Dear desire of every nation. Joy of every longing heart! Come Thou long expected Jesus, another advent hymn, but I tend to roll Advent, Christmas, and Epiphany music all together.

I love this song and I read the O Antiphons every year December 17-24. One for each day.

Savior of the Nations Come is really an advent hymn. But I love it. 1.Savior of the nations, come, Virgin's Son, make here Thy home! Marvel now, O heaven and earth, That the Lord chose such a birth. 2. Not by human flesh and blood, By the Spirit of our God, Was the Word of God made flesh-- Woman's Offspring, pure and fresh. 3. Hark the Herald Angels Sing. I'm especially fond of verse 2. Christ by highest heaven adored. Christ the everlasting Lord. Late in time behold Him come. Offspring of a virgins womb. Veiled in flesh the Godhead see. Hail the incarnate Deity. Pleased as man with men to dwell. Jesus our Emmanuel. Hark the herald angels sing. Glory to the newborn King!

I currently use ESV. Grew up with NIV. When it comes with the 23rd Psalm though, KJV since that's the version I memorized it in when I was 5.
