  1. Hi Salvation67 I think "once you are saved" is not appropriate, I prefer saying "when you believe". And it is possible to sin without losing your faith and your future salvation, the spirit transforms us. Example : 1 John 5:16 Maybe this topic can interest you : May Eternal guides you Shalom Hans
  2. Hello. Thank you everyone for your participation. I agree with the answer of Choir loft, I think this verse represents a miracle or sign to testify the impact of the event on the cross. However, I continue to have doubts about this event, a problem of faith and interpretation, if I have to read literally or symbolically this verse. May the Eternal guides us. Coemgen
  3. Good evening, Mathew 27:51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; Mathew 27:52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, Mathew 27:53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. These events seem to occur just after the temple veil was torn. Are these verses original? Can we literally read this passage? Ieshoua (Jesus) is the first born of the creature, among many brothers. The bodies of these saints saw corruption, how were they seen in the city..... Thank you for your comments.
  4. Hello, No, satan is not a bad specific angel who can attack us physically. May Eternal guides us.
  5. Hello, thank you all for what you have shared on this topic. For now, I really don't know what I have to think about NDE. May the Eternal guides us.
  6. Hello, I have listened to a lot of things about NDE (Near-Death-Experience) and I don't really have a definitive view on this issue. All over the world, we have different histories of this phenomenon and it seems that our culture influences our vision. For example, people often sees a white tunnel in Europe, while other populations will face something else. Is the NDE real and do we have an answer to this question in the Bible (Paul's experience for example)? A minority of people says they could see their bodies and objects from the ceilings (out-of-body experience) in the room where they were, but is it real or a construction of the human brain...thank you for your answer. Cordially,
  7. Hi there. The servant of the Eternal will be the king. Mathew 20:28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered (to be served) unto, but to minister (serve), and to give his life a ransom for many.
  8. Hello. Ephesians 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; Ephesians 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Ephesians 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
  9. Shalom Journey365, You do not need to pray directly to the Holy Spirit, it is not a person. Ask the father to give you his holy thoughts in your thoughts, his holy spirit in your mind, as he did to communicate with his son. Only the father began to send the holy spirit in the name of his son (John 15:16; John 16:23-24) who in turn sent him to the disciples. The goal is union, to be one in him (the father), one in them (the father and the son), then, one in us (John 17:21). Whether or not you perform a great miracle, the sacred breath is first and foremost the path of truth and life from the father in the son (John 14:6). The father gave the life to the son, the man Yeshoua, and wants to give this life to you by him. John 16:13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you in all the truth, for he will not speak of himself, but of all that he hears, he will say it, and will make you know the things to come. The sacred breath gradually transforms your mind, it will also do so with your body for the resurrection. Seek to please the father with love, the only creator. We must make the difference between this holy Spirit and his gifts. May the Eternal guides us.
  10. Hi LeeGreenForest, The man Yeshua became the lord and the anointed one because the only God, the father, gave him authorities after his wonderful work. Acts 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ
  11. Shalom ; Unfortunately, divisions were necessary because of the sound doctrine. Have a good day.
  12. Hello Com7fy8, What sort of faith are they losing? If you said that faith is trust, then they can lose the confiance. Of course, the love, light, wisdom, wisdom and word of God do not fail, but we must keep them in us day after day (2 Corinthians 4:16) by the holy breath. When king Saul, who had probably faith and love, disobeyed the Eternal and Samuel, he completely lost the throne for him and his descendants (1 Samuel 13:9-14). If his sin had been worse, he could have lost his life according to the law. . Jesus gave the parable of the sower in Matthew 13:1-23, this is the seed of faith. The seed needs holy water, because it can be weak, even if you sincerely believe. Faith in love IS this love to obey the commandments in your new heart : 1 Corinthians 7:19 - 1 John 2:2-5 - Revelation 14:12. Love your God. The man Ieshoua (Jesus) wanted to do his will, but above all his father's will (Matthew 26:42; Colossians 4:12). And Philippians 2:13 represents for me the supremacy of God, he will fulfill his plan, his promise, he guides us and changes our heart rightly, but he leaves freedom in hoping to save us (1 Timothy 2:4). It is not too easy, Jesus said the gate is strait (Mat 7:13) and the Philippians 2:14 said : "do all things without murmurs or disputes". Then, the faith can be irregular and suffocated by pleasure (thorns). You mentioned Heb 12:14, the following verses are: Hebrew 12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; Hebrew 12:16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. Hebrew 12:17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears. Hope it can help us ? May the Eternal guide us.
  13. SHalom, @NickyLouse : Thank you for your commentary, but the destruction of a reward does not match with the context : Hebrew 10:28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Hebrew 10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? The faith in Jesus is not the certitude in a "knowledge" (Jesus died for us), but as I said, it is connected to the word "obedience". @Billiards Ball : Shalom. Yes, a believer can receive forgiveness after believing in Jesus (Eternal knows his heart and his behavior). However, a believer can also lose his salvation, the parable of the prodigal son can be understood like "a jew" who opens his eyes in Yeshoua (the chance for salvation) for the first time. For example, if a group of Israeli did not respect his father, they can back to him through Jesus (the feast in the parable) and keeps the commandments in the manner of the first son who did not sin (Luke 15:29). Sincerely.
  14. Hi Leyla, 1) I don't believe the planet was submerged 2) same 3) There was not any lion, tiger, elephant and kangaroo 4) see answer 1) and 2) 5) Depend what and where a scientist is seeking. Sincerely. Coemgen
  15. Shalom, In the scripture, people could believe in the true gospel and taste the heavenly gift, they were real believers. Gifts came from the holy breath, they were "partakers of the holy ghost": Some believers can really lose their faith, it is a real possibility. In Hebrew 10:26-31, we have the same kind of people, the problem is not the deliberated sin (God or your brother can forgive you through a true repentance), but to fall away from the plan of salvation, the faith. In this case, there is absolutely no repentance, let's give an example : If a Jew lives in the light of the gospel and know the power of the holy breath, we can't dismiss the possibility he abandons his faith in Jesus and back to his old state, little by little through a new philosophy. Finally, this person could believe that sacrifices can save him for sins. A true believer who does something willingly, break the law, can die too, when he return in the condition he had before. A christian who sin and try to change, can be saved. But whoever lost completely his savour will be thrown away, it is almost logic. Jesus was speaking to the multitudes and the disciples : Mathew 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men (Luke 14:34-35). A non-believer is not the salt. If the salt is the true believer in the mind of Jesus, he can really lose his savour. we can also read 2 Peter 2:20-22. May the Eternal guides us.
  16. Hello, Personally, I make a little distinction between the word of God and the scripture on paper. The Bible tells us some histories and also express the thoughts and word of God for us. Have a good week-end.
  17. Hello, The Greek verb "Believe" or the name "faith" is linked to the notion of "obedience", it is not appropriate to read we are certainly saved because we just "believe in Jesus" in a specific moment. Of course, we are in secured or protected by them (YHWH and Yeshoua), but the condition of this life are not always expressed in one sentence, we need to read the entire Bible. YHWH will see our works in the faith, in his day (revelation). Sincerely,
  18. Hello LeeGreenForest, The notion of continuity in the faith is important, we can also think about the perseverance. Whosoever believes (and Verb + ing) in the God and Jesus has (and Verb + ing) the life, he enters in the economy of life at the present time. The believer is not spiritually dead and will not dead. Some people can die quickly after believing, Eternal the creator knows their heart. Some people can die without knowing Jesus, Eternel can save them too. The true faith needs to bring true love (works), normally. Shalom.
  19. Shalom Nobleseed, I like your nickname. I would say "Why pigs are unclean". The main reason, for me, is that the pig eats naturally all... May the Eternal guides us.
  20. Hello, Yeshoua-salvation is the perfect way to go to the father our creator, we need to eat his body and drink his blood. He finished his mission on the wood and came back from the dead. Let's become in the image of his son, our brother, through the holy breath of God : Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. May the Eternal guides us.
  21. Shalom LeeGreenForest, The son of God is always a son of man, in the mind of the creator. There is only one God : the father. The man Yeshoua received all powers, honor, homage (sometimes translated by an "adoration") above all the names, except his God and our God. The messiah is the power man (god), if Abraham is "father of many", Yeshoua is "father of eternity". May the Eternal guides us.
  22. Shalom, How can we love the Eternal ? So many people in this world say they love, but don't love in the good manner or perfectly (the love of the world). Our creator is love, he knows better than us how to love, how to give a real love. We need to ask his thoughts and follow his commandments. 1Corinthians 8:3 But if any man love God, the same is known of him. 1John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. Revelation 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Peace.
