About Me

I am retired after working for the JCPenney Company for 35 years and the Drake Hardware Company in Burlington, Iowa, for seven years. I was born in West Union, Iowa, in 1953, moved to Burlington in 1973, and moved to Reno, Nevada, in 1980. I joined the Sparks United Methodist Church in Reno's sister city, Sparks, in 1987, where I do weekly maintenance chores and sing in the choir.
