  1. As I continue to read the entire New Testament again, I stopped and pondered when I read John 16: 2-3 and the historical accuracy and the application of today. What Islam has always done and continues today, the Roman Catholic Inquisition and Crusades. We all know biblical prophecy is 100% accurate one-hundred percent of the time, but when you actually reflect on it, it's just amazing! What a wonderful God we serve.

  4. I am very sorry that I have offended you. However, the bigger picture is that God has destroyed nations for murdering their unwanted babies with abortions and murders of new infants, both of which are being pushed by progressive agendas. The bigger picture is that gay marriage is perverted, and now pedophiles want the same thing--marriage to the children--and they immediately announced this in our state saying they would use the same tactics as the gays had to condition us to accept it. The bigger picture is that socialized medicine is collapsing. No medicine is free. I am on social security and since the start of Obamacare our private insurance has gone from $400. to $650. per month for 2 people plus increased medicare deductions from our check and increased insurance deductibles.. My asthma meds have gone from $50. per month to $700 per month since obamacare was instituted, and that doesn't include my diabetes meds. So we pay $2000 per month just for health care. Your entitlement comes at my expense, which I can't afford since our savings is nearly gone. That is why the republican privatized national health care might be a viable option. Our nation can't afford entitlements for everyone. But I do believe that the state medicaid should pay for psych meds. It is criminal to not provide such help, and it is in the public interest. There should also be a limit to profits by drug companies for medications to eliminate scalping by companies that don't develop them. Both of our friends who tried to convince me to vote for Sanders are millionaires, by the way. Both claim to be Christians but one couple doesn't believe or understand the Bible which makes me wonder if they have the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit. They were excommunicated from their liberal protestant church. The other clings to her money so as to begrudge providing for her family. I don't stand in judgement and I try to understand, but my heart aches for them and we pray for their complete surrender to God. Hopefully they pray for our failings and weaknesses as well. You will never understand how much I love these people and they have been life long friends who are like my sisters. So I proposed that the lack of complete surrender to God might be why they would vote for progressive Marxist agendas. I was not speaking of you or any citizen of our country who is destitute with severe health problems, but I don't believe that the total progressive agenda is the answer. In fact I believe many of the aspects are anti Christian, pro sin and anti God. This is why many despise Christians. Please forgive me for offending you.

  5. And this is simply another manifestation of the depravity of the RCC. No man has been given the authority to forgive sins, and the words to the apostles have been misunderstood and misapplied.

  6. A christian is a believer in the person of Jesus Christ. He foremost believes in his heart and confess with his mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and that Jesus died for his sins . He believes that Jesus has forgiven him of his sins and now has a relationship with Christ. This is the in a nutshell what a christian from my comprehension of the bible. There are attributes that he will have once he takes the path of following the teachings of Christ and it is spelled out in the Holy Bible. The term born again is bestowed upon him as he now a new creation in Christ and if so, will strive to walk in the pathways of righteousness and holiness as his now new master has taught him. He believes that the Holy Bible is the true word of God and it contains the directions and truths that he is determined to follow. He now accepts that there is a real foe called the devil who endeavors to tempt, test and try his claim of serving the true and living god that he has given his life to. He now acknowledges that his old slave master is a foe and his new master is the way the truth and life. He also now truly believes that there is no other name under heaven given among men which a man can be saved except through Jesus Christ. Also he now believes, he is to spread the good news of the saving grace of Jesus Christ. There is much to describe a christian, but this should be some of his credentials.

  8. That we forgive is not in question at all. But my issue is how far does this forgiveness go in terms of how you relate to the person. I had a couple of situations where people I considered friends made their opinionsof me known openly and very embarrassingly. So mentally I cut them off. If they need my help, I'll help them, I'll also be civil to them. I don't think I hate them or hold a grudge and prayed that God not let me do so. But the supposed friendship is no where near the same. I won't try to be friendly or go out to interact with them as I once would. I'm wondering if this is right or christianlike

  10. Here is a second Bible witness about those kings being locked in the pit with Satan during Christ's future 1,000 years reign: Isa 24:20-23 20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again. 21 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth. 22 And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited. 23 Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before His ancients gloriously. 11. The word used in Rev.9 is angel (Greek aggelos), not demon. Apollyon is simply another title for Satan, as he is that "king" over those locusts, and he is the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit in the last days (Rev.17:8-11).

  12. The leaders in Israel will 'give' their power and authority to the beast king (Antichrist). How else could the "abomination of desolation" take place in a rebuilt temple in Jerusalem? The ten kings will be subservient to the beast king, sitting as king in Jerusalem for the 1260 days. His object of desire is to proclaim himself as God and have the whole world worship him, or his image or name. The blueprint for Jerusalem during the trib is based on the 70 years Babylon captivity of the house of Judah in Daniel's days.

  14. 1) We had 2nd baby girl and she is one year old now. When she was 1 day old, the Pediatrician checked her and said the heart rhythm is not as expected. We had to go for ECG/EKG. Imagine seeing 1 day old baby going through that. It took like an hour to get the test done. The Cardiologist just confirmed and said it is not looking normal. Since she had been out to the world only for a day, they thought it was too early to check more or take any actions. They asked us to come back after 2 weeks. We had this baby after 2 miscarriages. We left home broken hearted, but with faith. When we went to see gyno for the first visit, they did not see a heart beat. They were worried it might be another miscarriage. They asked us to come back after a week. And there she was. A tiny blip on the screen! We knew it was God who gave her life then. The same God is able to raise her up. We went after 2 weeks, and everything was perfect. They felt she was just too young and things were stabilizing. I am so thankful to Lord that He would continue to touch her heart and give her life. Now she is so healthy running all over. I am so thankful to the Lord that through His grace and mercy He saw it fit to give this precious little girl in our hands. 2) We always wanted to put our first daughter in Christian school. I did not earn much. I went through some difficult time at work last year. Sleepless nights for 4 straight months. People were worried I would get seriously sick. I would work 7 days and get probably 3 to 4 hours sleep everyday. And work for remaining 20 hours. Everything came to an end and executives were impressed. It eventually reflected in my pay check. God provided exactly enough this year and I was able to put my daughter in Christian school. She is still going there 3) God provided me an opportunity to take Bible study at my Church. It is such an honor to teach God's Word. I did Book of Jonah and loved it. So much learning for me. Everyone liked it and they want me to do more in the coming months. It is a blessing and honor 4) thankful for my wife. She is definitely my better half! No question. And thankful for my daughters. 2 little princesses! Just telling a few things. I can keep saying so many other things also. But few things which stand out this year.

  16. “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.” (Hebrews 3:15) We live in a world that is not for those who fear pain and suffering. Though many of us do in fact run from this reality; it will come to us all. It is part of every stage of life, though I believe that the very young and the very old suffer much from powerlessness and being at the mercy of others. Each year I experience this growing in myself. Health issues, not being able to do the jobs that when young were easy, are now a challenge and may even be dangerous. So I have to step back and let younger and stronger men do what needs to be done. Like fixing a flat tire, I can’t do that anymore. So I have to learn to let go, I guess this is suffering, but the intensity of it depends on how hard I fight it. From working in the Infirmary here in the community I saw that first hand. Now as I age I am slowly starting to experience what so many of my charges went through….most gracefully, a few not so much. I don’t mind really, since it is just as much a part of life, as growing in strength and ability to ‘do’, is part of being young. Today the ‘unborn’ have no right to life and many believe that the mother has the choice to cut short the life in her womb; in fact it is of course legal to do so. In the future I believe our descendants will look back in horror on how we treated the life in the womb as well as our elderly Of course the real shame will be in how we allow greed to take over one’s reason for living and how that shaped our values and life’s choices as well as cultural ones. Another scandal for those in the future will be the crisis in the family, where so many men seem to think that sex is a simple sport, fun, with no consequences or sense of responsibility. Women are left alone, and many are very young and do not have the means to support their child. Then families may turn on their ‘disgraced’ daughter and force her to get an abortion. Many such parents are Christians who are afraid of the scorn they will be visited on them from their church. So in some instances, Christian’s may be part of the fuel that keeps abortion going. Of course, I may be naive in believing that there will be such a culture, where life is respected to the extent that all will be treated with the dignity that they deserve as human beings no matter their stage of life. It has never happened in the past, so why would it happen in the future. When there is tragedy, and abortion is a true tragedy, the reasons for the abortion can have many influences that lead to that choice. A law will not stop abortion; it is a symptom of something much deeper and destructive. A law will only create a whole new class of criminals….is that really a solution? I think about prohibition, the law only made it more lucrative for the criminals. In the very young and the very old we do see the face of Christ Jesus, who became flesh and took upon himself our death and suffering and in doing that has allowed the gates of mercy to open on all. Yet if Christians don’t show mercy and love, how can change happen? I doubt we can point to any one source for our problems today, but I believe we all play a role in it. How you may ask. By not living out what we say we believe. If we are pro-life, do we show that in how we treat others? Many do, others try and fail, yet get up and continue, and then apathy is also very strong. To pray, love, help and speak truth in a manner that will not make things worse is what we are called to do. We do not see into the hearts of anyone. In fact, I can barely understand my own heart. I am not better than anyone, for I do not know how I would react under certain circumstance. However while there is still today, we can all begin again. A new beginning because of mercy and that mercy is passed on to others. When we understand the Love that Christ Jesus has for us and the mercy we have received, how can we not pass it on to others. For mercy is freely given for those who ask, so just as we received freely, so we must pass it on, for to harden ones heart is easy, to keep a fleshy human heart touched deeply by Christ Jesus is a death to old ways of being and not easy at all, but is a choice that comes from deep within, its roots watered by the Blood of Christ and the Fire of the Holy Spirit.

  21. Now we are getting to the heart of the issue. If a Christian supports this agenda and votes for those who stand for this agenda, he or she has judged himself. And they should not be surprised if other Christians wonder about their Christianity. Before the election, there were several attempts to persuade Christians that they should not vote for Trump. Well the only serious option was to then vote for Hillary (and even an abstention would mean a vote for her). People were telling us all about Trump's locker room talk etc. as reasons to reject him. But at the same time, these anti-Trump people never ever mentioned Hillary's criminality and treasonous acts, Obama's destructive agenda, and Hillary's commitment to stay on the same anti-American track. What was more serious?

  23. I am assuming you meant HOW would I judge if someone is a Christian. Well, Jesus gave the answer to that. I covered most of this in the post above. But I didn't say with the word of God, so let me add that in here. Also, Jesus said, If you are God's Children then you will do the work of God. If you are this world or the devil's children then you will do the work the devil does. Like Lie, murder, steal or fornicate as a lifestyle and unrepentantly . Jesus Said you WILL know them by their fruits. That means if someone is a Christian you will know it by their fruits. If someone is not a Christian then you will know it by their fruits. People can say anything, doesn't make it true. Jesus said, If you love him, then you will obey him. If you don't love him, then you will not obey him. All this is not talking about falling short sometimes like we will all do. It is talking about A lifestyle of sin. If we can not Judge sin and lifestyles of sin then how can we rebuke or correct as the bible instructs us to?

  25. Lawsuits among Believers …2Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? 3Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life! 4So if you need to settle everyday matters, do you appoint as judges those of no standing in the church?…1 Cor.6:2-3 These verses don't really talk about judging who is and who is not a Christian, I hope you know I'm a born again believer, if I do something very un-Christian would you label me as not being a Christian? Of course I don't want to sin,but we all do and say things we shouldn't ,so where do you draw the line? Matthew 7:1 "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. Do Not Judge 1Do not judge, or you will be judged. 2For with the same judgment you pronounce, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. 1 Cor.6:3 7:1-6 We must judge ourselves, and judge of our own acts, but not make our word a law to everybody. We must not judge rashly, nor pass judgment upon our brother without any ground. We must not make the worst of people. Here is a just reproof to those who quarrel with their brethren for small faults, while they allow themselves in greater ones. Some sins are as motes, while others are as beams; some as a gnat, others as a camel. Not that there is any sin little; if it be a mote, or splinter, it is in the eye; if a gnat, it is in the throat; both are painful and dangerous, and we cannot be easy or well till they are got out. That which charity teaches us to call but a splinter in our brother's eye, true repentance and godly sorrow will teach us to call a beam in our own. It is as strange that a man can be in a sinful, miserable condition, and not be aware of it, as that a man should have a beam in his eye, and not consider it; but the god of this world blinds their minds. Here is a good rule for reprovers; first reform thyself. Matthew Henry Commentary

  26. Yes I did read that but I don't see how the Law that Paul is referring to is the law of Moses and when John refers to "lawlessness" that means the ten commandments. Never the less... If Paul is writing about the law of Moses why then In Acts 21:18-24 is Paul working to prove that he is NOT teaching against the law and why does he say in Acts 24:14 that he believes all that is written in the Torah and Prophets? It seems to me that either Paul was NOT referring to the Torah or he was a great hypocrite. Also as for the oral Torah, if you look up a video called The Hebrew Yeshuah versus the Greek Jesus by Nehemiah Gordon , the son of a Rabbi you will find that the Rabbi's did and still do consider their word supreme even over the written law. He also shows how many try to use Matthew chapter 15:1-20 as an example of Jesus doing away with the law of Moses but the hand washing in question is not from the law of Moses rather it is from the oral law of the Rabbi's. You said" In brief, anything and everything which is contrary to the character of God is sin. " Wouldn't that be what the Law of Moses was pointing out, the character of God?

  28. There is no party that has done anything to stop abortion, one party talks about doing so, but never does. The abortion rate is almost identical today as it was 2 years after RvW. So, if you vote for either Republican or Dem you are voting for letting babies be killed in the womb. If you wish to differentiate between a baby at 5 weeks or one at 37 then I guess one is better than the other, but I fail to see a difference between the two babies. I think a Christian should vote for the person whose philosophy of governing most represents the views of the Christian. This election there was not a candidate that had Christian morals, so then what is a Christian to do?

  29. I think too many people expect a christian to be perfected. Everyone comes from different backgrounds. Someone in a gang who comes to accept Christ, may have the effects of his former life intermingled in such a way that a good many here on this forum would judge them as not being christian. Why do we want a judging stick? I was lost when God called me, for some reason I can't comprehend, He did not write me off. Maybe a good many who are judged as not good enough to be a christian will be forgiven due to their faith, and a good many who write others off may not make it.

  30. As mentioned brother, we forgive, and move on! I've had some "friends" that have done similar things over the years. Slander, lies, even theft being amongst those sins towards me and ultimately against God. Mark 11:25-26 (25) And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. (26) But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. I've rebuked them. As there has been no change on their part, I have nothing more to do with them, but still pray for them on occasion. Luke 17:3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. Should they ever repent before God, and ask forgiveness towards me, I'll gladly accept. At the same time, I'll be looking for "fruits meet (worthy & right) with repentance" to make sure they were sincere. Matthew 3:8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:

  32. I think its pretty clear that all the Beasts arising out of the Sea with Seven Heads and this Image of precious metals are the exact same thing. But I do not think it means all of the Kingdoms of yesteryear have to be part of the conquering of Israel during the Tribulation. I think the Anti-Christ and 10 Kings accomplish this, but I do think he eventually uses the Kings of the East to come against Israel, after he has subjugated the Kings of the east and destroyed Islam. Apollyon the Destroyer is a Demon in the Abyss, not any prince of Persia or Greece. Everyone seems to misunderstand Daniel 7:12, it is showing all the Beasts and what eventually happens to them. Of course the LAST BEAST is the Anti-Christ and he is cast straight into hell, as concerning the other Beasts, they survived after their Dominion was taken away, hence Alexander the Great lived in Babylon so it SURVIVED yet a while, Egypt is still a Country/Kingdom, as is Greece and Persia (Iran), Italy/Rome is still a country. Now understanding this, a rereading seems to become much clearer. Daniel 7 is about all the Beasts, the the Little Horn then arises...... Daniel 7:11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame. 12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time. This becomes rather easy to decipher once we think about it in a contextual manner. The Little Horn/Anti-Christ is killed, and his body destroyed, then he is placed Straight into Hell, we know this is a Man, not Satan, because Satan is placed in the bottomless pit for 1000 years, then he will be placed into hell (Rev. 20:10) where the Beast and False Prophet await him. BUT.......As for the rest of the "Beasts" (Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome.....along with Egypt and Assyria no doubt) they will YET LIVE for a Season and a Time. This verse is trying to make a point, that the "Last Beast" will be destroyed permanently and the Saints of God will then RULE with Jesus Christ forever. (Son of Man = Jesus). So the point is, eventually the evil dudes will be cast down for good, but until then these other "Beasts" will yet live for a while.

  35. Thank you my friend. When I write I am really dealing with my own struggles. I have enough to not worry about others too much, except to slowly allow God's grace to heal me deeper and in that it makes me more understanding of others. I do believe that the mystery of God's love shown to each of us is still not understood, for Infinite Love is outside human experience. When I ponder the story of the "Prodigal Son" I get frustrated because the love the 'Father' portrayed is so outside human experience, it is of a deeper nature and I can't grasp it except to the level that I am able. Yet I still struggle, perhaps that is needed so that can again choose to follow the path that I believe we are called to; "To Love God with out whole souls and our neighbor as ourselves". For me the last part is the hardest, yet as I age and healing is deeper and my nakedness before God is made manifest to me, so does my trust and my fear drops away. Peace Mark

  39. It's pretty clear to me what the tribulation is going to look like, before the second coming of Jesus Christ. Men's hearts failing them for fear of what is coming upon the face of the earth. It's frequently written in scripture of all the supernatural deceiving lying wonders and miraculous events that are going to occur, that would even deceive the elect if it were possible. It's apparent the Antichrist (son of perdition) will be indwelled with Satan himself, and he will have complete control over his Army of minions. The iron mixed with clay, is Rome II (partly strong & partly weak, most likely the European Union), maybe the eastern leg of the Roman empire that lasted 1,000 years longer than the western leg. When Jesus proclaimed what it would be like prior to His second coming, to paraphrase, He said, 'as in the days of Noah (Noe), so shall it be at the coming of the Son of man.. You have to then ask yourself, what stands out and differentiates the days of Noah compared to any other point in history or even today? The only thing that makes sense is described in Genesis 6: and Matthew 24: The abyss portals are going to open up and some nasty things are going to manifest themselves here on earth. That's my biblical hermeneutics anyway.

Stewart “...our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you...in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest (twist), as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.” —2nd Peter 3:15-17 If you are using the New International Version (NIV) of the Bible, and continue to do so after reading this article, then you are truly blinded by Satan, or just don't care. As seen in the verses above, Peter admits that some Scriptures are hard to understand. Just as today, there we're unlearned (Greek, amathes, i.e., ignorant) people back then who corrupted the Word of God. Perhaps “NIV” stands for “Non Inspired Version”!!! Nothing is new today. Just as the Trojans were woefully deceived by the warring Greek armies, who used a gift horse to conquer them—so is the NIV a Trojan Horse filled with deceit and lies waiting to DESTROY YOU! Notice that in verse 17 above, the Bible calls Bible-corrupters WICKED! The word "stedfastness" in verse 17 means to be doctrinally sound in the Christian faith. The wicked people who put the NIV together were not doctrinally sound. In fact, they readily admit this in the preface to the NIV. Look for yourself. They state that they wanted to publish a new Bible that was free of any sectarian bias (i.e., that wouldn't offend any particular religious group). So they got everybody together, compromised the Word of God, and published a perverted Bible that satisfied each group. Of course, there were no blood-washed, born-again, Christ-honoring, Hell-fire and damnation, Sin-hating, soulwinning believers invited. Their STATED MAIN PURPOSE was not to preserve THE TRUTH; but rather, to publish a translation that was non-offensive to the participating religious denominations (i.e., WIDELY MARKETABLE). The NIV is as ecumenical as you can get (i.e., they all set aside their doctrinal differences in sinful compromise to further one-world religious unity). Biblically, God commands us to be divided by truth, rather than be united by error (2nd Corinthians 6:14-17). The Word of God magnifies TRUTH; whereas, the devil's crowd magnifies UNITY. Something's Missing! So what's wrong with the NIV? In a word... EVERYTHING! Do you have any idea how many things were eviscerated (disemboweled) from the Bible by the NIV authors? Hundreds of words, phrases, and even entire Bible verses were removed from the Word of God by the NIV butchers. Whereas the King James Bible mentions the "Godhead" three times, the NIV has completely removed the word. You won't find the word "propitiation" in the NIV either. In fact, all of the following words have been removed from the Bible by the NIV butchers: regeneration, mercyseat, Calvary, remission, Jehovah, immutable, omnipotent, Comforter, Holy Ghost, quickened, infallible, et cetera. One of the most blasphemous omissions in the NIV is in John 3:16 where Jesus is no longer proclaimed as the “only BEGOTTEN Son of God.” Yes, that's right, the NIV butchers removed the word "begotten" from John 3:16. How in the name of truth and justice could any professed Christian use the New International Version? Yet, it's the most popular bible version sold on the market today. If I had a billion dollars, I'd make an offer to churches all across America. I'd exchange brand new King James Bibles for their perverted NIVs. I'd give them new Bibles for their old corrupt bibles. They would first have to give me their NIVs so I could BURN THEM! I'd burn every NIV I could find. The NIV translators removed 64,576 words as compared to the King James Bible! Words are very important! God put “every Word” there for a reason, i.e., so we could live by them! Matthew 4:4, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” If I am to live for God, then I need an “every Word” Bible. We have it thank God, in the inspired King James Bible! The Bible is truth! In sharp contrast, modern Bibles are corrupt and; therefore, produce corrupt teachings. Just the fact that the NIV translators completely removed the critically important Word, “GODHEAD” from Acts 17:29, Romans 1:20 and Colossians 2:9 is reason enough to run away from the NIV as fast as you can. That's not all that the wicked NIV deceivers took out of the Bible. The word "sodomite" is completely gone, as is the words: fornication, trucebreakers, winebibbers, carnal, slothful, unthankful, effeminate, backbiting, vanity, lasciviousness, whoredom, devils, Lucifer, damnation, brimstone, and the bottomless pit. I'm not kidding, go check for yourself! It's not surprising that the word “sodomite” is completely gone, when you learn that an open unrepentant homosexual, Dr. Marten Woudstra (now deceased), was the chairman of the Old Testament committee. To no surprise, the homosexual community is excited about the new upcoming NIV2011. Why would any truly born-again believer who loves Jesus Christ use a corrupted Bible that caters to the homosexual agenda? Not me brother! All these words in the King James Bible have been stricken from the New International Version. We ought to call it the H.I.V., because it's more deadly than the AIDS virus. 2nd Timothy 2:15 instructs each believer to "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." Well, the NIV removes the word "study" from this verse. To no surprise, Paul's admonition against "science falsely so called" in 1st Timothy 6:20 is gone too, and there are no longer any fables to avoid. Of the 54 times "hell" is mentioned in the King James Bible, the NIV reduces it down to 14 times. The King James Bible states in 1st Timothy 3:16 that "GOD WAS MANIFEST IN THE FLESH"; but the NIV waters it down to... he was revealed in a body. In Philippians 2:6 of the NIV Jesus is no longer EQUAL with God; but rather, could not grasp equality with God. The NIV is Wicked! Vile! Blasphemy! Why would anyone use the NIV? Satan's Latest Gimmick “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.” —2nd Corinthians 2:11 Don't you see what the Devil has done to God's Word? Satan only comes to kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:10). If the Devil can't destroy the Bible, then he tries to change It (Romans 1:25). If the Devil can't change the Bible, then he tries to replace it with fables. The latest Satanic gimmick is the claim that several pagan religions outdate Christianity, and that Christianity originated in ancient Egypt. The truth is that Abraham believed on the Lord for salvation in Genesis 15:6 (about 2,000 B.C.). Christianity was here from the Creation, which is evidenced by Abel's offering of a blood sacrifice to God (thus signifying his faith in the coming Savior). People were saved back in the Old Testament the same way we are today—by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8,9). When Noah and his family walked off the ark, Christianity had no competition. It wasn't until men came together in UNITY that they corrupted themselves once again, that God segregated them across the earth in Genesis 11:9. So, Biblically, Christianity came before any pagan religions. It wasn't until 566 B.C. that Buddha arrived. Anyone who thinks Christianity didn't exist until the time of Christ is ignorant. Psalm 22 was written around 1000 B.C. by king David, prophesying the crucifixion of Christ. We read in Acts 11:26, "And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch." Notice that there were DISCIPLES of Christ before the term "Christian" came into being. Thus, there were followers of Christ throughout the Old Testament. Satan's greatest weapon is people's ignorance (2nd Corinthians 4:4). How tragic that even professed Christians today are woefully deceived concerning the Word of God. Is this not exactly what Jesus warned about in Mark 13:22, "For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect." If professed Christians today are gullible enough to trade in their faithful King James Bible for a demonic counterfeit like the NIV, then where will Christianity be 10 years from now? The Heresy of "Lordship Salvation" is Rooted in the NIV The NIV teaches the damnable heresy of Lordship Salvation. The NIV has produced an generation of Lordship Salvationists who foolishly believe that a person cannot be saved without making Jesus Lord. Here's Romans 10:9 from the King James Bible, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Now here's Romans 10:9 from the perverted NIV... “That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” The Bible never requires us to make Jesus our "Lord" to be saved, only trust Him as our Savior (John 14:6). Peter shows clear evidence of this when he professed, "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God" in Matthew 16:16. Peter never confessed "Jesus is Lord." Rather, Peter received Jesus as the Messiah. Genesis 15:6 simply states that Abraham, "...believed in the LORD; and he (God) counted it to him for righteousness." Romans 4:5 plainly states, "But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness." It is our faith upon Jesus as our Savior, because of the blood that He shed for our sins, that saves us (1st Peter 1:18,19). Making Christ the Lord of our life is a matter of Christian obedience; NOT Salvation. If one had to make Jesus the Lord of their life to be saved, then Lot, Samson, and Solomon would all be in Hell today. What about Ananias and Sapphira? What about the carnal Believers at Corinth? What about 1st Corinthians 3:15? Hypocritically, Lordship Salvationists will quote Scriptures about being saved by faith alone; but then require people to have some outward self-righteousness to validate their faith. Clearly they are confusing the ROOT of a believer's faith, which Paul speaks of in Romans; in contrast to the FRUIT of a believer's faith, which is spoken of by James. For more information please read, "Are We Justified by Faith and Works?" The NIV is from Hell, which is exactly where the Lordship Salvation gang is headed. Yes, this means John MacArthur is going to Hell. Don't be deceived my friend, if you believe that you have to do as little as give a cup of water to someone to be saved, you will burn in Hell for all eternity. The blood of Christ is what takes our sins away (not just the death of Christ), and ANY self-righteous efforts on our part is a total rejection of Christ's work of redemption. Why would anyone use the NIV? What Does the NIV, the Satanic Bible, and Gay Sex Have in Common? According to Wikipedia.org, the New International Bible (NIV) is the most popular Bible version today. What Zondervan Publishers won't DARE tell you is that they are OWNED by Harper Collins, who also publishes The Satanic Bible and The Joy of Gay Sex. Doesn't it seem odd to anyone with a brain and a love for Christ that the world's largest Bible publisher (Zondervan) is owned by the same company, HarperCollins, that publishes The Satanic Bible and The Joy of Gay Sex." Every pastor and Christian using the NIV are supporting these demonic publications. Furthermore, the Jehovah's Witnesses' New World Translation comes from same Greek manuscripts as does the NIV! The Jehovah's Witnesses' Interlinear Greek New Testament is based upon the corrupt Greek of Westcott and Hort, openly admitted in front of the publication. By the way, the owner of the exclusive printing rights to the NIV, Rupert Murdoch, was just made a Knight by the Pope. Murdoch had put the NIV under the same umbrella as the TV Guide, which he also owned. This is unbelievable folks! Destroy your NIV. Why in the world would you want an NIV bible that removes the word "begotten" from John 3:16, says that Jesus couldn't grasp equality with God in Philippians 2:6, removes the name "Jesus" in 38 places, completely removes the word "Godhead" from the Bible, completely removes the word "sodomite" from the Bible, removes the word "hell" 40 times, and changes every mention of people "worshipping" Jesus to a mere "knelt"? Thank God for the King James Bible! Why would anyone use the NIV? If you sincerely love the Lord Jesus Christ, who is God Almighty (John 1:1-3,14; 10:33; Colossians 1:16; 1st Timothy 3:16; Revelation 1:8), then you WON'T use the damnable NIV. I beg you not to simply throw your NIV away, lest someone else be cursed by finding it—rip it to shreds, and then throw it away!

  46. I agree, although the prince of Greece will not necessarily be influencing the nation we know today as Greece, etc. He could be responsible for ISIS this go-around for all I know. I don't see him as bound to a specific geography, but rather more ideologically or purpose driven. But, yes, I agree that there will be manifestations in the physical realm.

  47. I think it's important to remember that the ten horns are ten kings that will reign with the coming Antichrist, and that shows how Antichrist's system structure will indeed... be a 'kingdom'. So what kind of systems will the future "ten kings" rule over?

  48. Very well said Mr. Flsnookman. Let's take the man Job from the book of Job. He was a righteous man, walking in all the ways of the Lord and the tragedy that befell him. We know the events that caused it. A born again believer will go through trials and troubles in his walk, be it from satan or his own fleshy lust. Our sin nature is still there, but what do we struggle against in this world or have to contend with. The world, the flesh and the devil. But it is all part of the journey of a believer and the man looking from the outside will make assumptions of that person walk. When you are going through the trials and difficulties, sometimes is can seem hopeless, but the true test for gold's purity is that when it goes through the fire it is not tarnished, but when it comes out of the fire it shines even more. A born again believer will be tried and tested. When you know you have stood your grounds in Christ against the powers of darkness and the rest, you yourself would see the malignant wickedness and would dare not want to be in that camp and you press on. When you are born again or saved you exchanged the god of this world for the true and living Lord of Host, Jehovah God. It is a day and night comparison, the veil is removed and now you see what you could not see before, how could you go back. Never, could born again believer go back to his former world. In fact impossible. Want to add too. The devil has a job to do here also, to make the christian life very difficult and insert doubt , fear and hopelessness. But the trials that come, is for the believer to grow in confidence when he encounter the victories, even though there would be scars ect. A believer would have moments of stumbling, but he who is able to Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy JUDE 1:24
