  1. I noticed my last post on going quietly into the night was quickly and quietly disposed of. I am beginning to feel this site is very similar to Facebook in the Gestapo type filtering. This is a truth that won't be appreciated and likely this post will be removed quickly. But It is in the power of those who own and run the website and I do recognize their authority without approving of it. This will likely be my last post and if you get to read it before it is removed I hope it gives you something to think about. I am attaching an article from American Greatness entitled, Just Say No. I hope you enjoy it. Just Say No If America is to enjoy a new birth of freedom, it starts with those Americans who believe there are some things more important than safety, some things dearer even than life. By Dan Gelernter https://amgreatness.com/app/themes/american-greatness-theme/dist/images/ag-mark_90833ec2.svg August 24, 2021 In 1938, one year before the outbreak of World War II, Winston Churchill gave his famous “the lights are going out” speech, in which he said, instructively: “Alexander the Great remarked that the people of Asia were slaves because they had not learned to pronounce the word ‘No.’ Let that not be the epitaph of the English-speaking peoples.” In 2021, the world takes stock of its freedom and finds out just how little is left. In Australia, Melbourne has been locked down for 19 months and the police are shooting violators with rubber bullets. In New Zealand, citizens testing positive for COVID-19 were quarantined by force in government camps run by the military: “I cannot allow the gains we have all made to be squandered by processes that are not followed,” said New Zealand’s prime minister. In Great Britain, the National Health Service built an app that “pings” people who have been near a person with a positive COVID test and requires those people to leave work. Last month the app was “pinging” more than half a million people every week. Boris Johnson’s spokesman says the app is doing “what it’s designed to do.” In America, New Yorkers will not be allowed indoors anywhere—no bars, restaurants, museums, movie theaters, gyms—without their “Key to NYC” proof of vaccination. This despite the fact that the vaccine only inhibits one from developing symptoms, but does not at all affect the likelihood of having the virus in one’s system or passing it to others. This year, much of the world discovered that its freedom was illusory: Nothing more than words and slogans to soothe the credulous, feeble public. But not in Florida, where I happen to be at the moment. When “Key to NYC” was announced by Bill de Blasio, I knew it was the right time to visit some friends in the south and see how the other half lives. And down here, under the calm guidance of the best governor in America by far, and with no masks, no restrictions of any sort whatsoever, life is free and normal. The press reports a high number of COVID cases in Florida without showing the inconvenient truth—that despite the number of people testing positive, the outcomes are extremely good. Hospitalizations are rare and deaths exceptionally so, despite the Mayo Clinic’s estimate that only half the people down here are vaccinated. The reality in Florida exposes the worldwide response to the novel coronavirus for what it is: An exercise in oppression. A precious opportunity for governments to see just how far their tentacles can intrude into peoples’ daily lives. An excuse to grant governments across the world extraordinary, emergency powers that, once granted, will become normal and then permanent. It’s an excuse—that’s all it is. A phony pretext for everything the government wanted to do anyway. Coronavirus may have been the careless, Fauci-funded mistake of criminally inept Chinese researchers. But governments everywhere saw COVID as a gift. It is the global equivalent of Putin’s Russian apartment bombings, or Hitler’s Reichstag fire. Out of panic, power. It is chilling and sobering to see how aggressively governments will subjugate populations of whom they are not afraid. In almost every country in the world, people are coming up against the unfortunate realization that, when push comes to shove, they are utterly helpless. And they allowed themselves to become helpless: In 1996, Australia enacted a mandatory “buyback” for semi-automatic firearms and confiscated 650,000 rifles over the next year. Britain banned all handguns in 1997. New York City has the most restrictive gun laws in America. It is no coincidence that gun confiscations have preceded other government abuses of power. A gun ban renders a population defenseless and—perhaps even more importantly—it tests a peoples’ inclination to obey. If you’re willing to give up your firearms, you won’t say no to anything else the government tells you to do. When the Nazis invaded Western Europe, the first act of the occupation government in every province of Holland, Belgium, Denmark, and France was to demand the surrender of all personal firearms. Failure to comply was punishable by death. These confications were followed, in the cities, by mandatory curfews. Most people in most places complied. Many—especially in France, to their eternal shame—cooperated actively and eagerly with the new authorities by turning their resistant neighbors over to the police. These neighbors, they felt, were making life more dangerous for everyone else. Incidentally, New York wants you to know that if you suspect someone of trying to use a fake proof of vaccination, you should please email the COVID Gestapo at STOPVAXFRAUD@health.ny.gov. A people disarmed is a people enslaved. Enslaved not only by their lacking effective means of resistance, but by their having shown their willingness to surrender those means to the authorities. When you look at American states with the freest gun laws, you know you’re looking at states with the freest people: Not simply because these people have guns, but because they had the strength of character to keep them. They were the ones who, when the government came around to lock them in their homes, said “No.” If America is to enjoy a new birth of freedom, as I believe it will, it starts with those Americans who believe there are some things more important than safety, some things dearer even than life. To those in less-fortunate circumstances and places, it may fall to you to take the first step towards freedom regained: The government will ask you for your papers. You know what to say.
  2. I hope you enjoy this poem. Jeremiah was know as the weeping prophet for he wept over the sins of his nation. Christians in our day and time need to weep over the condition of our world and lift voices unto the Lord. There is much sorrow in our world today, we need to develop a heart like Jesus. What we do not need to do is condone the sins that surround us in the world as many call evil good and good evil. I hear too many Christians justify and excuse the sins around them and label it love. Our love for the Lord is the first love and that love means also loving their ways not the ways of darkness. Weep over the condition of our world and quit excusing it! Weep over the hurts and sorrows amongst you and yearn for the return of our Lord. The Tears of a Stranger A funeral procession passed by me on the road and I pulled over to show my respect, But I did not grieve as those who drove past on that bright and sunny day, I did not weep. Had I been in the procession, if one that I loved had been in the hearse I would have wept, Why was I not moved to tears by the sadness and sorrow of strangers as they passed by? Must sadness visit my door to move my heart, must it be my own hurt to bring my tears? Grief and sorrow are global for everyone upon the earth has known or will know deep sorrow. The call that comes to inform us of the death of a loved one is like a knife to our soul, Our loss brings sadness and grief, but why do we not grieve and mourn over the stranger? Grief comes at unexpected times and can come when we know that death is moments away, We seek to prepare our hearts but none can truly prepare for the death of one they love. Can I prepare my heart to grieve and weep over the hurt and over the tears of a stranger? Can I have a heart that mourns, a heart that is moved by the hurt of others, a heart that loves? I do feel empathy and sympathy when I read of the death of a child, but I do not truly grieve, Why do I not weep and mourn when I know that a mother knows a sorrow like none other? The death of a child is the deepest cut that can come upon the soul of the living, When will I become like Jesus and weep when I see the hurt and the tears of a stranger? I cry when I see my children cry for they are mine, they are the heart of my heart, Why do I not cry when I see the tears of a child who is a stranger unto me, why my Lord? I seek to see, to hear, to feel, and to love like Jesus, I seek to be moved with compassion, I desire for the tears of a stranger to bring tears unto me for I desire my heart to truly love.
  3. There will be prophets that become known as we approach the times of tribulation. In Revelation 11;3, it states that the two witnesses will prophesy. We also know that there will be a false prophet as mentioned in Revelation 19:20. The verse in Amos is a promise from the Lord. God has revealed things in the prophecies found in the bible and new prophecies will be declared by the prophets of the end time. The prophecies given by previous prophets of God were sometimes singular but often they have been found to be dual, meaning they can refer to the times given and can also refer to the end times. The prophets of the end times will walk in the power of the Lord and will become known.

    Masks

Masks were once worn to conceal identity but now they reveal far more than they hide.
  5. There is a great lack of common sense in so many upon the earth in this day and age. There is a reason why all satellite dishes are facing away from earth as man searches the universe for intelligent life! A few years ago I would have never thought that mankind would lose the understanding that there are only two sexes, male and female! Some are saying there are up to 5 sexes and up to at least 52 different genders! Some of these are transgender, two-spirit, cisgender, non-binary, genderqueer, gender expression, gender fluid, gender neutral, male, female (I recognize those two), agender, pangender, third gender, etc... Then to add to the confusion there are many sexualities being set forth by educated idiots of our world! Some of these are, aromatic, alloromatic, allosexual, androsexual, asexual, sex-averse, sex-favorable, sex-indifferent, sex-repulsed, cupiosexual, libidoist asexual, graysexual, and grayromantic, autoromantic, autosexual, bicurious, biomantic, bisexual, demiromantic, demisexual, gay, gynesexual or gynosexual, heteromantic, heterosexuality, humoromantic, homosexuality, lesbian, monosexual, multisexual, pansexual and onmisexual, panromantic, polysexual, queer, skoliosexual, spectrasexual, etc... What happened to the understanding found in the Bible ... Genesis 1:27 "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."
  6. Matthew 24:7-14, “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. (8) All these are the beginning of sorrows. (9) Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you, and you shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. (10) And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. (11) And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. (12) And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. (13) But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. (14) And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” To stand for light and truth no matter the cost is not often taught in Christian churches today, for we live in a world of compromise where churches themselves go against the word of God and the people are taught by homosexual and lesbian ministers and follow other things that are in conflict with the Bible. There are Christian churches that allow evil to not only be taught but to be celebrated. The Lord has never celebrated evil and there will be a reckoning for all who call darkness light and evil good, and we all shall answer for the lives that we live, for all of us will reap what we have sown. Darkness has won many victories and the days are coming when those who serve the Lord shall be hated and persecuted, and the days shall come where some will pay with their very lives. This is not part of a feel good message preached unto the masses, but it is reality, and it is written in the Bible, and we are entering into the days spoken of by the prophets and by the Lord Jesus himself.
  7. The media unfortunately believes they get to name the president. But by our constitution each secretary of state must sign off on the official tabulation of the votes and the electoral votes must be cast. It is also right that the president in office can dispute the election if they feel there have been irregularities and there has been a lot of evidence of that in this election. The actual determination of the who will be president may not be completed for some time yet. Appreciate the comments.
  8. Reminds me of a story I heard of... A new mayor took office and when he sat down at his desk in the office of Mayor he noticed three envelopes marked 1,2 and 3 in the center drawer with a note attached stating to the attention of the new mayor. The note stated once you start having issues as the new mayor open envelope 1. Well things went fine for a while but then the new mayor started having problems so he opened envelope one. Inside it simply said ..." Blame your predecessor". So that is what the mayor did and it worked for awhile but more problems came so he opened envelope 2, in it was a simple note ... "tell them you have a plan". This also worked for a while but bigger issues arose so he finally opened envelope 3, in it it said, "fill out 3 envelopes"
  9. Disagreement even passionately doesn't always have to mean argument. I do realize that Christians can sincere in what they do, but one can be sincere and still be wrong. But those who did vote for Biden are supporting the ideology of the party that he stands with. I greatly desire to see how they can justify the supporting of abortion. But usually they deflect by voicing that Trump's behavior was bad and do not have a ready reply as to why they ignore the word of God in regards to life. How can a Christian no matter of how little they like Trump support what is clearly wrong. In regards to Trump's lack of finesse at times, Trump would have done better not to have replied to all that disagreed, but also I know that he was fought against and attacked the moment he took office. Its amazing that the party that declared the election was corrupt and the election was influenced by Russia are the same one that are now saying that the election can't be tampered with and that Trump shouldn't fight it.
  10. "lesser christian", I never said that anyone who didn't vote for Trump was a lesser Christian. I am saying that any Christian that voted for Biden voted for an agenda and ideologies that embrace the murder of the innocent is in the support of something that goes against the very word of God. They will have to work that out with the Lord and seek their own justifications.
  11. Actually they did win by a landslide until the left starting their attempt at a bloodless coup by deception and fraud. President Trump is not a perfect man but has been the right man for what has been needed in this country.
  12. I am not republican. I am Christian. I have never stated that Trump is a perfect man not is the Republican party perfect but they are the best choice of the two. The democratic party openly stands for the murder of babies even after birth ... this as a Christian I will never and can never support. I never "mind my own business" if that means being silent in what is right. Silence can be acceptance and I will not be accepting of darkness or evil. The murder of the unborn is darkness and evil and any who support this are supporting this ideology.
  13. Well, that would leave out Biden as well, so who is our choice?
  14. God is love and Christians should be loving and should follow the pattern of love, that being to love the Lord God and the Lord Jesus first and most and then their spouses and all others. I also know there are levels of love. Though I love the stranger it is not the same depth of love as I have for family. This is natural for love grows with familiarity, just as my love continually grows for the Lord as I continue to grow in knowledge of his ways. But I have seen both Christians and those that are not Christians show a misunderstanding of John 13:35. "By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one to another." That is a good and true statement. However, it is misused by some to imply that if you disagree then you are unloving. For example if you have love for a family member but they are living in open sin. Then you continue to love them but that love did not embrace the sin or action or in anyway condone their behavior. So we love them but do not agree with their choices. Love does not imply acceptance of what goes against the pure love that is God. The very standard of love must be God for He is love. But in his great love God does not love or condone wrong, evil, wickedness or sin. He loves but does not accept these things. God cannot go against who He is. God doesn't choose to love or to be good, God doesn't make the choice for that is who He is, He is love and good and cannot go against who He is. A Christian has to make the choice but the choice of love does not incorporate automatic acceptance and it also does not incorporate compromising with muted light or evil. Our love must be based upon the love that is suppose to be first and greatest, which is the love of God which embraces all attributes and laws of the Lord. Many will quote John 13:35 but conveniently leave out John 14:15, "If you love me, keep my commandments." These verses though written in separate chapters are from the same Lord and are not separate from who the Lord is. Love is the greatest attribute and greatest testimony of a Christian. But it is the love of God, the love of the law, the love of what is good, just and holy, and the love of others. The love of others is only one of the attributes of a Christian not the only attribute.
  15. There is one party in our nation's political system that clearly supports things that are not biblical. As I do not want to make too long of a post lets look at the one thing that is a blight upon this nation and is something as a Christian I can never support. I will not and can not support any person or party that supports legalized murder. I do not mean to bore anyone with scripture and facts but hope some will bear with me as I share only a few passages from the word of God. Genesis 25:23, "And the Lord said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from your bowels; and the one people shall be stronger then the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger." Here the Lord shows that twins still within the womb are considered to be alive and give a prophetic statement to the mother. Psalms 127:3 , "Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward." Amazing, appears the Lord loves the child even while in the womb ... He must consider it to be life. Psalms 139:13, "For thou hast possessed my reins; thou hast covered me in my mother's womb." The Lord knew David even in the womb. Luke 1:41, "And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the holy ghost." John the Baptist was alive in the womb as a quote "fetus". Was Jesus only the Son of God once he was born or when he was conceived? There is only one political party within our nation that boldly embraces the murder of the innocent, even after they are born. How oh how can any Christian support this? My heart grieves..... how, please tell me how????
  16. I went to the site mentioned. I agree with what you posted. Censorship in Facebook is primarily for those who express Christian and conservative views, sad but true and getting worse. A group of my friends have gone over to Parler as an alternative.
  17. I know things will get worse. I do not agree that Biden has apparently won. The media, though they hate this, do not have the constitutional authority to name a president. The media is on the side of darkness and will not cease to fight against what is good and just. There is an attempt for a bloodless coup going on in this nation right now. If justice wins out and Trump is reaffirmed as president for the next four years the riots will continue. Darkness doesn't even attempt to hide anymore and is becoming louder and more insistent each day. We see in this nation that the media including Facebook and Twitter no longer want truth to have a voice. The terrorist groups of "black lives matter" and "antifa" will continue to have "peaceful" protests, though they will be thrilled about having a president of darkness there will still be rioting for darkness loves destruction and darkness loves confusion.
  18. I know Thanksgiving will be upon us in just a few weeks. It is one of my favorite holidays and one of the few that I observe. It is a special day that is full of good food and time with family. It is also a special day set aside by a nation to give thanks unto the Lord. But I wonder how many truly look upon the day as a special day to count the blessings bestowed upon our nation or upon our families? I wonder how many pause to say a blessing before the meal or to give thanks? My wife and I always say a blessing before each and every meal be it at home or at a restaurant. We don't make a big show of it but feel it is important to thank our Lord for his providing for us. I don't see it happen very often in restaurants but I always rejoice when I see others do it. What about you and/or your family do you say a blessing before each meal? If not ... why not?
  19. Yes the Lord Jesus was all those things. We are to be warriors of light. We are to rule over our on bodies with the strength that comes from them. The Lord Jesus is our High Priest. We only fulfill the duties of a priest by being servants and by being living sacrifices. But many duties of the priest we do not fulfill at this time. Jesus loved all men but fought against principalities of evil. He fought against the ways of evil and was a Mighty Warrior and King each day of his life as he continually conquered the darkness by not allowing sin in his life. He fought against hypocrisy, injustice, lies, ignorance, sin, etc....We are to do the same. The Lord died for all that all could repent and turn from the ways of darkness. We are to seek to love all but fight against the acts of evil and darkness. The Lord never condoned evil and wrong, The Lord never compromised and neither can we.
  20. Not sure I understand the question.
  21. Yes, pray first of all. Pray for mighty things for we serve a Mighty God. Yes, vote. Also do not be silent when silence is betrayal of what is good, just and holy. Set the example of walking in faith without fear. The prayers of a righteous man will accomplish much.
  22. “An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last.” … Winston Churchill Appeasement is a political strategy of trying to pacify a potentially hostile nation in the hope of avoiding a war by often making concessions as a way of compromise. It is a term often applied to the diplomatic philosophy of Great Britain’s Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain in his efforts to prevent war with Italy and Germany prior to the Second World War. When the desires of your enemy are clear, and the threat is real and well established, there is nothing to be gained in trying to pacify your enemy through appeasement. The gap between light and darkness and the distance between right and wrong increases, and it is past compromise with evil that has weakened the foundation of that which is just, right, and good, and further appeasement will only weaken that which has already been compromised. At times, there is a need for diplomacy, and some compromise may be beneficial, but compromise with evil and appeasement with a known enemy is not the way unto victory. When truth and light compromise with lies and darkness the result is always the same, evil gains power and good is weakened. The policy of appeasement with a known enemy is the pathway to defeat. At this time our greatest enemy is within our nation and not with other nations. We are at war with darkness and darkness seeks destruction of all that is good and just and does not seek compromise and does not seek peace. For those who desire peace at all costs will only be seen as weak by those of darkness. I pray for mercy upon our nation at this time but I do understand that there is a difference between seeking mercy and seeking peace. We must be Christian warriors ready to stand up for our religious freedoms and rights given unto us by God not by government.
  23. Civil partnership is just a polite word for the evil this man is promoting. But many prefer different terminologies. Here are a few: Fetus instead of life, Choice instead of murder, Civil partnership instead of sexual perversion, Sexual orientation instead of pedophilia. It is all a way to hide the evil and make it all more acceptable of defensible to many. it works. I use it myself at times.... I don't snore, I breath heavy. I don't have fat its all just relaxed muscle....
  24. We need to be voices of light as well as vessels of love. It is possible to be both. We must be bold in our walk with a forehead of flint but with hearts of love, but with the foremost and greatest love being for our Lord God and our Lord Jesus.
