  1. IMPEACH! This is tyranny people. How far will we let them take us? Is it too late to turn back?
  2. Consider the source.... that's the liberal NY Times for ya.
  3. I love my country. It's the greatest country in the history of the world. If I say something negative about it, it's because I care about it's future. America was founded on Christian principles and I pray it never strays too far from its foundation. Shalom, Lane
  4. My favorite = Greg Laurie Honorable mention = R.C. Sproul
  5. Thanks WiP. I needed that. You are fabulous!
  6. Well... that's just a side-effect of my mission. I am in the "expose" phase of my mission to educate & mobilize like-minded people (conservative Christians) to ultimately counteract the attacks of Satan's forces on our society and culture. It's quite the large task to say the least. Shalom, Lane
  7. Public Schools: Awakening America to the Danger http://7cworldwide.com/index.php?id=10,157,0,0,1,0 ...A tough piece by Chris Adamo.
  8. First off, I'd like to say thanks to you, Leonard, for sharing that wealth of information backing me up! I am a Republican and I respect the views and the intent of the Constitution Party. However, looking at American politics realistically, that party has little to no impact and will not unless something drastic happens to the two-party system. I know you've probably heard this before and I am not trying to change your mind about it. I just want to explain my position. I believe we Christians better serve the good of our society (from a political/governmental standpoint) if we try to reform and make better the Republican Party from within. It's clear that the Democrats are going further to the left and there's no more hope of them ever being a party for Christians. However, the Republican Party is good in principle. It is the majority conservative party and there are a lot of good people in the GOP. In order to keep the Democrats from regaining power in the Legislative and Executive branches of our government, I feel it is imperative for us Christians to act rationally and support the GOP... that's not to say that we can't loudly oppose the GOP when they stray on certain issues, but when it comes down to voting in November, we need to use our noggins. I would rather have stuck with the original topic but I felt the need to defend my position as an active member of the Republican Party. Shalom, Lane
  9. They MUST be exposed for what they really are: http://7cworldwide.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=404 Do you want to live in the "Socialist States of America"?
  10. yep.... the time I used to spend on TV, I now spend online with Conservative/Christian activism. It's sad to say I pay nearly $50 a month for satellite TV service that ends up being about three or four channels actually viewed in my household.... they (and I will refrain from calling out the companies' names) know they won't make money if they offer
  11. We were on the same wavelength with our simultaneous responses, Gerioke!!!
  12. Sue, I'm definitely agreed with you on Pleasantville... we all must remember that most movies come out of Hollywood... where they praise Michael Moore and scorn Mel Gibson... where bad is good and good is evil. I watch MUCH less TV than I used to watch. If I do watch, I watch Fox News or even more often
  13. Yep... I highly recommend National Treasure! Great movie. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Try doing a google on the knight's templar You may be surprised to find it aint as nicey nicey as you think <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh... I know that. It is a fairly clean movie... and very entertaining, which is what watching movies is all about. If you wanted, you could rip it to shreds by going into the Masons, the Knights templar, relate it to the Da Vinci Code... and all that garb... ...that would be going down a rabbit trail here in this thread though. Shalom, Lane
  14. Yep... I highly recommend National Treasure! Great movie.
  15. You've hit on my subject here... I may differ in opinion with some of you but I strongly believe Christians should be active in politics. We should not and cannot allow Satan to have reign over our society and culture. Christians have grown much too apathetic, especially in the United States. I'd like to share with you all something I wrote for my website when I launched it last May: ---------------------------------------- Under the influence of God the Creator, and in obedience to Him, 7CWorldwide.com has come to fruition. The main purpose of my ministry, as it should be with all Christians, is to see souls saved. However, a charge has been afforded to me by God to carry another crucial message to the world. The root of this message lies in Truth. There is an entirety of Truth that the humanists realized decades ago. Shamefully, most Christians still remain oblivious to this great Truth. The corruptions we see today are actually just small portions, symptoms even, of one massive predicament. There is an overall totality that has come about so subtly that it hasn't even been recognized by the church. What are we missing? We're missing the fact that there are two world views, moreover, that one has overthrown the other. One is the Judeo-Christian world view. This is the view that our forefathers in America held when they were writing the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and all the laws by which people were to live. This is the view that would uphold and maintain morality in any culture that would hold to it. The second is the humanist world view. This is a view of permissiveness. This is the view where Man, not God, is the measure of all things. Dr. Francis A. Schaeffer states the following in his book, A Christian Manifesto: "It is not that these two world views are different only in how they understand the nature of reality and existence. They also inevitably produce totally different results. The operative word here is inevitably. It is not just that they happen to bring forth different results, but it is absolutely inevitable that they will bring forth different results." God help us. Now we are seeing those results. Schaeffer goes on to point out something else that really hits hard. Here is the excerpt: "There is no way to mix these two total world views. They are separate entities that cannot be synthesized. Yet we must say that liberal theology, the very essence of it from the beginning, is an attempt to mix the two. Liberal theology tried to bring forth a mixture soon after the Enlightenment and has tried to synthesize these two views right up to our own day. But in each case when the chips are down these liberal theologians have always come down, as naturally as a ship coming into home port, on the side of the nonreligious humanist. They do this with certainty because what their liberal theology really is is humanism expressed in theological terms instead of philosophic or other terms." Fellow Christians, it is time, beyond time even, to show force. We must stand up in light of these things and let our voices be heard and our presence felt. We have sat back long enough. We have prayed for a better day. The time has come to put some legs on those prayers and do our reasonable service (ref. Romans 12:1). 7CWorldwide.com has come to intercede. We stand for the Truth. We stand for Father God, Jesus Christ the Savior, and the Holy Ghost and we will not back down. William Penn said: "If we are not governed by God, then we will be ruled by tyrants." Revelation 3:2 says: 2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. References Schaeffer, Francis A. A Christian Manifesto, Wheaton, Ill.: Crossway Books, 1981. ---------------------------------------- If we care about the future of our society and the state of our culture that will be in place as we pass the proverbial torch to our children, we MUST make a positive impact politically. We need good Christians in public office from the dog catcher to the President and everywhere in-between. Here in the U.S., we know our nation was founded by Christians and on Christian principles. Brothers and sisters
