For all who love GOD in SPIRIT and IN TRUTH , IN CHRIST , be fully persuaded that no matter what the cost, its only gain to live or die for Christ . An intense delusion of a false peace with a false love and a false solution is ripping its way into even the hearts of people world wide , in the religions and even big in Christanity . In time we wont even be considered christains , no , our badge will be titled haters of all humanity . Well, its honor to serve the ONE who saved us , HE BLED for us , soon many of us will bleed for the righteous cause of CHRIST ourselves . NO FEAR , ONLY HOPE . For our HOPE is THE LORD and whether we live or die , WE WIN CAUSE JESUS HAS ALREADY WON . So , hands up and praise the LORD and have no fear of what is coming .

Let everyone pray for two things . Preaching and exhorting truth to the final breath on this site and in the world . And number two , tis better to lose worthy than to have worthy conform in order to maintain its place . No matter what there can be no conforming to an all inclusive world . Its JESUS ONLY that saves , He is no minstir of sin and HE is the Only HOPE a person has for salvation . On the great day of the LORD when all are gathered before Him , many will rejoice in Christ , but many will weep and howl . Our mission is to preach Christ and Him crucified to all that has breath . And sound out pure sound bible doctrine for correction , reproof instruction in righteousness . We were told the world would not love us , embrace us , but rather persecute and hate us . The ONLY HOPE for any that draws breath IS CHRIST and that gospel MUST remain forefront , no matter how much more in time it will seem ever so divisise to this all inclusive mindset that is growing by leaps and bounds . We used to have an excellent Bible teacher in our little old ladies sunday school class. I attended it in 1972 before my husband was saved, and several husbands asked permission to attend it with their wives and to be taught by a woman.

A Jewish man on the subway is reading an Arab newspaper. A friend of his, who happened to be riding in the same subway car, noticed this strange phenomenon. When I read your post the following prophecy about Jesus came to mind: "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, Because the LORD has anointed me To bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to captives And freedom to prisoners." (Isaiah 61:1) Confirmed in Luke 4:18 "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised know He came to bring salvation to all who would receive Him." We know that Jesus came to be a sacrifice for the whole world and offer salvation to us. AND He came to bind up the brokenhearted/heal the brokenhearted as shown in the scriptures above. I praise the Lord who fixes the broken.

This verse says nothing of Israel. But i will tell you this. When I believed in Christ and believed he had died for my sins and i was at that time blessed by God and given the holy spirit. This blessing did not come from blessing or cursing a nation of unbelievers in the middle east which call itself Israel.It came through Christ.

From our perspective we choose to follow Christ and receive Him as Lord and Master of our lives. After we are saved we learn that God chose us first. He opened our eyes and softened our hearts, called us, revealed Himself to us, humbled us, convicted us of sin righteousness and judgement; He led us to repent, hunger to read the Bible, attend a church, be baptized and to walk in the Spirit. In other word, we've been "set up". I came protesting all the way till He demonstrated to me how much He loved and cared for me personally and I fell at His feet confessing" My Lord and my God!". My husband was very hostile and tore up my bibles, forbid me to go to church. I prayed that wherever he ran to he would run into God. His clients witnessed to him, his boss's pastor visited with him at work, and one of his boss's friends in another town challenged him to read "The Late Great Planet Earth". He returned to his motel and started to read a Gideons Bible--all night and couldn't put it down. He started going to church. After 6 months he went out into a wheat field and asked God to help him. Again God set him up with a Christian boss, Christian clients, and Christians witnesses wherever he went. What's worse, he had a Christian wife praying for him day and night.

This is one reason it's really a good idea to be familiar with the bible, if you have access to one you can read.

The words that are used for the title of this post. “A friend that sticks closer than a brother” To me has such a ring of love in them. To know this friend who sticks closer than a brother, brings a peace and joy to the heart and a smile to the face. Than to realize it is the Creator of all that is this friend. Than to read; “I no longer call you servants but friends” is again a heart boggling thought, that this Creator God who created us, calls us His friends and wants us to be His. I have told my oldest and dearest friend that I have found Jesus and have started reading the Bible. She was accepting but made it clear that she has no time for the Bible due to its teaching on gay people. My friend has a much loved sibling who is gay (possibly early stage transgender). I love my friend dearly, and have known the sibling since they were a baby (aged 20 now). How on earth do I get this right? I want to honour God but absolutely want to be very careful in how I respond. This lady has been my friend for 20 years, been with me through thick and thin and I really want to respond to this as thoughtfully as possible. Help!

“Amend Your Ways” The Prophet Jeremiah was given the very difficult calling of God to warn Judah of the approaching, devastating judgment that would soon come on Judah and Jerusalem and their inhabitants unless the people would hearken to His call to repent of their sin and iniquity. God pled with His people through Jeremiah: “Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord; and I will not cause Mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the Lord, and I will not keep anger for ever. Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the Lord thy God.... Turn, O backsliding children…for I am married unto you…. Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings…” (Jer. 3:12-14, 22). What a heart God had for His people! What more gracious offer could He make to His sinning people who rejected His commandments and worshiped other gods? Again and again God appealed earnestly through Jeremiah to His wayward people: “Amend your ways and your doings.... If you thoroughly amend your ways and your doings...then I will let you dwell…in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever” (Jer. 7:3, 5, 7). But the leaders of the people continued on in their rebellious ways against the commandments of God. They rejected warning after warning from God through Jeremiah and other prophets throughout the reign of several kings until God could bear the sin no longer. In God’s time, judgment came as prophesied. Many of the people were carried away in captivity to Babylon. The cities of Judah became desolate. Jerusalem was burned. Reading the story of Judah’s sad failure doubtlessly makes many of us feel like echoing loudly Jeremiah’s cry in our nations today, “Amend your ways and your doings!” We feel deep concern as we see sin and iniquity abounding on every hand. Judgment seems impending. But knowing that the merciful heart of God is as great today as in Jeremiah’s day toward those who repent and do righteous deeds, we have hope and not despair. “...Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound” (Rom. 5:20). In this hour of extreme need, how thankful we can be that the Lord issues a call to repentance and prayer for the ultimate answer, which is His powerful intervention in revival power! Amending MY Ways Revival in a nation begins with revival in the church, and revival in the church begins with you and me! It is not safe to assume that I have no ways or deeds to amend. The tendency is to compare ourselves with others and feel that we are doing all right, but it is essential to wait before the Lord and His Word, that we may examine and judge ourselves biblically. So many people have gotten electronic requests to "friend" strangers that the word is changing its meaning. Jesus Christ gave it its deepest meaning when He greeted His betrayer Judas as "Friend." His love reaches out to even us, His enemies. "God commendeth His love for us, in that, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8) Unlike our other friends, He knows everything about us. "Even the very hairs of your head are all numbered." (Luke 12:7) Unlike others who may unfriend us or die, He says, "I will never leave thee nor forsake thee." Jesus isn't a mere historical figure, but God who became a man, died and lives forever. "He ever lives to make intercession for us." (Hebrews 7:25) Rejecting His love, like Judas did, means an eternity of suffering for our own sin. Receiving Him means spending eternity with the best friend possible. "No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you." (John 15:13)

Petroleum is the way to go. I honestly believe God put it there for us discover - as well as a lot of other things discovered and yet to be discovered. If we had never discovered petroleum oil, Whales would probably be extinct and the entire planet would be significantly deforested. And we would be sicker than ever. IMO, petroleum is what enabled us to explode technologically and support such a huge population in a luxury not imagined during most of the history of mankind.

Two things. 1, God frequently speaks to people. They are challenged about some aspect of there life and either change or reject that message. 2, As the bible is finished anyone claiing to have a new message from God is deluded.

The passover lamb's blood was to identify them from the Egyptians so they would be Passed Over. Israel had to provide their own lamb for their own pass-over. God provided His Lamb to take away the sin of the world

Don't worry about dreams or numbers. A cousin once asked me if she should change her phone number as it included 666. I told her not to worry about it...just a phone number. Remember you are accepted in the Beloved, if you are trusting in Christ.

Yes dear sister, you are going through some tremendous stress! I take it that this is your first pregnancy, and it is causing a lot of hormonal and emotional changes in your body and mind. It may or may not be causing some of the sleep and dream disturbances, I couldn't be positive of that. Pay no mind to the numbers of your time card, it's merely just a matter of coincidence. Wow! What an example of prophetic fulfillment. Good for you for taking a stand for what is right. This takes a lot of integrity and perseverance. And to the others here - It’s no mystery, the Lord is very clear throughout scripture that the Jewish people are the apple of His eye - even though the House of Israel has fallen away at times, the Lord made an unconditional covenant with Abraham in Genesis 12 & 15 to his descendants the Jewish people - this promise of the physical land of Israel cannot be broken by disobedience, and remains in effect to this day. The miracle of the modern day Nation of Israel is a major prophetic fulfillment, with so many accounts of how God miraculously intervened for His people is clear evidence of His promise. Throughout history and in prophecies yet to be fulfilled, it’s clear that the Jews remains God’s chosen people - The relationship is an amazing Love story - God always has and always will fight for Israel. Even though terrible things have happened throughout history, they are also marked by amazing redemption - and as foretold the Day of the Lord is all about the “remnant” of the House of Israel. This will be the ultimate redemption. It all started in the Land of Israel, and it will be finished in the Land of Israel. And the true followers of Jesus within the church have been grafted into the House Israel, and have the privilege & honour of taking part. Blessings and Shalom!

What you say it's from the Gospels... The Gospel of Jesus Christ the lamb of God who died for the forgivness of the sins of the whole world invites the Jews to the faith. The Gospel does not make a distinction between Jews and Gentiles...there is a new man on earth . For this saying, "I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you", to still be in effect today we must have the seperation still in the world; Abraham and his seed, and the rest of the world. We must have God the Creator only for Abraham and his chosen seed only. And the rest of the world without or rejected by God... We must have the "eye against an eye" or a blessing for a blessing and a curse for a curse principal, among other things... WE MUST HAVE A WORLD WITHOUT JESUS CHRIST, AND THE CROSS All those things were before Jesus Christ, in the past... After the Cross we are bless in the name of Jesus Christ, all blessings flows from his Throne...God has given him everything that Jesus needs for our blessing.... We only need to praise the name of Jesus... Jesus cautions the disciples to leave the past behind and to ask everything from now on to him. He said everything has been given to me.... Jesus said; pray for those who CURSE YOU and do you harm and prosecute you, and he did the same thing himself...he turned the other chick... Jesus said to the Jews; you are of those moral people who are perishing with faith in God and you do not know it. Jesus said; to be saved you need to believe in God and believe also in me... God's word is very clear that He wants to "fix"us when we're broken. VERY comforting!!! He did judge the wicked and will AGAIN judge the wicked in the future as He is a JUST God. That being said, His love is greater than His judgements. He doesn't wish for ANYONE to perish. John 3:16,17 He's not sitting up in Heaven excited about having to judge people. He's excited when we believe in Jesus and confess our sins and allow His Holy Spirit to change us. Yes... judgement has been and WILL be extreme, but He gives us SOOOOOOO many opportunities to get right with Him. I still say it's a great, encouraging, comforting thought that He's so loving, so willing to "fix" us when we're broken.

Complete unbelievers get saved all the time. After all, that is how we all appear to start out. That said, my wife and I were not believers until I gave my life to Christ in 1981. She followed, and we went to the same church for about 16 years. But she was not really in to it in the end and I learned something from this that I'll get into later... Anyway, the result was that she divorced me in '98, freeing me to find a Christian wife. And I did in 1998 (He works fast). We've been in bliss I never thought was possible before, ever since. Regarding the first marriage, I followed the bible instructions to stick with the unbeliever, but allow them to leave if they so choose. and that is exactly what happened. And the thing I learned: It's easy to spot a Christian woman in church who's husband is an unbeliever because he's probably not there. But if the husband is a believer and the wife is not, it is quite common for both of them to be there and "professing", especially if they have kids. It's a cultural thing, I believe.

I was an atheist, previously. Kind of bounced around a bit before I found Christianity, or I guess, it found me. I would seek out people online and mock them for ther beliefs. I even still have a book report I wrote in high school where I needlessly included a lot of my views at the time, and it makes me cringe. I believed science was the absolute truth, rather than the search for it. You name it. Have faith. If it is meant to be, then he will come around in whatever way it may be. Well, let's look at the O/T Israelites. Oh, the wondrous teachings, signs, and miracles they observed; and yet still did not believe. We today are at a learning advantage with the bible, and it's history, and yet still we have many who do not believe. I, for one, have a strong faith and don't require a sideshow of events to believe. I must admit it would ( and will be one day ) wonderful to speak My Lord face to face!

God does mind blowing experiences today. He is not a hired stuntman. He does not do parlor tricks at command of an audience. He is God. What He may have be done to call out a person into turning away from their rebelion against Him can be very mind blowing, very emotional, and very humbling to the person called to their salvation. It was absolutely stunning to me when it happened, I didn't want it, I didn't seek it. Didn't matter, God answers prayer, and my grandmother had prayed for me to her dying day. God called me to turn about to my repentance from my rejection of His existence, long after her death, but it was always a completed deal from before time itself it was completed. God answered, doing so at His good timing, and to serve His good purposes. He answers prayer. He answered my Grandmother's prayer. He is God..

Hi Sybille, The answer to your question is really very simple, ...there's nothing we can do, they are controlled, indwelt with/by demons, we are living in the last few seconds of time as we have known it on this planet, the powers of darkness will take over for a very short time, ......BUT GOD, ...Scripture tells us we who are born again are surrounded and protected by His mighty angels, Scripture also tells us there are ranks of angels, so hypothetically speaking, ...if a certain witch has 5 demons and comes to attack me and there are 5 angels protecting me, they can call for legions to come to my aide, ...and the battle is over! Personally, I have had a warlock one time and a witch twice come to where I was living and try to cast a curse on me, ...with the warlock I didn't learn of it until it had past, told to me by a born again believer who lives here, the second two times all I said was, "Lord turn the curse back on her head," she was sitting in a car about 10 feet from me, ...her eyes bulged out, she turned white as a sheet, Tahitians are brown skinned, she turned to the driver and apparently told her to "GET ME OUT OF HERE, FAST!!!" because they left with the tires spinning in the dirt! I didn't try to rebuke the demon, or ask it's name, ...because, ...I'm IN Christ and: You are of God, little children, and you have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 May I humbly suggest two things, appropriate Psalms 91 into your heart and life, read and study it until it becomes, not second nature, ...but first nature in your life, ...then forget about the witches, Father knows how to handle them, ...we are called to go out and spread the gospel. Hi Hartono, let me tell you something from within my own family. My grandmother married a former senior commander from the German SS. As he hadn't partaken in the combatting himself, he went to all the houses abandoned by the Jews, instead. As we all know, those had been deported back then. Together with a colleague, he had taken all the money + valuable things left behind from the Jews. And when the war was over he found himself "blessed" with a big fortune. Instead of giving it back to the Jews he stealed from, he founded an enterprise. And now the curse: that company went bankrupt. His marriage failed and ended in a divorce. But according to German law he was individually liable because of his inability to pay. Fearing that they might take his house which was a big townhouse in a prime location in Hamburg, northern Germany... he conveyed it to one of his sons (my uncle). Never paying anything back to the Jews. My uncle sold the house but lost the money. Later he emigrated to the USA but, according to the American police, he died in a car accident. Shortly after, the ex-husband of my grandmother commited suicide. Some 10 years ago I told my grandmother that I couldn't understand the way they handled the money stolen from the Jews. She was very upset because of my criticism and our contact ended. She died three years ago aged 99, however. I also distanced myself from the way my mother talked about that theft of back then... never calling it a theft herself. I am grateful that I could express my opinion before she died. The Bible very clearly tells us that the gifts, including prophecy will cease. And it clearly tells us exactly when it will happen. Here Paul clearly states a time will come when the gifts will cease: In the following few verses Paul sets up a logical argument using a "now" and "then" juxtaposition. "Now" while gifts are active (among other things) and "then" when they will cease: When we see Him face to face, the need for, and the gifts will cease. Ain't happened yet .....
