Your first post is a very good depiction of hermeneutics into the mystery, but I believe there are 10 distinct mysteries in the Bible. 1. Mystery of the relationship between Christ and the church compared to the husband and wife. Ephesians 5:21-33.
2. Mystery of why blindness has happened come to Israel in part, until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in. Romans 11
3. Mystery of predestination. Romans 16:25;1 Cor 2:7;Ephesians 1:9;Ephesians 3:9
3. Mystery of the Gentiles entering into the kingdom. Ephesians 3:3-6; Colossians 1:26-27
4. Mystery of Salvation. Ephesians 6:19
5. Mystery of Inquity. 2 Thes 2:7
6. Mystery of Faith. Col 2:2;Col 4:3;1 Timothy 3:9
7. Mystery of Godliness. 1 Timothy 3:16
