book it is written about me. I have come to do your will.’” 8 In saying first, “You neither willed nor were pleased with animal sacrifices, meal offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings,” things which are offered in accordance with the Torah; 9 and then, “Look, I have come to do your will”; he takes away the first system in order to set up the second. 10 It is in connection with this will that we have been separated for God and made holy, once and for all, through the offering of Yeshua the Messiah’s body. 11 Now every cohen stands every day doing his service, offering over and over the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But this one, after he had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, sat down at the right hand of God, 13 from then on to wait until his enemies be made a footstool for his feet. 14 For by a single offering he has brought to the goal for all time those who are being set apart for God and made holy. CJB The Messiah Yeshua` DID strengthen the covenant for a Seven! A “Seven” in Hebrew Scripture is a “PERFECTION” or a “COMPLETION” or an “OATH!" Genesis 21:25-34 25 Now Avraham had complained to Avimelekh about a well which Avimelekh’s servants had seized. 26 Avimelekh answered, “I don’t know who has done this. You didn’t tell me, and I heard about it only today.” 27 Avraham took sheep and cattle and gave them to Avimelekh, and the two of them made a covenant. 28 Avraham put seven female lambs from the flock by themselves. 29 Avimelekh asked Avraham, “What is the meaning of these seven female lambs you have put by themselves?” 30 He answered, “You are to accept these seven female lambs from me as witness that I dug this well.” 31 This is why that place was called Be’er-Sheva [well of seven, well of an oath] — because they both swore an oath there. 32 When they made the covenant at Be’er-Sheva, Avimelekh departed with Pikhol the commander of his army and returned to the land of the P’lishtim. 33 Avraham planted a tamarisk tree in Be’er-Sheva, and there he called on the name of Adonai, the everlasting God. 34 Avraham lived for a long time as a foreigner in the land of the P’lishtim. CJB So, the very word “Seven” refers to God’s oath! His rejection and the result of His leaving them “desolate,” ENDED the sacrifices and the oblation (gift)! When He was crucified, He became the final “keves Elohiym” for the Pesach, the final “lamb of God” for the Passover! And, offering His own blood to the throne of God as our cohen gadol, our high priest, “nailed that door shut” forever! For 3.5 years, He offered them the Kingdom of God from the sky, since HE was the One anointed to be the King and HE came from the sky through the Ruach haQodesh. Ultimately, that generation rejected Him (as God knew they would), and it became our invitation into His Kingdom prematurely. However, for them, He took His Kingdom away when He ascended back to His Father. In the future, when He returns, He will offer them the Kingdom once again. This time, He will come as the Aryeeh `Am Yhudah! The Lion of the Tribe of Judah, coming in vengeance and rescue for His people! This will be when the second 3.5 years will occur. Finally, you asked “So Christians destroy the city and the sanctuary?” You’re not following along. First, I NEVER said that Messiah Yeshua` was the “prince that shall come.” To the contrary, it WAS Titus in the first century A.D. and "the PEOPLE of the prince that shall come” were the Roman soldiers. Don’t confuse the two: Yeshua` haMashiach (Jesus the Christ) is the “Messiah,” and Titus is the “prince that shall come.” Again, the verbs point back as actions of the “Messiah”; the “prince that shall come” is only an object of the preposition, so to speak. The verbs are NOT connected with the “prince!"

  10. Energy Boom Can Withstand Steeper Oil-Price Drop Some Smaller U.S. Producers Are Likely to Face Pinch From a More-Modest Decline Oil prices would need to fall at least another $20 a barrel to choke off the U.S. energy boom, industry experts say. Russell Gold joins MoneyBeat. Photo: Getty. By Russell Gold, Erin Ailworth and Benoît Faucon October 29, 2014 54 COMMENTS Oil prices would need to fall at least another $20 a barrel to choke off the U.S. energy boom, industry experts say, though some smaller American producers would face serious problems from a more modest decline. Small and midsize companies—not global giants—are behind the surge in U.S. oil output, which hit 8.97 million barrels a day earlier this month, according to federal statistics. Some of these drillers have taken on a lot of debt, which was easier to justify when oil was going for as much as $107 a barrel just four months ago. Oil drilling in Texas’s Eagle Ford Shale would remain economic at an oil price of $53 to $65 a barrel, one brokerage says. ENLARGE Oil drilling in Texas’s Eagle Ford Shale would remain economic at an oil price of $53 to $65 a barrel, one brokerage says. Eddie Seal U.S. crude closed Wednesday at $82.20 a barrel, and far less in some parts of the country where few pipelines are available to move it to refineries. Lower oil prices mean drillers will have less cash to cover their borrowings, especially if crude prices tumble more. So far, American companies haven’t reacted to the recent oil-price drop: The number of drilling rigs searching for onshore oil in the U.S. has risen slightly since oil prices peaked June 20. The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries seems to be betting that will change soon. Abdalla Salem el-Badri, OPEC’s secretary general, predicted Wednesday that if current prices hold, half of the U.S. oil that is fracked from shale formations will be uneconomic, leading companies to stop producing it. That view is at odds with most U.S. forecasters, who say output can remain steady at current prices because companies have cut their costs by finding ways to produce oil more efficiently. For example, the amount of oil coming from each new well in South Texas has nearly doubled since 2012, federal data show. Marianne Kah, chief economist of ConocoPhillips , said oil prices would need to fall to $50 a barrel “if you wanted to completely halt production” in U.S. shale basins. She said 80% of the American shale sector—in which ConocoPhillips is a major operator—is profitable at prices between $40 and $80 a barrel for benchmark West Texas Intermediate crude. Jason Bordoff, director of Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy, said he believed prices would have to fall much further to put significant pressure on the U.S. energy boom. “I am not sure if $80 is enough,” he said. “You might need $60 or $65 to really see a stress test.” ENLARGE Occidental Petroleum Corp. ’s chief executive said last week that he saw plenty of drilling opportunities in the Permian Basin in West Texas at current prices. “We think there’s a lot of economic oil at $75,” Steve Chazen said on a call with analysts. “Do I think there’s a lot of economic oil at $50? No, I don’t.” The Permian, where U.S. drilling activity is heaviest, will be profitable for companies to drill at U.S. oil prices of $57 to $75 a barrel, depending on location, according to research from Robert W. Baird & Co. As a result, companies active there, such as Chevron Corp. , Apache Corp. and Pioneer Natural Resources Co. , are likely to keep drilling. The Eagle Ford Shale, located farther south in Texas and home to Marathon Oil Corp. , Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and EOG Resources Inc., would remain economic at even lower prices—$53 to $65, according to Baird. North Dakota’s Bakken Shale, which is the focus of companies including Continental Resources Inc., Whiting Petroleum Corp. and Hess Corp. , comes in at $61 to $75 a barrel. To be sure, even small price drops could begin to affect production around the margins. “The clear losers in a low-price environment are going to be smaller companies that are overleveraged,” said Daniel Katzenberg, a Baird analyst. The downturn will be particularly tough on companies drilling in areas without much history of oil production. Costs tend to be high in these areas, which include the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale in Louisiana and Mississippi and some relatively unexplored shale formations in Oklahoma. Wall Street already is trying to sort out survivors from likely losers. Among the latter is Goodrich Petroleum Corp. , a relatively small Houston company whose shares have plunged nearly 70% since oil prices began falling in June. The New York Stock Exchange Energy Index has fallen 16% over the same stretch. The company’s problems? Most of the wells it drills are in the Tuscaloosa Shale, where the industry hasn’t drilled enough to lower costs or improve efficiency. Making matters worse, Goodrich has burned through almost all of the $49.2 million it had on hand at the end of 2013, and its debt compared with its cash flow is higher than normal for U.S. oil and gas companies. Goodrich didn’t respond to requests for comment. The current price environment is a bit like a stress test to determine which companies have their financial and operating houses in order. Those that spent too much to lease property to drill, or have high operating costs, are most likely to suffer. “If you didn’t overpay for acreage, you will get by just fine,” said Ken Morgan, director of the TCU Energy Institute at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. “But if you paid an arm and a leg to get in the game, banking on $95 oil, there could be trouble and significant belt-tightening ahead.” Even so, companies have strong incentives not to dial back on drilling. They are likely to be reluctant to let go of their well-site crews after training them to operate efficiently. And nobody wants to be the first to cut production, a move that would help competitors. “If you think it’s hard to get 12 OPEC nations to act in concert, try getting thousands of independent operators to agree to react to lower oil prices,” said R.T. Dukes, a senior analyst at Wood Mackenzie. Many companies have hedged their oil production, ensuring a good price for part of it. And energy producers’ debt typically isn’t due for several years. “They have clear sailing for 2015, but beyond that and I think many of them could be hurting,” said Robert Hefner III, founder and owner of GHK Co., an Oklahoma City energy company. Noble Energy Inc. executives told investors earlier this week that the company would revisit its spending plans if oil prices continued to fall. But the Houston company said it had hedged its output to protect itself from price swings. Noble, which has a stock-market value of about $21 billion, also drills offshore, so it can shift production in pursuit of the highest returns, an option many shale-focused drillers don’t have. “We’re going to be sensitive to our balance sheet,” said Noble CEO David L. Stover. The first pinch could be felt by oilfield-service providers, as producers seek to reduce their costs for services such as drilling and fracking. Halliburton Co. , which helps oil companies drill their wells, has significant exposure to the U.S. shale boom; its stock has fallen 23% since late June. Dave Lesar, the company’s chairman and CEO, said on a conference call last week that Halliburton hasn’t detected any slowdown by its U.S. customers heading into 2015. Write to Russell Gold at russell.gold@wsj.com and Erin Ailworth at Erin.Ailworth@wsj.com Corrections & Amplifications Marianne Kah, chief economist of ConocoPhillips, said oil prices would need to fall to $50 a barrel “if you wanted to completely halt production” of U.S. shale oil. An earlier version of this article incorrectly quoted Ms. Kah saying prices would need to fall to $50 a barrel “to really harm oil production” in U.S. shale basins. (Nov. 5, 2014)

  11. I am glad to hear so many people clear on this subject. All the unforgivable sins are directed at the one sin of rejecting the influence or admonition of the Holy Spirit, which covers the ones you all mentioned. There are different ways of committing this sin, including personal spiritual negligence. The Holy Spirit is our seal for salvation, the connection between us and Christ, once that is cut, it cannot be repaired. Jesus said all manner of sin will be forgiven, even against God, but not against the Connection God has provided. But having said that, I know what it is like to live many years in discouragement and fear of having lost salvation and the Holy Spirit. It is not a nice place to be, and I would like to say to those who feel that they are far from any grace or salvation, that "blessed are the poor in spirit" for they will inherit eternal life. The words of scripture - the promises have to be taken against whatever your feelings are telling you. The truth is that God has a tender regard for you, despite those dark feelings which lie to you. The danger of the Christian is to presume on protection while walking into temptation, and the other is to lean on our own strength to overcome sin. But relying fully on Christ is not learned overnight, it is a lifetime learning experience of depending more with each trial and blunder.

  12. Many think repentance is "turning from sin" but this is not Biblical.Repentance means "to change ones mind".The Bible also tells us that a true repentance will result in a change of actions Luke 3:8-14;Acts 3:19:Acts 26:20.The true repentance is a change of mind and a change of action.
