The word doubt. The just what three days ago just before I went to sleep He said "don't entertain doubt".

I just was watching something and one preacher says women come to the meeting and feels sick and gets healed. The other preacher says "maybe she was feeling sick but when she left she just felt better". I personally believe after this life He is going to show all the thing He did as in signs that I thought was just nothing.. normal. Thanks AIT

Well Eph 4 "that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness." "and put on the new self [the regenerated and renewed nature], created in God’s image, [godlike] in the righteousness and holiness of the truth [living in a way that expresses to God your gratitude for your salvation]." RDJ "God can say something else than a Bible text, but He will never go against His Word and you have to test it." This made me laugh. Well so many years ago you kinda get caught up with it has to be word for word in the bible or its not God. As if that book was all God could ever say. I'm sure most here have read some verse or word so many times and even looked it up in the original text and yet He shows you something that you can't explain how you never saw it before. Make sense? I have God's unmerited favor but maybe its talking about how we show grace to others. Do we ever let bitterness spring up? That would effect how we show grace to others :) Just one view

There you are. Haha.. I was just thinking about this and how to say it. Yeah I had heard some talk so many yeas ago about how faster it will be meaning what seem to take so long happens with God is much faster. I have personally witnessed this. As for something huge coming. It wont make sense but for a few years now I only see gray. As a believer you always know within you to live right in every area of your life but I can't explain it I have this .. not feeling but so much stronger within me to be right with God like I have never been before. Now if I was to just look out side Israel in full bloom yet being hated more day after day. What use to be wrong, sin, mental health issue is not being called moral. Try saying there is only male female in Canada. Christianity... I am reading hearing did just yesterday how we are a threat to democracy. That is growing every day. We are still here and the gates of hell will never prevail against it. Greater is He that is in us then he that's in the world. I do believe we are the last generation. It could be one more day or another 20 years still be inline with Gods word. Still looking out side this verse comes to mind in Isa "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"

That's it huh. Well so much happened when I was younger but .. lol well I was going to say when I got older.. no lie. I don't think people believe me when I say this stuff.. Children just believe anything and everything they are told. Take what I quoted from what you said in your post. Just take what He said and believe. He said faith comes by hearing hearing by the word of God. That's it. I don't read it for min, hours, days, weeks then ask "hmm where's the faith". We walk by faith we do not walk by what we feel and see. So He said it will come .. that's it. So just believe because He said it and know your not alone in this. Tell HIM everything you said here. Tell Him about losing faith or what ever. KNOW He will do something.. He loves you. The fact your here saying this shows.. He is working already. There were those that saw Him face to face doing so many wonders yet still said "I know you can but do you want to" "I believe help my unbelief". Ever time He ALWAYS helped. You ask.. He will not say no.. but huge smile and YES! Just don't think about it. Its all HIM.. you just read knowing you don't fully understand how but.. oooh He will do it.

I remember years ago went to see this preacher who would always say "they are normal he is wired" until one day the lord corrected him said "no your normal they are wired". Now even though I am a man I fully 100% understand what your saying. Also the part about someone passing away. At 15+ I went to this bible study for a long time. One night ever time I thought of the grandmother that also ran that bible study who prayed 4 hour a day. Every time I thought about her I could not stop crying. I called her about it and she was very very quite that was odd. Just after that she went home.

I'm not saved because I sin or never sin. I am saved because I believe He is who He said He was and where He came from John 3:16/Rom 10:9-10. Sin is fun for a season but what sin does is takes you away from God and then it will kill you. He loves us so much and He knows this is a fallen world. We come to Him as we are not only if we stop sinning first. For me 55y in the lord He has never once made me feel bad or guilty nor condemned me for any sin. The times I got stuck seeing just my sin wanting to walk away from all this.. all He did was tell my how righteous, in right standing with God. Its not how we see our selfs its how He sees us. Its already finished, Christ did it all not us. I don't have any right to sin but He already died for the sin of the world. So we are no longer slaves to sin but slaves to righteousness. Your looking at it wrong. Your "works" do not touch salvation. Some do tend to see sin as more powerful then Salvation. Stop sinning.. like He told the one "go and sin no more least a worse thing come on you". If we focus on the sin that's all we will see. Look at what He already did...focus on Him. This is not a race to see who is the best at not sinning for we all lost already. Who do we rely on, lean on when we fall is what matters. Never take your eyes off Him. Do not get stuck looking at self. Its all Him.. His joy, His strength, His peace, His armor, His might blah blah blah. My wife once said to me about 35y ago "if you love me you would not do that". Just knowing she was right was not good enough. I had to know I was wrong and want to change. I'm getting at .. I don't do good works because I was told to or thats what the bible says. Doing it that way.. well its not good works. It has to be from the heart.. its just in me.. I want to do good things yet there is the other side that loves so sin. Its a fight we do every moment of ever day no one is free YET from it. Its why in Eph we read "And be renewed in the spirit of your mind" and in Phil where we think on these "whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things" and "where we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ”. We have to do these things 24/7 for sin is always as the door. So you are in right standing with God not because of good works but what Christ has already done.

But the Law came to increase and expand [the awareness of] the trespass [by defining and unmasking sin]. But where sin increased, [God’s remarkable, gracious gift of] grace [His unmerited favor] has surpassed it and increased all the more. Well we know nothing shocks or surprises our lord. This evil has been here since before and after Adam. We know how it ends and we fight the good fight. Greater is He that is in us then he that's in the world. There is nothing impossible with our God and nothing impossible to them that believe

ONLY because you said "other ways" not sure if it falls into that. Out of all the times He has spoken be it His word, or within, or music YES. The one that still gets me today is I was 17 coming out of High School one day and crossing the street this car pulls up says "are you Danny so and so" I said yes. They said "the lord told me to tell you to run home". Yes the lord also confirmed it (always will) told someone else the same thing but they didn't.. they knew where I came from. Them not telling me. That cost them. They paid a huge price. When GOD tells us to do something. Those that know HIM and don't.. That one still gets me.

He paid the price every person would have had to pay. The sin of the world and alone. Should do a deep study on just what it cost God. People seem to think He came died rose went back as if nothing happened. Just having the holes in His hands and feet don' t come close to what it cost Him. I agree. I have and I am sure you have heard some that I believe are of God say they heard His audible voice...a ok sure.. praise God. I believe Christ voice is just that His voice same as in the NT when they said the Holy Spirit said its with in us that so many here talked about. He said "Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.” So as I sit here thinking about the times He talked to me (within) vs HIs word.. there is no difference. HAHA well that voice that talks to me.. I always make sure "where is that written". He always points to His word. Just thinking about it, its always been somewhere in His word. Ha.. well thinking at 63 yeah birthday yesterday.. you know I have never asked for Him to speak audibly.

Hey Starise.. how ya doing. This world enjoys the mercy and grace of God day in day out. Before Christ died and rose YES AMEN! He said I come to give you life and give it more abundantly. I like the dream I had not to long ago where I saw this huge plant and wrapped around it all the way to the top was this weed. All He said was " you have to let them grow together". We know where He talks about this. The point is He made me that was good. Ever gift every thing God gives to us He never takes back. So when we give every thing to Him He gives its back so much better. Not sure were seeing just who we really are in His eyes. OT He said let us reason together. God told Moses to go speak and he made God well a tad upset because Moses didn't want to talk was not good at it (oh man can I relate). Abraham if there are 50. Got down to 10 and God never stopped him. Everything with me is not evil. I serve one or the other. So now am one with Christ who is one with God. I have Christ in me.. God in me the sweet sweet holy Spirit in me. Yet I am still me the one He created just the evil the darkness is will be gone for ever. No I do not nor can I. 1st John 15 I like how one said it. In this verse Jesus started one of His commandments. Obedience to this commandment will produce joy in any disciple. Jesus called this His commandment, for HE gave it, demonstrated it, and taught how it works. A few days before this He taught that all the Law of and the Prophets could be summed up by the two great commandments "love... God with all thy heart" and "love thy neighbor as thyself". Love is the sum of both commandments. To love one's neighbor presuppose one's love for God. We love "We love, because He first loved us" We love others because they bear His likeness. A preacher said the other day and hes one that gets attacked allot by believers. When ever they come at him, he pictures them precious because they are Gods and He loves them. Our love for each other cannot go to the extreme that His love did in His redemptive work. But our love can be the same quality as His. We share His love; therefore, we can be patient, kind, without envy, without arrogance, rejoicing in goodness, forbearing, trusting, hopeful and Christlike 1st Cor 13.

We love, because He first loved us. My love is all over the place but His for me never changes.

Read luke 11:13." how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” The 12/120 were all saved after Jesus rose yet He told them to wait for the promise. Then all filled with the spirit came out lol and the song comes to mind by Carmen "were not drunk as you suppose were filled with the holy Ghost". Peter telling them “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." We read other times they asked some "Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” So they said to him, “We have not so much as heard whether there is a Holy Spirit.” Acts 19:2-6 "And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied." You feel something is missing. So I just posted what is written, no more no less.

I tend to lean to end times. I was just watching something about Nature and how its racist. Movie comes to mind.
