  1. Of course, with a ~ 410 parts per million concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere, we know that is a physical impossibility. Carbon Dioxide is a colorless and odorless gas: It also does not reflect or absorb any light within the light spectrum that humans can see. Even if Greta had some special ability to see into the near infrared, the absorption spectrum of CO2 is far removed from the human range of color sensitivity. But, this claim underscores how bizarre her activism has become, and people seem to want to look the other way instead of questioning her abilities and cognitive understanding of the information she professes to know.https://wattsupwiththat.com/2019/05/02/quote-of-the-week-greta-thunberg-claims-to-be-able-to-see-carbon-dioxide-in-the-air/ Opinions anybody? Did any of you read about her traveling to countries and warning them of what is to come if they don't get their act together, everybody seems to be taking in by her speaking up about climate change... Is there some kind of conspiracy to push this whole climate- change thing to get the world to listen to her? Very twilight zoney.
  2. I guess that is what you believe, and nothing will convince you otherwise.
  3. What happened that made you think this way?
  4. In this society it is a general consensus that certain thing's are wrong. Like stealing, like lying, like adultery, like murder. These moral values and many others have been taught to us by our parents, and other adults when we are young. Even though there are some group's that do stray from these core values that society accepts as normal, there are a lot more people overall who protect our current moral system. However, what I don't understand is this. Are the moral values that we are taught when we are young, values that we accept on the bases of belief alone? Or the fact's alone? Should we just believe whatever people tell us is right or wrong, or should we ascertain by fact's why one thing is right or another thing is wrong?
  5. In the biblical account of Genesis, it claim's that creation was originally perfect. There was no death or decay until Adam & Even disobeyed God's command (Do not eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil) However they did, and from that point they died in sin, which has now infected all nature on earth. Now, what I can't understand is this. How did these two people end up causing the earth and the universe around them to fall into death and decay? For example: Why do sun's that exist in other solar systems, in other galaxies decay? How did the whole universe end up falling into a state of death and decay, because of what two people decided in the garden of Eden that was unconnected to the rest of the universe.
