I must admit that 80 percent of the work in most churches is done by 20 percent of the people and sometimes it can be overwhelming at times when you find yourself only being occupied in church that you don't really have much time for anything else??? Do any of you all struggle with this as well??? What are your thoughts on this and have you found any solution on achieving some sort of balance????

do you believe this is so important that churches and leaders should be trained in time management/ family/ ministry balance or is this not so important??? What do you all think???
