  1. I have (While admittedly not being a Christian, myself.) been trying to find a place where communication and idealism on spirit takes place. It was truly shocking when I saw sites declare a subscription fee to post, or chat with others. I don't know the bible word for word, but I know there are some things in there about the love of money. It seemed to ring odd and false to me when I encountered this. They were seeming to scam people for money using their faith as a vehicle. I wonder how many people actually go for this bait, out of what they think is good for their soul, and being tricked. Another thing I noticed was when someone had a problem, the only responses would be to read the Bible. While I understand that it's fair to assume someone can read if they are writing posts on a forum, it seems a silly thing to me that it requires scholarly study of the Bible to become close to God. I feel it is important to live through our actions, that we are good people and loving and kind to one another. If you are fortunate enough to have learned to read then there are many... MANY books to read on the subject of spirituality. Bible or not, if God instilled in us inherent knowledge of Right and Wrong, it doesn't matter what books we read (If we can read them to begin with.), it matters our actions and what is in our hearts. This is my second post so forgive me if I misread this place, but at the same time I don't seek YOUR forgiveness for posting what seems to be good words and observations.
