Yup, God expects us to do our part and then He will do His. I think we all know that we are close to something, even nonchristians feel this and the events in the world speak volumes but even more God has been speaking for 20 years warning those who hear Him. Besides for those who are prepared how could they help others if they were not and we are supposed to do that as well. Like you I have heard it for a long time but I also know that whatever is coming is close.

I agree, you also need two witnesses as well but the Holy Spirit is a witness. To many dismiss this because they do not hear or exercise this very important aspect of our faith. The Holy Spirit has been relegated to doing nothing as far as us hearing from Him yet it is our peace and a witness as to what is true.

Because some is fake do not disallow the real experiences. God will deal with the fakes so just ignore them and avoid them as well as far as doctrine is concerned. All spirits should be tested and it is the Holy Spirit that will guide you into what is true and show you what is not. To many do not exercise their spiritual senses and then say it is not for today when it is.

If you want to know why people dont post at least partially why just look at the comments about the political forum, I will never post there again and it seems I am not alone and there was a clear reason why that could be corrected if the desire was present but my perception is that it isnt and those who moderate share some of the blame as well
