Hello Marilyn,

I question your list under the heading, 'Christ's Earthly Ministry', regarding how the Lord Jesus Christ is portrayed in the gospels. In Matthew yes, God's purpose is that He be portrayed as Jehovah's King.  However, in Mark's gospel it is God's intent that the Lord is portrayed as, Jehovah's Servant, 'Behold My Servant' (Isa. 42:1).  Mark is Roman, yes, but there is no reason to believe that it was written with them in mind.  In Luke He is Divinely portrayed as Jehovah's Man, 'the Man whose name is the Branch' (Zech. 6:12), and though undoubtedly Greek, and addressed to His friend Theophilus, it is none the less not intended for Greek eyes only. In John the Lord Jesus Christ is Portrayed as God, 'Behold your God' (Isa. 40:9).

I would not have commented at all, but it is obvious that there are those following you, who are taking your teaching as fact.  So your 'facts' must be proven to be true, and not accepted without question (Acts 17:11).
