  1. Something that I have been pondering as well for those that want to make it just a spiritual or a faith mark. Scripture seems to show a different role each one has and that it leads to the same thing. The difference is in the details in what scripture reveals. This is what I mean for that. Two different types of worship and one manifested type. You can make spiritual points for the first two but you can't make that same exact point for the mark because of the details given. Revelation 14:9And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, Worship is spiritual. Worshiping the beast is one but the other is worshiping his image, and that is a big difference for these two but one in the same. Worship is spiritual in the sense, that it does not do a literal action in regards to doing something literally. These two you can make points for it being 'spiritual'. Another example what do I mean by spiritual. Lets say you have a literal job to do with going out to buy something or going out to sell something or even receiving something on your hand or head. If you are just spiritually worshiping the beast or his image by say for example bowing down or praising this evil or directing your thoughts of worship to this evil. Perhaps even just using words of worship for this evil. This isn't really doing a literal task like receiving a mark on your body that lets you do the actions of buying and selling. The worship of the beast or his image are faith based but the mark is different with it being work based, which allows you to do works of buying and selling to live out your life.
  2. This vision I had kind of worried me but not sure why I received it but wanted to share it. It was a very quick vision that came and ended quickly. On my right hand a symbol of a circle appeared with I believe two dots in it. And then it disappeared as quickly as it appeared. Then a face appeared before me and as quickly as the face appeared, it to then vanished very quickly. I'm pretty sure it was the face of Obama. But that was the end of the vision. I should have wrote all this down when it happened some time ago but just wanted to share this. Thanks.
  3. But the apostles all they knew was the old testament to prove that the the Lord is Jesus Christ?
  4. Thanks for this info. Do you prefer the literal translation or the KJV? Also was the literal word for virgin used in Matthew 1:23?
  5. Thanks to the responses to this thread.
  6. Question on this. If this Tanakh website is being honest how would I understand this or even explain? Every now and then you will meet someone that states well the Bible has been changed. So how can you trust the book. What would you say? KJV Isaiah 7:14Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. (Tanakh) Isaiah 7:14Therefore, the Lord, of His own, shall give you a sign; behold, the young woman is with child, and she shall bear a son, and she shall call his name Immanuel. Note Isaiah 7:14 For both still declares this unique child to be called Immanuel! God with us. But some people do say why the change of virgin for young woman? Or (Tanakh) Isaiah 9:6 For a child has been born to us, a son given to us, and the authority is upon his shoulder, and the wondrous adviser, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, called his name, "the prince of peace." KJV Isaiah 9:6For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. This verse seems to be more complicated as the Tanakh seems to be saying that the Father called him only, " the prince of peace", while the KJV declares all these names for the child? But the similitude seems to be the government of God or the authority of God are on the SON our Lord Jesus. Thanks for your time.

    144,000?

Curios when you say raptured? You are saying the 144,000 are raptured with the church? Or a different time frame. Just making sure on what you are saying. I believe you are saying they are taken with the church at the same time.
  8. What I have noticed is that we have clear scriptures that if you worship the beast or worship the image that was given life to speak or receive the mark that lets you sell and buy. Repeatedly we are warned you are lost forever, even in the book of life. The blasphemy of the Holy Ghost there is no forgiveness for it. But also if you die rejecting Jesus there is also no forgiveness for that as well, not just the blasphemy of the Holy Ghost. John 3:18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. So the mark seems to be in the category of these two. Now with that stated, since we have verses that indicate there is no forgiveness for the mark or the worship of the Beast. Do the ones whom disagree have any verses with someone in the Bible receiving the mark and then repenting and being saved? I do not think there is such a verse.

    144,000?

Question on the 144,000. Do some of them perish in this life and then go to heaven or are they victorious against the Beast throughout there life? This verse makes me wonder if they are the unstoppable servants of God, on the earth. Revelation 15:2And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
  11. Hi. It just depends reading the Bible is great that keeps you knowing what to do or least we can forget and the Lord can even lead you to scripture that helps you know what to do. Praying as well.
  12. I agree with you about the receiving the mark is worshiping evil. But the reason I brought up with you and the rejecting of Jesus. Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost is the unforgivable sin but rejecting Jesus also leads to the same. As that kind of is my point, as the mark also the seems to be the in that same category with rejecting the Lord. A verse that indicates this is these two. Revelation 13:8And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. This seems to be why the Good Lord stated rejoice if you names are written in heaven. If your name is not found in this book you are sent to the lake of fire. As this verse indicates that the people who worship the beast are not found in the book of life.
  13. Matthew 12:32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. Not idolatry but notice here the word speaketh against the Holy Ghost. Both the Son and the Holy Ghost are God but as Persons of God with different roles. Why did He say this? In other verses Jesus stated this because some of them started saying some really bad things about the Holy Ghost. Are words are directly associated with our heart and such a particular hatred that is shown by our words. This seems to be a slight different then just rejecting Jesus but ultimately leads to the same destination in rejecting the Son. I thank you for posting for my goal is to grow here and look forward to your next response.
