  1. That is a good point of view. I do believe 70 weeks of Daniel is done. Jesus came to put the end of sin in individuals lives. Stephen confirmed what Jesus came to do, I believe he went to heaven when they stoned his body to death. Stephen condemned the Jewish court, they were still offering sacrifices which was an abomination unto God for not excepting his son, they defiled the Temple by it. God was done with the natural temple anyway. They had church in other places. So destruction came upon them as Daniel said it would.
  2. Acts 2 and 10 and 11 and 19 does tell us by evident of speaking in another language they don't know is when the people receive the Holy Ghost. Peter was telling in Acts 11 about the proof that the Gentiles had received it. People in the old testament was dealt with by the Holy Ghost but it wasn't given yet as a gift. John 7:37-39 37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) It is a miracle.
  3. Believing in Jesus and then you get baptized. Not baptism first then believing in Jesus. So yes, you believe you should then do it.
  4. So there was nothing in either trees as far as super natural . They were just two natural trees for testing. So in Revelation 2 is there really a natural tree to eat from ? I don't see it as a natural tree, metaphor yes. Jesus is the tree of life, eat of him you will have life, like he said about being the bread from heaven.
  5. Matt.7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. What kind of a living tree has knowledge of evil (sin)? A tree with a brain, to give information. Who created the sinful tree ?
  6. Everything in revelation isn't all natural or metaphors. I don't believe in a natural tree is going to give life eternal. That is what Jesus is for and his powers and words heals us. Prov 4:20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. The 2 witnesses are refer to as olive trees Trees are used as metaphors. I believe Jesus is the tree of life as also the bread of life. He is the tree of life and Satan is the tree of death. Which family tree do you want to be a part of ?
  7. Is Jesus a literal door, can he be a tree of eternal life as well as the bread of life ?
  8. John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. Elijah must had a special place in God's heart. So God will have mercy on whom he will have mercy. So I believe that he allow him not to die a troublesome death as most of all humanity does. So he took him, I am sure Elijah knew that he would have a resurrection and looking for the Messiah to save him from sin. Even Enoch was taken as was not. So the Lord took him also. Yet in Hebrews 11:5,13 says he died. It wasn't the end of them, they were in God's book of remembrance Malachi 3:16-17(God's mind) Most likely had their resurrection in Matthew 27:50-53
  9. Elisha saw him go up into heaven which in this case up into the sky and saw him no more. 2 Kings 2:11-12 11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. 12 And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces. another scripture to help on this is. John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
  10. ELIJAH Yes he did die in a different way than those who suffer from death. He was under the law of Moses, that could not give eternal life, so all died. Coming short of the promise. Gal 5:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
  11. No, but he did die in the faith. Nobody could live forever without Jesus coming first. OT laws could not bring life
  12. Isn't the tribulation the wrath of God on the unsaved. When God pour out the different plaques on Egypt it didn't hurt God's people. So it will be the same. ????
  13. . The last kingdom in Daniel 2 has iron. Last beast in Daniel 7 has iron. This iron kingdom has been around for over 2000 years and its not over yet
  14. 1 Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? Judgment starts in the church, when we here the gospel and understand it, it will be used to measure us by our response to it. Living it or not. Life or death
  15. So if Rev. 13 two beasts and Rev. 17 one beast is all future then there is going to be 3 different beast coming or 2 if the eighth is the 7th revived. 1. from the sea 2. from the earth 3. from the bottomless pit The Harlot sits on the waters, mountains, and the beast. The sea beast has 10 horns. The earth beast has 2 horns. Rev.17 The bottomless pit beast has 10 horns - no crowns at all - maybe the woman is the power. She does rules the 10 kings. guess the crowns in revelation represent the one who is ruling at certain time. The eighth revived, 10 horns must not be the one in charge different arrangement from the sea beast. Horn usually mean power. The 10 kings do give their power to the Harlot, she becomes their head. Just throwing some stuff out here.
  16. Actually here is another view . Malachi 3:16-17 16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. 17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Nobody can live forever without Jesus coming first to give life to the soul. The OT saints all died in faith according to Hebrews 11. When they died they are in God's book of remembrance. Then when the day come, he has and will raise them from the dead. Matthew 27:50-53 When Jesus came he gave life to those who serve him right and they go to heaven. They receive a new heavenly body 2Cor.5:1-8 Its about life and death. Your soul cannot live forever without Jesus because he gives life eternal. Another verse to consider what Jesus said. John 6:58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever. They in the OT died, now Jesus said Thru him we can have life and not die like the others did. Just consider the difference between the two groups. Life and death
  17. Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Luke 23:46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. I think Jesus died completely, his hell was death and death could not hold him. His spirit was in God's hands but dead. Acts 2:24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it. So, another meaning for hell is just death. (they way I see it) (I know most of you disagree because you don't believe no body ever dies completely, the soul lives forever, even without Jesus.)
  18. Where is Abraham's bosom located at, in the spirit world next door to the flaming pit ?
  19. Psalm 139:14-15 14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. 15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Was this person created below the earth ?
  20. Just curious The underworld, somewhere inside of the earth ? Is it near the bottomless pit ? or the fiery pit ?
  21. Don't see it that way. I believe he is talking about him coming down to earth first, then ascended up where he came from.
  22. Jesus's body was in the tomb He told his father in thy hands I commend my spirit, so God had his spirit. Luke 23:46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.
  23. I think Paul is addressing to the church that Jesus is not returning until these things happens first. Then they can look for him after the man of sin does his part.
  24. Zion is called the City of David also refers to Jerusalem 2 Samuel 5:7 Nevertheless David took the strong hold of Zion: the same is the city of David. 2 Chronicles 3:1 Then Solomon began to build the house of the LORD at Jerusalem in mount Moriah, where the LORD appeared unto David his father, in the place that David had prepared in the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite. NT church Hebrews 12:22-23 22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, 23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
  25. So if I understand it right as some believe Rev. 1-3 is about the 7 churches in Asia Rev. 4-5 covers the past 2,000 years up to date to the rapture. Rev. 6, 8- 19 is about the event of 7 years. Rev. 20 about the 1,000 years events. Rev. 7, 21-22 forever here on earth.
