  1. I know I am going to cause controversy with these question that I am about to ask. That is not my intention. Does anyone else realize that this statement was addressed to Israelites and not the nations of the world at that time? Also, does anyone else beside see that this verse is applicable to Christians also? This verse clearly, from God, lays blame at his people (Yahwists/Jews pre-Christ, Christians post-resurrection) for the problems of a nation any time they are there en masse.
  2. Peace be to you, Jello5, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. I once met a man who said the same things you are saying: I used to go to church, I used to believe in God but now I don't, etc... With respect, I think you never put your faith in Jesus Christ, got lead into believing you did, and are being tormented with the thought of never being able to get back into the relationship with God you thought you had. Take heart, the Lord hears your prayers, and he is moving on your behalf. Concerning the hatred of Christians toward atheists, genuine hatred, it may be because they have never been properly trained on how to handle persons of different beliefs. This was certainly true with me. I was taken to church, expected to hear the preacher, believe on the Lord Jesus, and all my problems would be solved. Problem is, my father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.. never took the time to talk about the things of God with me. When I was a little boy, I watched pornography with my dad, one of his sisters, and her husband. I was never taught that sexual intercourse before marriage was a bad thing. I was never told "Don't pray to Satan" (which thing I've done). Many other things I was never told, most of the wisdom I have in the Scriptures I have had to get it on my own (with the obvious help of the Holy Ghost). Concerning your girlfriend, the love you have for one another is not an evil thing, far from it. But the Scriptures do say that believers and unbelievers should not marry because it would damage the believer's faith. This may be why she won't be with you, even though she still does. Concerning morals, I have known unbelievers to be more righteous than many Christians. Concerning atheists, it seems to me that they do not want the accountability that comes with believing in God. They, like many people including Christians, like to think that they are the God of their own world. It is true to a great degree that we control our eternal outcome. When God created us he gave us authority over our own lives, to do with them as we please. What went wrong in the garden of Eden was that we decided we wanted to be Gods just like the LORD. Another reason why most people don't like believing in God is because they think all God does is tell them what to do or he will cast them into Hell. This is not true. Three things we all need to understand -- 1) True: God tells us what to do and think; 2) True: God tells us why we should think it; 3) True: God tells us that the choice of whether or not to obey his is ours. In his love for us, he told us that some actions are good, that some actions are bad, and there are consequences to our actions (results of our actions, if you prefer). That people should die and go to Heaven or Hell is the result of the choices that we make. God loves you. He does not want to see you end up in Hell. It would break his heart. Perhaps after reading this, you will believe in the God of the Bible and give his a chance by believing on the only Lord God that bought you (the Lord Jesus took God's wrath for you if you will receive it). Jesus Christ paid the price for your sins and is waiting to receive you as his own (you become his brother should you believe on him unto salvation). It won't be easy all the time and there are a lot of fakes in the churches, including some big name fakes, but it is worth it. If you believe on him, the Lord Jesus said that he would never leave you nor forsake you. This means that when you are going through hard times, he is going through them with you. When you go through heartache, his heart aches with yours. Whatever you do, DO NOT BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST SO THAT YOU CAN GET YOUR GIRLFRIEND! You would only heap damnation upon yourself. This is one time he will not honor your decision to follow him. Your friend, Marshall.
  3. The season is what the Lord meant, Heb 13:8; however, a winter storm of hatred (dealing very coldly with those fleeing Antichrist) should also be expected. Great question!
  4. I pray for their salvation and that you may be comforted concerning this. I think it is important to remember that we cannot save anyone. "I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase." 1 Corinthians3:6, 7 Our job is to pray and minister the word of God as we are able, not save them. Besides, they still have to make the choice themselves. If they die and go to Hell, the failure is theirs, not yours.
  5. Perhaps this is why the men in your family are drawn to such women, Saved.One.by.Grace: The Lord drew the men of your family to them so that you could serve as an anchor of stability to them, to help them in their walk with God.

  9. By: Marshall Ramsey II HOLLYWOOD, California -- A new television series is coming out, one that threatens the "safety" of Hollywood politics. "The Last Evangelist" is a show produced by David Heavener, "an award-winning filmmaker and actor producing and distributing hundreds of features for HBO, Showtime, USA and others worldwide." A Bible-believing Christian, as well as one who believes that we are living in the "last days", that is, the time immediately preceding the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to earth, David was dissatisfied with the Hollywood machine and set out to do something different. "When I made movies in the past, it was kind of like a formula," says David. "It was a way of doing things. But now I'm realizing the formula is different, the way of doing things is different, because I'm totally dependent upon God." David is no stranger to making movies. He has written, produced, and directed more than 20 movies, including 'Outlaw Prophet' and 'Angel Blade' and has worked with some of the biggest stars in Hollywood including Martin Landau, Margot Kidder, and Marc Singer. Concerning the timing of production on the series, David said he gets frustrated because of how God wants him to do things, but is trusting God with the outcome. "David, I want you to wait on me. I am going to send the right people to you," said God. "Every actor in this TV series will be sent by me for a purpose and a time." "It's really difficult right now, because I can't just go out and cast anybody I want," says David. "I'm praying to God for each and every part in this series, because what happens if someone gets on the set and they're sent by Satan and they sabotage the whole project?" The opposition to the project is already manifesting, both from within Hollywood and Christianity. In an e-mail dated June 6, 2017, David discusses some of the personal losses he has experienced due to his work on 'The Last Evangelist'. "I've lost a good friend, an acting gig and a theatrical agent because I'm taking a hard stand against political correctness and spiritual deception in these end times." In another e-mail dated August 14, 2017, David relates some of the things people have told him, all before production on the show has even started. "Since I announced The Last Evangelist series and what it's about, a few of my film industry buddies have cautioned me, “Stop speaking out against Hollywood – you’ll lose acting jobs!” "I’ve been warned by some well-intended clergy, “Don’t let the series take such a harsh stand against organized religion.” All this and we haven't even started filming yet!" David is very specific in how he categorizes the Hollywood way of doing things. "'I find it bizarre that they tell me to take the "high road," says David. "High road? Are you kidding me? The Hollywood system and the counterfeit religious system are not high roads at all. They are highways to hell. " A full catalog of e-mail newsletters from David can be found here: http://us9.campaign-archive2.com/home/?u=e4716c510a431688243e6b79a&id=86dc02b7f2 Clearly, 'The Last Evangelist' is aimed at the heart of Hollywood and the churches in these last days and is certain to cause controversy. May God protect this show and the people involved with it. imdb.com and https://www.davidheavener.com/last-evangelist/ contributed to this article
  10. Dress Designer Closing Shop Doubles As Message From The Lord By: Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News U.S. Correspondent SAINT GEORGE, South Carolina (WorthyNews) -- Today on Channel 4 News an announcement was made regarding the shutting down of dress maker Alfred Angelo. Mr. Angelo designed wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses for women across the country. His future seemed secure along with the purchases of the dresses he had already made, or so it seemed. The company made a "last minute" announcement that it was shutting its doors and going into bankruptcy. This sent brides and bridesmaids scrambling to get their orders. One woman was even seen running into a bridal shop, presumably to make sure she could get her order. It seems that the orders already placed may not be filled because of potential bankruptcy proceedings. All inquiries are being directed to a lawyer. This unfortunate turn of events, though, serves as a warning to the churches. As some may know, the time of the Lord's return is near. Preceding this is the Rapture and the Tribulation period, also called the time of Jacob's trouble. Mr. Angelo closing his doors suddenly takes on special meaning, especially with the parable of the ten virgins: "And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh, go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil, for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so, lest there be not enough for us and you, but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for your selves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and they that were ready, went in with him tot he marriage, and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered, and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not." This is what the Lord is saying to the churches: "Time is almost up. You that sleep because you are lazy, thinking yourself some great one, this is your last chance to be counted worthy to escape the coming judgment. You say that you know me. I ask you now: 'Do I know you?' I'm not sure. "To you that sleep because of exhaustion from working for my Father, I tell you this: "Keep up the good work. Keep fighting the good fight. Your troubles in this world are almost over. Continue to keep yourselves ready. Your eternal rewards await you." Behold, the Bridegroom cometh, go ye out to meet him.
  11. By: Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News U.S. Correspondent WASHINGTON, D.C. -- (WorthyNews) On January 5, 2016, President Obama announced new gun control measures that are being put into effect that are supposed to help reduce gun violence, especially mass shootings. What you may not realize is that as part of his effort to "reduce gun violence" he is quietly asserting that American citizens who are gun owners are to be denied their citizenship. In paragraph 17 of his speech, President Obama makes a distinction between gun owners and American citizens. While the average person will dismiss this as simply a slip of the tongue, it reflects the attitude of President Obama in this speech, that Americans should not be able to own guns. So we’ve created a system in which dangerous people are allowed to play by a different set of rules than a responsible gun owner who buys his or her gun the right way and subjects themselves to a background check. That doesn’t make sense. Everybody should have to abide by the same rules. Most Americans and gun owners agree. And that’s what we tried to change three years ago, after 26 Americans -– including 20 children -– were murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary. (Bold type and italics mine.) Notice how he makes a distinction between American citizens and gun owners? Again, in paragraph 12 of the same speech, he attempts to deny Americans the right to gun ownership by saying that the Constitution of the United States of America only guarantees its citizens the right to bear arms. Here is a copy of paragraph 12: Now, I want to be absolutely clear at the start -- and I’ve said this over and over again, this also becomes routine, there is a ritual about this whole thing that I have to do -- I believe in the Second Amendment. It’s there written on the paper. It guarantees a right to bear arms. No matter how many times people try to twist my words around -- I taught constitutional law, I know a little about this -- (applause) -- I get it. But I also believe that we can find ways to reduce gun violence consistent with the Second Amendment. As you can see in the highlighted section, (highlighted and italicized by me), President Obama is directly saying that Americans do not have the right to own guns, a.k.a. keep arms. Here is what the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution says: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. (Bold type mine.) All this, however, is just another step toward the total disarmament of the American people. In the 1990's, when President Obama was a professor at the University of Chicago Law School, he stated to John Lott, Jr., that "I don't think people should be able to own guns." While this may not be an attempt to ban private ownership of firearms, it certainly testifies to President Obama's thoughts then and actions now. What about our military? If President Obama wanted to ban ownership of guns, wouldn't he take away their guns as well? Perhaps; however, President Obama knows that he needs military protection in case we ever rise up against him and that he cannot count on it from foreign countries. President Obama is a clear and present danger to the rights of American citizens, including their lives. His actions are treasonous and it is the duty of Christians everywhere to humble themselves before God, seeking his forgiveness of their sins, and supplicating him for the removal of President Obama from power, and the healing of this land. Of that there can be no doubt. 12. By: Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News US Correspondent LAS VEGAS, NV (WorthyNews) -- For years there has been speculation on who killed rapper Tupac Shakur. Now, it seems that the mystery may have been solved. In a recent interview with www.independent.co.uk, retired Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department sergeant Chris Carroll discussed his connection to the murder of the rap star. He is the one who opened the door of the vehicle that Tupac was driving at the time of the incident. "I finally get the car door to open, and as I pull it open, the guy inside came right out, like he was leaning against the door. "And at first I thought the guy was going to bust out of the door right on top of me; I thought this was his plan of attack, so to speak. But then I notice that he's not coming out of the door; he was falling out of it." To the casual reader, this sounds like then Officer Carroll was doing nothing more than checking out what appeared to be a bad situation. However, in the same interview, Mr. Carroll makes some incriminating remarks that casts himself in a very bad light. "There's something in police work called the 'dying declaration', a legal concept that, in a nutshell, basically says that if someone who believes they're going to die gives out the name of a suspect or is able to explain what happened, that's not considered hearsay in court when they're not there to testify; it's admissible evidence," he explained. "He went from fighting to 'I can't do it.' And when he made that transition, he looked at me, and he's looking right in my eyes. And that's when I looked at him and said one more time, 'Who shot you?' "He looked at mean he took a breath to get the words out, and he opened his mouth, and I thought I was actually going to get some cooperation. And then the words came out: 'F**k you.' If I had been shot and a police officer asked me who shot me, I wouldn't have told him 'F**k you.' If at all able, I would have told the officer the name of the person or persons who shot me. What appear to be Tupac Shakur's final words before he died sound more like the words I might say to the person who shot me and is asking me the question in a mocking fashion. Furthermore, if Officer Carroll had seen Tupac fall out of the car as he claimed, and I believe he did, Tupac would not have been fighting against him, but rather trying to get him to help him if he did not do anything to him. It sounds as though that just before Tupac slipped out of consciousness, then Officer Carroll was taunting him, asking him who shot him the whole time knowing that he [Officer Carroll] was the one that pulled the trigger. No, Chris Carroll was not there to help Tupac Shakur that night, but rather was there to kill him and Tupac was able to identify him with Officer Carroll's testimony and his own dying words. 13. By: Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News U.S. Correspondent Source article: http://news.yahoo.com/4-million-gold-stolen-truck-north-carolina-171614803.html $4.8M in gold bars stolen in armored truck heist on highway By MICHAEL BIESECKER RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) -- Shortly after dusk along a lonely stretch of Interstate 95, armed robbers hijacked an armored truck, tied up the two guards and disappeared into the night with 275 pounds of gold bars. The guards working for Transvalue Inc. of Miami reported pulling off to the side of the interstate about 6:30 p.m. Sunday after their vehicle began having mechanical problems in eastern North Carolina, according to the Wilson County Sheriff's Office. The guards told police they were surprised by three armed men driving a white van who ordered the guards to lie on the ground, tied their hands behind their backs and then marched them into nearby woods. (If this were a real surprise heist, the thieves wouldn't have marched the guards into the woods. If this happened, it would have been to kill the guards, which would imply that the guards were known to their assailants. The fact that the guards were handcuffed, marched into the woods, and managed to not get shot suggests that the guards knew their supposed assailants and conspired with them to steal the gold.) The robbers then helped themselves to barrels filled with about $4.8 million in gold before making their getaway. Transvalue said its employees were not injured during the heist. Transvalue chief executive officer Jay Rodriguez said the truck carrying the gold bars left Miami about 4 a.m. Sunday. The load was headed to Attleboro, Massachusetts, a town south of Boston nicknamed "Jewelry City" for the large number of manufacturers based there. "At this time we are working with the authorities to try and resolve this matter," Rodrigez said. "We are offering a $50,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of these criminals." Though Interstate 95 is one of the busiest roads on the East Coast, the rural stretch where the robbery occurred is relatively isolated, bordered by trees and farms. (It seems more than mere coincidence that the mechanical troubles happened on an isolated section of I-95. While it is possible that there were legitimate mechanical problems and that they happened at that particular spot, given the fact that the guards knew the robbers, it seems more likely that the guards lied about the mechanical problems, which were miraculously fixed locally, even with a receipt for the repairs.) Wilson County Sheriff Calvin Woodard Jr. declined interview requests Monday and did not respond to messages from The Associated Press seeking additional information, such as what weapons the robbers used or how they managed to get the armored truck open. No detailed description of the suspects or their vehicle was released. (Declining interview requests is one thing, but not releasing any identifying information is another. No description of the weapons the robbers used, how they managed to get the armored truck open, no description of the suspects or the vehicles released? The reason Sheriff Woodard is not releasing this information, and refusing to give interviews on this, is that he helped plan and execute the robbery. It appears that the guards involved were previously connected to Sheriff Woodard and contacted him regarding the shipment, at which point Sheriff Woodard, who would have been familiar with the area or scouted it out, suggested the particular location, and perhaps got a local mechanic to forge a repair bill to help cover their tracks.) Shelley Lynch, spokeswoman for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Charlotte field office, said agents are assisting the local sheriff and are working to determine whether a federal crime has been committed. According to its website, Transvalue specialized in transporting cash, precious metals, gems and jewelry in armored trucks. The company says its shipments are insured for up to $100 million. (IF a federal crime has been committed? The theft of $4.8 million in gold is a major theft. According to information at http://www.sg-llp.com/federal-resources-crimes.php, major thefts include the stealing of art, jewelry, and gems. Not only is this a major theft, and a federal crime, it appears to have been planned specifically to announce that it is a federal crime, which indicates that one or more members of the United States government are behind it. While Miss Lynch appears to be involved, it does not appear that she headed up the heist. It appears as though one or more of our elected officials are behind it, as incredible as it may seem.)
  14. I think it is a misuse of the word. The word Nimrod in Hebrew means 'he rebelled' or 'rebel'. The application of the 'fool' usage to Nimrod is appropriate, though.
  15. By: Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News U.S. Correspondent UR, Iraq (WorthyNews) -- A pair of figurines nearly 4,000 years old were discovered by Sir Leonard Wooley in 1929 that are linked to the biblical patriarch Abraham. Called "Ram In A Thicket," the 16.5 inch figurine (which some say looks more like a goat) is made from gold, silver, copper, lapis lazuli, red limestone, and bits of shell. (The figurines as they can be seen today.) The full story can be see here: http://biblefactoids.blogspot.com/2014/11/artifacts-made-by-abraham-found-in-iraq.html
