Are you the guy who's been on the streets? Are you still on the streets? I have spent many years on the streets myself, since I was 15. When I first moved to Brisbane, Australia, I was constantly battling staying off the streets. What actually helped me was not settling for any accommodation that would be worse than the streets itself. I found that the only way to manage being on the streets was taking with me the thing's I needed to survive, and not getting involved with the wrong people out there.
Although, that's easier said than done when you're desperate. Also it's alot safer to crash someplace in the suburbs, than close to city area's. Use the public's resources, like free food, free water, free showers, free medical ect ect.
