True. But if the same Spirit that Raised Christ from the dead is not in you. It would be a good thing to know if He's not. Especially if you are teaching the Bible with a sterile Jesus and gospel. And have your hope in salvation. They always put up some kind of argument, try to play let's make a deal or intimidate you or their host. Alot of people love their brothers and sisters enough to wrestle a demon for them. But it's true. Some don't. Many are afraid and shrink back.

Pray for them. My dad was a hostile atheist to the point he refused to pay for college if we went to Christian colleges. And refused to attend weddings if we were married in a church. We grew up hearing about the Spanish inquisition and how weak people use God as an excuse. Honestly my mom said she was Christian but her morals and ideas lined up closer to Luciferianism. And she hushed any Christian talk (not to offend my dad). I heard about Jesus from a neighbor and went to youth rallies with friends. My friends mom used to read the Bible to us when I stayed the night. My brother rebelled first and went to Christian college without our parents help. He would blast Christian music in His room with the door locked. I being his baby girl got married in a church againt his threats and protest. He was cracking and proudly walked me down the isle. I think he realized his Christian children were not weak but amazingly loving and strong. Long story short my dad is not hostile towards Christianity anymore and confesses Christ and prays with us and for us now. Glory to God. So pray for them and keep exposing them to the word. Jesus is the one who saves have faith in him. He excepted and suported you. Be a christian and love your family and serve.

I hate to interrupt. But why doesn't it line up? I never heard that argument. Prophecy gives us enough to see Gods word is true. The Horns are rulers on a ram and goat (empire)? Alexanders kingdom was divided between 4 rulers?

I wish I could remembered this better so at least I could search. So there were wealthy families in alexanders circle that supported and funded some of his escapades for their own financial benefit of course. When Alexander died those families were apposed to each other and they divided also supporting the 4 generals and some supporting their own military campaigns for power. Where you are at is probably the continuation of those ruling families. I still have my books from school and hallies Bible encyclopedias with all the biblical world history. ill look through them. But with the internet you will find it before me.

Ok.. I have no clue what your trying to figure out. What i remember is Alexander died. His Four Generals succeeded him and it divided the kingdom into 4 fractions i already listed. And they had battles and had scuffles for power to restore the Empire but none of them were able to restore Alexander's Empire. So it broke up. Im sure you know who was the little horn that desicrated the temple after that? (I would have to look up the spelling of his name) Is that what your looked for? I think its in Maccabees. Prederest use him to say the prophecies are fulfilled, christ already had his second coming. But there is a times and time or something that theologians argue that means that dude was a type or shadow of The anti christ that will be destroyed with the big rock from heaven also know as the brightness of his coming.

Look them up. the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt, the Seleucid Empire, the Attalid Dynasty of the Kingdom of Pergamon, and Macedon. Pergamon is where Satan's Throne is according to Jesus.. a lot of theologians speculate it's where The anti Christ (little horn) will come from. Others say its the alter of Zeus and Hitler disassembled and moved to Germany. Or Russia who made a duplicate of Zeus alter to empower their anti christ. I wish I had y'all's hunger to study all this. I studied in the 90's from books before world history was on the internet. I bet there is so much new information to dig through.

Dang after thoughts:) 1. People like Miller who used the 2300 in Dan to predict the coming of Christ make errors because they come up with some crazy theory from a verse instead of studying everything the Bible has to say about a prophetic event or person. They get a theory first then use the Bible to prove it instead of letting The Word and the Holy Spirit reveal to them knowledge about a mystery and form their opinions though open to recieve learning from God with out bias to the outcome. 2. The other common mistake we see through history of theologians with great errors of prophetic prediction is applying the prophecies to their time, events and part of the world they have knowledge of. Prophecy comes through one group of people in one part of the world that God has revealed His plan to over a 5000 year span of time. We see nations rise and fall but it doesn't mean the prophetic fulfillment of that final battle between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan will be in our time. Personally I think we are close but Peter did too.

I think the professor i had at the Dallas Theological Seminary knew his Bible and Greek history and he contributed to the Greek and Arabic and is credited as a translator for the Holman Christians Standard. I don't have much interest and have not had much revelation on eschatology. But he presented a sound teaching on the little horn that included Dan 2 and 7. Rome didn't, fall fast it took 13 to 1400 years. Parts of the empires like Babylon and 4 other empires mentioned in last day prophesie were never conquered by Rome but Islam swept through this whole area. He presented alot of text from the other prophets in the old Testament and New. Not just a map. He said he doesn't know for sure but Islam fits the modles more then Rome. If my study on this was fresh I could probably make a strong scriptual debate against your speculations, but its not. At the time the evidence presented was biblical and historically accurate. He had a whole university of young theologians That took his classes holding him to accountability LOL

My opinion Jesus made it clear Satan has an unseen Kingdom. The ministry of the Lord brought that kingdom out in the open to be seen, by casting out demons and restoring people to their right mind that were in captivity. Jesus also made obvious to us who are not Spiritually blind, God has an unseen Kingdom and he is more powerful. If we walk with the Lord he gives us wisdom and revelation about the things unseen. Which are probably more real then most our visible world. The whole ministry of Christ is to defeat the unseen kingdom of satan by bringing the unseen Kingdom of God near to us. Whether a person wants to acknowledge the Truth or not these two unseen Kimgdoms are at war and we are/were captives and slaves in the Kingdom of Satan and wrestle with unseen forces everyday whether we want to be blind to it or not (as christians). Whether christians acknowledge it our not, its true. And we in Chrsit have authority to overcome Satan's unseen kingdom but at the risk of our visable life. And frankly I find it very sad people do not have compassion for those still in captivity and say they serve Christ but hate and look with contempt on the prisoners of the war, when they have the keys to free them. When we wrestle in the heavenly we get attacked. But the Lord is faithful. Honestly. I think there is alot of Christians that fear the unseen struggle and so they don't engage to protect them self and their false seen reality that is perishing. And the result is suffering through out our societies and so these suffering people are turning to sorcery and all kinds of evil for relief and just multiplying their sorrows. I pray compassion for the body of Christ and all in fear of the Truth and protecting their own life. If you refuse to believe their are unseen Kingdoms at war. You won't see either, in this life anyway. You'll just see people who are easy to hate and pat yourself on the back for being better then them. You dont have to know what they are. You just use your authority in Christ and the name of Jesus and help people. You dont even have to listen to them. You can tell them to be quite and expell them. If Christ is in you. What's funniest to me. They hear just fine. You don't have to yell at them.

No. Absolutely Not. And from my experiance. The people enabling and guarding the door are usually in as much error as the leader they cover for. I might even go as far as saying the defenders and protector can be a whole lot like dealing with Jezabel.

Possibly wrong because i havent followed up. And my memory may be bad But the two legs of rome because the empire split, it divided. One seat of the roman empire authority was in constinopal. The other One in Italy. I remember seeing a map of the two legs of the statue in Daniel. With one big toe on rome and one big toe on constinopal. And it showed the 5 countries for each foot. Syria, turkey, i think palistein one other muslim country and i think israel was a left foot toe.. it was from a leadership seminar probably 15 or 20 years ago on Daniel. You might want to check. They are all mostly Muslim dominated countries now . if the map presented in that course was correct. The professor was a greek scholar from Cambridge so i image he knew what ge was talking about. Seems like accurate info is important to you.
