  2. Good evening and Blessings in Christ I'm a disable veteran with several medical issues please keep us my family and me in prayer we had to get our refrigerator and stove fixed and now we need to get an alternator for my van and fix a water leak near our hot water heater we have no hot water or heat at this time. Please pray that I will always be strong and faithful throughout any storm and will stand firm always when the enemy hurdles his fiery darts at me. For I’m not ashamed of the gospel Jesus is my all and all: I pray to never begin my day without thinking that perhaps he may interrupt my daily routine and begin His own. I am not looking for death. I am looking for Him. Today might be the last day when Jesus returns.: The Joy I have the world did not give it to me......And the world cannot take it away. Have a God-day God is good all the time...and all the time God is good: Thanking all of you and advance for your prayers and giving God all praise and glory Truly Blessed:
  3. Update on Stormy September 21, 2017 Good morning and blessings in Christ: Thank all of you for praying for Stormy below is a message from Stormy Mom: Stormy had surgery the other day, Stormy is out now…. they were able to get to it easier than they thought, and were able to do it laparoscopically. The surgeon had a good inclination that it is cancer just by the look and how hard it was. Now we wait another 48 hrs. for the pathology results. The surgeon had seen enough of them that I have the feeling that it is cancer. If so a port and treatment. I am so happy they were able to get it out without cutting him open. Thank you all for your prayers please continue to keep us in prayer
  4. This is a prayers request for Stormy a young 14 year boy that has cancer going through his body and his parents is battling the insurance company because the insurance company refuse to pay for treatment: Thank you A prayer for Stormy Dear Lord, although I do not know this young one Stormy personally You know him so much better than I or anyone do. You know his sickness and the burden he carries. You also know his heart. Lord, I ask you to be with Stormy now as you work in his life. Lord, let your will be done in Stormy life. If there is a sin that needs to be confessed and forgiven, please help him to see his need and confess. Lord, I pray for Stormy just as your Word tells me to pray, for healing. I believe you hear this earnest prayer from my heart and that it is powerful because of your promise. I have faith in you, Lord, to heal Stormy, but I also trust in the plan you have for his life. Lord, I don't always understand your ways. I don't know why this young one has to suffer, but I trust you. I ask that you look with mercy and grace toward Stormy. Nourish his spirit and soul in this time of suffering and comfort him with your presence. Let this young one know you are there with him through this difficulty. Give him strength. And may you, through this difficulty, be glorified in his life and also in mine. Amen. Truly Blessed: Willie T.Ayers SSG, USA ARMY VETERAN I pray to never begin my day without thinking that perhaps he may interrupt my daily routine and begin His own. I am not looking for death. 5. As I sit here at my computer on this cool summer day,I want to thank all of you that prayed for my family and me: Things are much better praise God, THANK YOU God is good… A singer and songwriter by the name of Gordon Jensen wrote a song some years ago which mentions the fact that you and I as Christians are the only “Jesus” that many people will see. No, this does not mean we are Jesus Himself of course. We know He is Jesus all by Himself, yet it should be our goal and desire to be just a bit more like Him every day by sharing what Christ is like. We are to be “lights” in a dark world! If there is ever a time for people to see Christ in action through His people, it is today, tomorrow, everyday all the time.! Take a moment to read this story which I believe illustrates what we are to be in this world when it comes to sharing Christ. Pastor Mark Thompson of Faribault, Minnesota, suffered terrible knife wounds from an assailant in his home, in October 1988. One of the many consequences of his difficult recovery was being forced to miss watching his son Chris run in the state cross-country championship meet. Pastor Thompson commissioned his brother Merv to go in his stead. According to the account in the St. Paul Pioneer Press & Dispatch, Mark told his brother, “I can’t be there to see Chris run. So I want you there at the beginning of the race. Holler a lot. … Then at the end, I want you to really cheer loudly. And I want you to make your voice sound like mine.” Merv heeded the advice, and Chris ran a strong race, finishing second. Merv, also a pastor, discerned the theological truth in the story. “That’s what Jesus wants us to do.” he said. “Make your voice sound like mine.” Worthy Network Friends and Family, we are called to live in this world to “make our voice sound like His”! How can we know what His voice is like? Well, I believe one of the greatest ways is to get into the Word of God and see how He ministered to, and blessed people while on this earth. While the religious crowd often shunned Him, we know He took time for those who were hurting, depressed, broken and wounded. Let’s do that! There’s an old song that has these words: “Oh to be His hand extended, reaching out to the oppressed,Let me touch Him, let me touch Jesus,So that others may know and be blessed.” I encourage you today to do your best to walk where He would walk. To talk the way, He would talk, and to lend your voice to the voiceless! I know you all can, I thank you because you all did this for my family and me. Blessings in Christ, Willie T Ayers I pray to never begin my day without thinking that perhaps he may interrupt my daily routine and begin His own. I am not looking for death. I am looking for Him.Today might be the last day when Jesus returns. : The Joy I have the world did not give it to me......And the world can not take it away. 6. Prayer warriors please keep me in prayers I asked Deanna my wife why no one went out the way to help Troy my son who has adhd and was getting into trouble, but yet every one going out the way to help her nephew Benji whom is older than Troy she stated that Troy was not her son so she did not give a damn: I said Benji not your son either and as long as every one keeps enabling him he will never stop the drugs or grow up so why should I give a damn than. I'm the one here daily with his kids (Benji her nephew children), while he do drugs and run the streets. She says I'm attacking her family I said i'm not attacking your family I'm a in-law helping your family and I'm stating facts. Truly Blessed:
  7. Greeting in Christ I want to again say thank you all for your prayers: I'm now recovering from my hernia surgery and all is going well. I also had the opportunity to got to Kansas to visit my wife grandfather he turn 102 on august 10 what a joy it was to hear him speak of his faith , love of God and family, respect of others. It was refreshing and as I listen to him as he spoke it made me realize that we all matters family, friends, our neighbors, our relationship with Christ and others. I'm thankful at how he stated that God is in control of his life, this nation this world. It made me realize we are living in the signs of times: And today as we go through this moment of difficulty in our nation/world. Notice I used the word “moment”, because I believe we are often captivated by what seems to be difficulties that will last “forever”, yet in light of eternity, it is just a moment! The Bible says in Romans 8:28: (NKJV) 28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. As human beings, we usually like to feel “in control”. Let’s take the steering wheel of a vehicle for instance. When we are in a car with other people, especially someone who tends to have a little more of a lead foot than you would have, it can be quite an amazing test for you. If you are sitting in the passenger’s seat, you look down and realize that the middle portion of the carpet on the floor in front of you has been matted down from people who have been in the same seat before, and you know this is going to be quite a ride. I’m sure you’ve found out like I have they don’t make brakes for the passenger’s side of the car! You see, when we are not in the driver’s seat, we feel very out of control at times. There may be times when we all wish we were in the driver’s seat of our life and steer the problems out of our lives the moment they arrive. We want to steer clear of the pain and difficulty that comes with the problems, and look forward to the bright sunny days of driving ahead. Well, let me assure you that even in those times you are not in control, God knows all about it, and will be there for you “if” you cry out to Him for His help. Let us help one another to lighten our burden today by letting anyone. someone know that they don’t have to always be in control! God wants to shower His peace and strength upon your life, my life, our nation, however, we must allow Him to do so. Please keep our nation, persecute Christian, those that grieve, the homeless. Our law enforcement, our leaders, our military in our prayers as we as a nation, as Christian go through this difficult time. Blessings in Christ! I pray to never begin my day without thinking that perhaps he may interrupt my daily routine and begin His own. I am not looking for death. I am looking for Him. Today might be the last day when Jesus returns. I'm just a nobody trying to tell everybody about somebody that can save anybody.......do you know him.......His name is JESUS Have a God-day.... For every minute I'm upset or angry I lose sixty seconds of happiness: http://www.gods-great-plan-4.us/ The Joy I have the world did not give it to me......And the world cannot take it away. PS; My wife grandfather still drives
  8. Good Morning and Gods Blessings As I sit here looking out my window here in Castle Rock Colorado I Once again find myself enjoying the beauty of God’s creation all around me as the transition is made from Summer to Fall, and then from Fall to Winter. My family and I live in such a beautiful part of the country as the autumn leaves fill the trees with brilliant colors making the hills look like gigantic multi-colored flowers! Then, as the weather gets even cooler and the winds pick up, those same beautiful leaves fall as the trees are left to face the winter “alone”. I don’t know about you, but this truly is one of my favorite times of the year as the temperatures are more pleasant and invigorating. Yet, we know what is “around the corner”! Winter is coming. As I watch, I also notice the scurrying of the squirrels as they frantically search for chestnuts that have fallen to the ground. It’s amazing to me that God has built such a sense of preparation into the animals that even they recognize the value of being ready for upcoming needs. Let me assure you, and remind you that God knows our needs, yet it is still important for us to do our part in making sure we are obedient and prepare for the future. Yet, in all that preparation God has made it clear that we are to put Him first in all we do, especially in our giving. As we do that, He has promised that He would take care of our needs! Matthew 6:33 shares this truth so powerfully; “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” As we move closer to Thanksgiving and Christmas, (it is closer than we may think my 4 year old is already talking about Christmas) let me remind you that Jesus Christ will supply for our needs, and yes, I believe there are times we may be blessed even in greater ways than just for the things we “need”. Yet, we are blessed to BE a blessing! We are all called to be givers, and I want to remind you that while the church “receives” from those who attend, we are thrilled to be able to give out, and give back in so many ways, both here in mine and your community and around the world. Let us all continue to be supports of our church and community and be a blessings to others as well, because it’s the right thing to do, and reflects the nature of God who gave His son Jesus Christ, and Jesus who gave His life for us!
  9. Blessings In Christ Have you ever heard a statement similar to this? “Well, I would love to be able to go to church, but it’s hard for me to do when I see all the hypocrites there.” While you may have not heard those exact words, you’ve probably heard a variation of some kind and perhaps wondered a bit if you were being accused of being a hypocrite. None of us want to be considered in such a way, yet this is the impression often left in the wake of such a statement. Jesus valued the church greatly, and in fact calls it his Bride! We know also that He’s coming one day for a Bride without spot or wrinkle, but we also realize there’s still a lot of spots to be removed, and wrinkles to iron! Hebrews 10:25 gives us a tremendous reminder of the importance of church attendance. “not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another–and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Paul gave a reminder in the following verse that also serves as a reminder about the body of Christ. Eph. 3:18 …may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height. The phrase “with all the saints” is very interesting. Paul is reminding the church at Ephesus that this process of growing in Christ is not something we can do on our own, or even just within the context of our own families. While we must grow in Christ there, we need to be reminded that the love Christ wants us to grow in is one we learn in the context and environment of the church, or the body of Christ! The church is where we get into some “iron sharpens iron” moments! The church is where we are able to weep with another who weeps! The church is where we are able to rejoice when another rejoices! The church is where we can join together to meet needs! And yes, it says with ALL the saints! And that means anyone who professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and lives a life reflective of that confession of faith. I would like to encourage you to make church attendance a regular and consistent part of your life. You WILL become a stronger Christian as a result! We can let God sort it all out one day regarding who the “hypocrites” are. Let’s just relax and have church!
  10. Good morning and Blessings in Christ It is a blessings and wonderful to part of this Christian forum, I just want to say thank you to all of you that is praying and has prayed for me and my family. Again Thank you all for the kind and thoughtful prayers that you sent up unto the Lord for us. It is a blessing to have fellow believers who support the work that God has called us to do. THANK YOU ALL BLESSINGS IN CHRIST
  11. Greetings in Christ, Love makes ALL the difference! We’ve perhaps heard that many times, yet I wanted to take a few moments to share this reminder with you that it truly does make ALL the difference, especially when it’s the love of God being referred to! I believe today if we are ever going to share God’s love with those around us, we first need to experience it in our own lives. As I was reading various scriptures having to do with the love God has for us, I came across the following which was actually a prayer the Apostle Paul was offering to God on behalf of the church at Ephesus while he was in prison for preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Ephesians 3:16-21 (NKJV) 16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height– 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. 20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, 21 to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. While we may face persecution and challenge from this world we live in, there is something that will keep us through the storms and trials of life, and it is the unending, unfathomable, unexplainable love that God has for each and every one of us, and yes, even for this World. The primary purpose of this letter to the Ephesians was to talk about a “mystery”, and of course, this mystery was not intended to be kept that way. Paul’s purpose was to explain and reveal it by sharing about this thing called “the church” whose purpose it was to express the fullness of Christ on the Earth. One of the ways this would be done was by uniting both Jew and Gentile which of course was another aspect to this great mystery. (Eph. 3:5) It had never been done before like this; yet, God was maturing a people who would take the victory Christ won at Calvary and expand it further in reach and scope which would continue through today. So Paul’s heart’s desire was that these new believer’s would know the love of Christ, and in knowing that love, do their part in sharing it to anyone and everyone who would listen. He wanted to see that love both draw people into the family of God, and also unite the Church for more effective ministry and outreach. Our lives find completion as we love, and are loved in return. While being loved in return may seem less frequent than we had hoped for, let’s continue to reach out to this world with the love of Jesus Christ!
