  1. The end of what....... Too many people use that term meaning different things.... I would think you may get several different answers depending on what is being discussed when they say the end is near..... Personally when I use the term I am speaking of the end of the times of the Gentiles and that happened in June of 1967..... that's when we started the last generation..... at the end of that, Jesus comes back and sets up the 1,000 years you mention and after that Satan is turned loose for a while and then the end of this world comes about. Many ends in the future. interesting. what sets the date of June 1967 for you and how many years are you setting for a generation?
  2. For me I was thinking about how Matthew's first comments framed what is estimated to be just shy of 1,000 year periods. Then I found out that the dark ages started a thousand years after they crucified the Lord. I found that interesting so I contacted those whom supposedly knew the math and was told somewhere between 2012 and 2016. Now I can not see any way Satan has been confined in the history I have read, so I am thinking what is about to end is this present age. Could this end of an age be leading into the age where Satan is bound?
  3. Is it a sin to have money, or a lot of money? Does 18:22 give us an absolute commandment--if we have any money or property at all, are we required to give it all away? Or was Jesus just speaking to this one individual? I was taught that being rich isn't a sin, but being stingy and hoarding wealth is, and that if you can afford to give charitably more than the 10% tithe, you should. Is that an accurate interpretation of these verses? I noticed that Yeshua told him if he gave up his earthly wealth to benefit another in need, it made the rich young ruler “complete”. Complete to what? Complete in practicing the Love Yeshua was practicing in his unity with the body? How can someone who claims to possess the love of the body, a love that is to equal Yeshua’s love for us, not lift another part of the body who is burdened also? How can anyone who mourns the burdens of another allow the burdened one to remain in that downtrodden position?
  4. If the end is near then what happened to the 1,000 years Satan is bound?
  5. To not agree with what someone says, and yet not study with them (in simplicity) to discover the truth, is failing to represent Yhvh for who He is and feeds into the sins of: 1. Gossip- Any time anyone speaks about a person not present in any way other than planning to bless that person, conspires evil against man! That is the very sin Satan stands accused of by God. What a sin it is when it is Church Leaders: To call gossip church business is blasphemous! 2. Arrogance- Claiming superior knowledge, while unwilling to prove without saying we have to understand outside influences; or: You have to understand what the author meant to say more then what the words say. Two things the Bible warns us not to listen to. They know only to commit multiple sins in their unwillingness to either learn more or help someone else gain a better understanding of who God is! 3. Fear- Is Thinking any change in who you think Yhvh is, will destroy your faith. Rather than thinking How much greater will my relationship be.
  6. So if I am understanding you here, the god worshiped at your church is a god who shuns? Wow! Does your wife know the number of verses in the Bible that call for her to respect your authority over your household? If your choices are between God's words to you and the words of church leaders and your wife, the question becomes, who will you choose? Make your choice and be strong it, all part of being that authority.
