  1. Matthew 6:25-34 25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? 28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Psalm 37:5-6 5 Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: 6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun. The point I'm trying to make by quoting these scriptures is that if you make Jesus your Lord 100% and trust Him in everything, He will literally control your reality, providing for your needs, protecting you from evil, showing you good things that you can't even possibly imagine! All you have to do is obey Him, and His commands aren't grievous. Matthew 11:28-30 28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” So, I would highly recommend throwing off all evil, loving the Lord with all your heart, and loving your neighbor as yourself. And just watch what happens.
  2. I've been saved since 2006 but never seen a demon until this year. Back in February i became able to see them, but i could also see the Lord's hands around me keeping them from getting at me, except for a case here and there that was allowed for the Lord's reasons. I rededicated my life and soul to Christ fairly recently and started really studying the bible, repented, and living correctly. The Lord decided to teach me to trust him Him and not myself, so on Wed evening i woke up, and was unable to go back to sleep for several days, becoming weaker and weaker. Demons began showing up but couldn't get through the shield around me (Psalm 5:12 Surely, LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.) And when i say they began showing up, I'm not talking about a few or a few dozen, I'm talking 10's of thousands, inside and outside my apartment, none of them able to touch me. Early this morning I was led to Ephesians 6:10-18, the full armor of God passage. And when i was done studying, a demon was allowed through the shield surrounding me to attack, but I was ready. The shield of faith really came in handy, because there were many flaming arrows, in a very literal since. After I stood my ground, he became desperate, and changed his tactics. Two more showed up, they changed shapes and began preforming perverted acts on each other that i didn't want to see, so i was forced to send them away, and it was over. The Lord made me victorious! Not only that, but he prepared me for everything before it happened. I know for sure now that the Lord is on my side, and that it is His power, not mine, that will defeat all the evil in my life. And since i was so tired, I did not win this battle on my own, I know that. I will never put confidence in myself ever again, but my confidence is in the Lord. When the battle ended, I was given rest, and slept for hours.
