  1. If you like, start with John. The four gospels I would start with are in their familiar canonical order: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John A good study guide is to use https://www.biblegateway.com/ as a point of reference for things that you want to look up. Or if you don't want to use a computer, then you can order a printed bible study guide from Amazon and have it mailed to you. Here is one called Self Study Bible Course https://www.amazon.com/Self-Study-Bible-Course-Expanded-Prince/dp/088368750X/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1537994198&sr=8-7&keywords=bible+study+guide
  2. God will never give you more than you can take, and I'm living proof of that because I'm still alive. I know what it is to live in isolation. Loneliness, despair, and anger, even fear mixed in. But as long as you dwell on God's word, and put on the armor of God you will always have a friend in Jesus. Ephesians 6:10-18 New International Version (NIV) The Armor of God 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
  3. I found a good answer for this https://getmorestrength.org/daily/sticking-up-for-jesus/ Just remember, it is ALWAYS okay to stick up for what you believe. Jesus is saving you from ETERNAL damnation. That is worthy, and worth spreading to others. I have blessed a person and told them Jesus loved them, and had them recoil in terror. The look in there eye was of hatred, and I knew I found the enemy. It exists out there. Also, I have rebuked people who have used the name of God in vain. And told them plainly that if they are going to use that language to not speak to me anymore. Plain and simple. God hears what you have to say, and if you are speaking good things about God and Jesus, that will count for you, not against you. Don't be conformed to the pattern of the world Jesus says. Just because others are being blindly lead, doesn't mean you have to be. I am here for you, as are many others. God Bless you
  4. Hello and welcome Maryjane, and hello there Concrete
  5. If you are still worried about it than I would say you haven't. It would take someone who does not care anymore.
  6. This will most likely pass, just like all things
  7. welcome pawz I hope you find that people are nice this time around to others. Its always a good thing to be nice to others and especially tell them when they are doing something good. I would encourage that.
