  1. I’ll admit it: I have an alcoholism problem. I get up at around 7:00 am, then I begin drinking at around 9:30 am. Unfortunately, I don’t drink in moderation. I start with a 24 oz can of beer, then continue drinking another one every two to three hours until the day ends and I’m ready to go to sleep. Honestly, I don’t see anything wrong with drinking in moderation. If you have a small can of beer at social events such as a family reunion, what’s the harm? For me, though, I can’t drink in moderation. I drink and drink, then I drink some more. There is no stopping. Part of my problem is that I’m self-employed. Because I’m my own boss, I can get drunk while on the job and can’t get fired. I feel guilty because every night I tell God that I’m going to quit drinking. Then I wake up, and two and a half hours later I’m craving a tall boy and subsequently relapse. Did you have an alcoholism problem in the past? How were you able to successfully quit? I’ve tried Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, but they don’t seem to work. In fact, there was one time when I even hit the liquor store right after a meeting. I’ve also been thinking about in-patient rehab—I’ve even checked into it—but they are asking for $7,300 per month, which is a lot of money for me.
  2. There is barely anything Christians can do to prevent licentiousness. If a Christian were to post on Twitter that he opposes gay marriage, SJWs would track down his employer and try to get him fired.
  3. Hey, thanks. I’m an adept prose writer whose command over the English language is par excellence. I’ve been using my writing skills to get work. Last week I was hired by an online affiliate company to write several articles on various herbal supplements to market them. In fact, I’ve been doing this sort of contract work for the past year. But jobs are sporadic, and they don’t pay very well. I’ve only been making $700 a month, give or take. I figured that if I had stable employment as a writer, that would help me feel encouraged in life. Unfortunately, I don’t have an English degree, so no one will hire me. I do have an idea for an online business. It’s a very good idea, in fact. But for some reason I keep putting it off. When I do work on it, I get discouraged for some reason and delay my work even more. Getting involved with my church is definitely a good idea. I attend religious services every Sunday, then I go to a Bible study group with my parents. But that’s about it. There are barely any young people at my church. I think I need to trust God more and let the Holy Spirit guide me. It’s always best “not to lean on your own understanding” (Proverbs 3:5-6). Idleness is indeed a big issue that I have. I must be more productive and figure out a way to get myself motivated.
  4. We all go through difficult times in life where we get bad breaks or experience problems in general. Maybe we lost our job, failed a relationship, or experienced some other challenge. It’s easy to feel discouraged when the going gets tough. As for myself, I’ve been feeling discouraged for quite some time now. I’m approaching age 30, and I haven’t accomplished much in life. Many of my friends from high school are married, have children, and own a house. I still haven’t done much of anything. For this reason, the discouraged feelings I endure are overwhelming. I know in my heart of hearts that God has plans for me. After all, it’s written in the Bible that our heavenly father has a plan for everyone (Jeremiah 29:11). But still, it seems like I’m going nowhere. I feel like a lost cause. How do you feel encouraged in times of discouragement? I ask this question seeking advice from fellow Christians. Hopefully, I can gain some insight or wisdom and successfully deal with my issue.

How is anti-Zionism anti-Semitic? That's like saying opposition to the Mexican government is anti-Hispanic, or that opposition to the German government is anti-white.

Liberals always resort to the term "racist" when they don't have an argument. It seems to me like Trump has his heart in making America great again. The US economy is booming because of his policies, so liberals only have insults to use against him, not substance. I thought moving the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem was a provocative move. It inflamed a lot of people in the Middle East. I'm a bit worried that our country could end up in more wars with Trump's aggression in the Middle East. Or do you think everything will be okay there?

Is a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine really such a bad thing? Is it really terrible to oppose sending billions of dollars is arms to Israel so they can bomb people (the Palestinians) who only want their country recognized?

That was written during Old Testament times. I don't think it applies to the modern era. Or do you disagree? And why?

Hey, I want to apologize if I sounded rude or harsh in my previous post to you. It seemed like you called me a racist, and I'm no such thing. My political views are right-wing (I voted Trump, by the way), but what makes me different about other conservatives is that I oppose war/interventionalism. Typically, they call my style of conservatism "paleoconservative," or paleocon for short. You can read about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paleoconservatism Patrick Buchanan is a famous paleocon. You've probably heard of him. He is also anti-Zionist like myself. Why do I oppose Zionism? Because I believe America's huge support for Israel is leading to a lot of conflict in the Middle East. Since I oppose war and conflict and think America should focus on our own problems at home, I naturally oppose supporting Israel with weapons. In my opinion, the two-state solution between Israel in Palestine, if it were to be implemented, would resolve so many problems.

Do you know how to read and understand context? The reason why I brought up the whites-only immigration platform is to show how there would be so much outrage if a politician said that in the US, then implied it's hypocritical for Israeli supporters to support a nation that has a Jewish-only immigration policy. Quit misreading me on purpose.

The president of Israel referred to African immigrants there as "infiltrators" and vowed to do everything he can to get rid of them. Israel is also forcibly limiting the number of black births in their country: https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/.premium-ethiopians-fooled-into-birth-control-1.5226424
  13. Radical environmentalists talk about not having children to save the planet, but they never say anything about China reducing their carbon footprint, nor do they advocate taking in less immigrants to developed countries where there is more pollution per person than in poor countries.

If that is true, why does Israel have an exclusive Jewish-only immigration policy? Can you imagine the outrage if a US politician promoted a whites-only immigration policy here?

If Arabs become the majority, Israel will have to concede that non-Jews have human rights. By the way, did you see my edit in my previous post?
