It is a shame that today it is hard to find the truth of Jesus teachings in many churches. The most noticeable could be those that broadcast. There are some such places that teach the born again Christian is still a sinner. That's a lie of course and yet how many people in such congregations sit and believe that? Rather than wait for that service to be over and then never darken the doorway of that location again? Romans 6:6, ‘Knowing this that our old self was crucified with Christ … that we should no longer be slaves to sin, for he who has died is freed from sin’ Reading the Book of John chapter 3 helps to understand that we are born again in the spirit. When we were alive in this world as sinners we were dead in this flesh. When we accepted Jesus and were baptized, that's by immersion into the water only, we arose as did Jesus from the grave, that living tomb where flesh was all, and were renewed in the spirit of Christ. Because as the word tells us, we cannot enter Heaven unless we that are born of the flesh, are born again in the spirit. If you encounter a church that tries to tell you as a redeemed Baptized reborn Christian that you are still a sinner, leave! Because that is a building populated by false teachers who are hoping to teach you where they are in their flesh. They are not of Christ or they would never lie in his name. Be Blessed. Past sins are no longer relevant to the Christian in that they were covered under the blood of Christ the moment that sinner believed. Further, they are no longer considered to be that fallen person, a sinner, once they have accepted Christ as their savior from sins. All transgressions that may occur are covered under the blood of Christ's sacrifice for the sins of the world. And should we offend we have a mediator between ourselves and God, Jesus Christ. So that sin is not counted against us as the redeemed from sin , a Christian. The anti-Catholic bias being unnecessary, I would wonder how any Christian who is saved by grace arguing Mary, the human source for the deliverer from sin that was the means by which God delivered his grace to the world, would not be full of God's grace so as to be worthy of the job. You can never lose your salvation. It is eternal. It is by God free gift of grace that salvation is available to those whom he calls unto repentance. Because those who heed the call are those sheep Jesus spoke of when he said he knows us by name. And we, those sheep, know his voice and follow him. If we give up on Jesus, fall away, Jesus doesn't give up on us. Because we were his before the world came to be. Our names were written in the Lamb's book of life before this world was created by God's will and sovereign power. Never let anyone tell you you can do something to lose your salvation. Because the word of God clearly teaches that those who are in Christ do not make a habit of sinning. They do not sin. Those who willfully sin are not of God. Holding those convert Iranian's in prayer. Iran is an Islamic theocracy. Apostates, those who leave the faith, are to be persuaded back to Islam, or killed. The Koran allows for either route. I've ventured to a number of Christian forums over the years. Inevitably there is a group or one in each forum who seeks to teach contrary to the good news Jesus died to deliver. And all while assuming a self-righteous profile in the process. You will never have a right to judge my faith. You don't realize as you judge so too are you judged. Wanting. You have not a clue. And that can be an eternal shame. Galatians 2:21 I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose.

I think Democrats are showing their true colors at this point in California. Trump won a free election and the domino's of losing the minds started to fall in rapid succession. This though is beyond. I don't blame Californians fleeing to other states. The insurance rates in CA are so high due to natures activities there already. Perhaps human ego and pride. It is a simple matter for someone to claim they believe in Christ but when it comes to answering such a question, they ask a question first in order to avoid the true introspection such a query requires. We can read the Bible countless times and yet not glean what is truly in the message there. And when push comes to shove, or reality comes crashing down hard and painfully, that is when the rubber meets the road. That is when we will know if we are really in Christ or just in a costume claiming the name of the savior of the world when in truth He does not know our name. Being a Christian means leaning on God first. Human ego and pride carried us through before we found Christ. And when things get stressful and scary that is when we need to not let fear carry us. Instead, take a deep cleansing breath and discern what spirit is guiding our next move. Because the Devil always works to get the attention of the saints in Christ. Lot and his family listened to God because Lot led the way. Lot's wife for whatever reason trusted God but unfortunately she had to know what it was God was leading her from because she was still attached to the cities that were being destroyed at her back. And she perished for her lack of faith in the instruction to move forward and never look behind her. Part of being in Christ is cultivating the relationship we have with our Lord. All great relationships grow over time. Learning to discern the voice of the unseen, though God is everywhere we look, takes practice. And it also takes releasing the personal ego that thinks of itself first. Because the Devil, which is that which is averse to righteousness, also has a voice. It's like a child that is newborn. They learn to recognize their parents voices among all those who greet them as new arrivals in this world. There are the parents voices and there are others. When it gets deep in our real life and things seem dark, taking a cleansing breath and discerning the voice of the Lord from all others that speak in those moments is key. Voices like fear, regret, anger, surrender to the dark and opposing force aligned against you. And instead hearkening unto the voice of the one that knew your name before you were born and will guide you through in love. A lot of Christians don't hear that voice because they think it is a co-partnership. God and me. And in a way it is. However, God knows more and sometimes it takes time and a lot of hard knocks to come to that realization. The more I realize God leads the less stress I find in my life. And when I look back I can see where I was and where he has led me through. It's personal for each Christian. And it is a journey of a lifetime that I wouldn't have missed for anything.
