  1. al-Qaida's 'last warning'

An EMP could change that in a minute and they would never have to invade. We'd kill ourselves fighting over water. I was watching John Hagee the other day, I believe it was a couple of Sundays ago, and he was preaching about Israel. He has sources and this particular source had come to Texas and was in his office and he told Bro. Hagee that Iran has EMP now and could use it any second. When they decide to launch the EMP it won't kill us but it will put us back into the 19th century. All electricity will stop. Your cars won't run, no phone, t.v. no nothing. We will be in a world of hurt when this happens. We Christians need to pray! John Hagee says according to the Bible we are in end times and that we are the terminal generation, which he describes as the generation that will see the second return of Christ. Praise the Lord!
  2. What do you think of this?

I would be careful about this. I would say what others have said, tell her you will pray for her. There is a couple that live in a town not far from where I live, and a lady told them that she was a victim of hurricane Katrina and she was beaten and robbed. They felt sorry for her, took her to the hospital paid for it, and spent around $3000 on her. I guess she stayed with them for a while. Come to find out she doesn't live anywhere near where Katrina hit. She lied to them. They stopped helping her. She started telling the police a sob story and I don't think they bought her story either. You have to watch out and be very careful of people. Some do this for a living.
  3. It's Still Winter but...........

It's supposed to be even warmer today. I may have to raise some windows! That's the time I like it when you can raise windows. It's not too hot and not too cold! My daffodils started blooming last week.
  4. It's Still Winter but...........

Man, I know what you mean. We've had a warmer than normal winter. I wonder if this is an indication of what our summer is going to be like. Ugh! Hot and sticky.
  5. Banning smoking in the car...

I don't smoke and my husband doesn't smoke. I'm allergic to the smoke. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if they ban cigarette smokeing all together, but I know that will never happen, although there are some restaurants that have banned smoking! Praise the Lord! Christopher Reeves wife was diagnosed with lung cancer and she didn't smoke. She got it from second hand smoke. That is sad.
  6. But it feels like summer. The high today was in the lower 70's.
  7. This world is sick...

Very sad! Those families need prayers!
  8. Scary time today ...

  9. A dog's purpose

  10. Has Anyone Read the book

Jerusalem Countdown? John Hagee wrote this book. I was watching him preach on t.v. and they were advertising his book Jerusalem Countdown, and I found it at Wal-Mart and bought it. I'm in the middle of chapter 14. It's a very interesting book.
  11. I have prayed silently and had my prayer answered immediatly. Thank you Jesus! So spoken or silent he hears our words, and knows our thoughts.
  12. Gaither Pianist died

Hello, I'm new to this board. In fact I just joined, and as I was surfing through the board I came across this post about Anthony Burger. This is a shock. His family will be in my prayers.
