  1. I've got "Out of Zion" stuck in my head. Been known to just randomly start singing during the past couple of weeks. That and "Ani Ma'amin!" Oh well, at least it's worship. Ani
  2. Jonathon Settel is great. I still love his Ani Ma'amin! album. That's where I got the inspiration for using the words as my screen name. After all, I've always believed. Another person that I like is Sharon Wilbur. Her Our of Zion is a fun song, to me. Currently, listening to Paul Wilbur as I write this. Ani
  3. I have some of the evening services from 2008 on DVD. Amazing. I'm trying to get ready for this year's Conference. It would be the first one that I've made in the last six years, so heavy prayer. Ani
  4. It's been like forever since I've been on here. Probably because I'm running after my students most of the day. Anyway, to the newcomers, shalom. Ani
  5. When I was in Philly, one of my friends would sing for fun sometimes. Now, he has three albums out. His name: David Cohen and he attends Congregation Beth Yeshua. Check his music out. It's good. Ani
  6. Why not look for a Messianic congregation? Where do you live? I found that the best way to find the answer is to ask G-d and to ask the Jewish community itself. The MJAA (Messianic Jewish Alliance of America) at www.mjaa.org or the Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations (UMJC) at www.umjc.org. They should have a list of congregations and synagaogues on the site. Ani
  7. It's the last day of the 2007 Conference. If you have a chance to make the Closing service, go and worship in His Presence. It will be well worth it. Ani
  8. Alright Messiah 2007 is right around the corner. Of course, being broke doesn't help me too much in making it there, but hopeful those readings this can. Ani
  9. I just saw your message today. I was in Y'isra'el in May 2000. It was the best two weeks of my life! :-) I could have stayed there, but I had to come back up and get my Bachelor's degree. It will change your life. Ani
  10. It's 2007 and I have been busy doing a lot of other things. Anyway. Messiah 2007 at Messiah College is coming up in several months. If you're getting information it now, Great! Make plans to attend. I'm certainly going to try to make it this year! Ani
  11. Okay, so it's, like, near the end of Sukkot 5767. (I work with teenagers; regular and handicapped.) However, that does not means that the greetings stop. So, Chag Semach! May the ending be a blessed time. May the rest of the this glorious new year be just as sweet as the beginning of it has been, if not sweeter. Remember, even in the desert, Yeshua provides! Ani Ma'amin!
  12. Alright, we have MJAA regional conferences coming up: one in the Northeast and one in the Southeast. The Southeast one is in Decemeber, I think. As for the Northeast Conference, it is in NJ and it starts two days after my birthday. The Confernce starts on the 17th of November. Ani
  13. Please make sure that what you are saying about the Conferences is relevant to the topic and, more importantly, that you have really evidence to back it up. Otherwise, please be considersite to others and do not post it here. Thank you.
  14. For those that don't know, the UMJC Conference is coming up. It's going to be in Portsmouth, VA during the last weekend of July.
  15. Speaking of this, I heard that at the Holy Land Experience that they serve ham and turkey sandwiches there. Usually, in my experience, where this is ham, there is milk. If this is true, it's a really bad way to outreach to the Jewish Community.
  16. While I'm thinking about Conferences, we're getting close to the 2006 MJAA National Conference. If you haven't already made plans, now is the time to start making plans and go.
  17. The MJAA Conference is every year at Messiah College, in Grantham, PA. The location of the UMJC Conference changes every year.
  18. I got that in a e-mail from the Jerusalem Post. It's really cute.
  19. About G-d speaking to Peter, I want to clarify that. I believe you're talking about Acts 10:9-16. It would seem to say that G-d is telling Peter that all animals are clean. However, keep in mind that it is a vision and visions are not always to be taken at face value. Severeal verses later, Peter reveals the meaning of the vision; Acts 10:27-29. In verse 28, Peter reveals to the audience that G-d has shown him not to call anyone common or unclean (which focuses on the gentile). In Acts 11, he explains to the leaders of the Messianic Community what G-d has shown him and they rejoice with him.
  20. I've been living in MD. The Northeast Regional is the closest, as it is in New Jersey. The next closest one will be the Southeast Regional. Speaking of the Northeast Regional, it's this weekend, isn't it? I pray that it is a blessed time. I'll probably be here in MD, working or something. Shalom.
  21. I haven't attended any of the regionals, yet. I plan on it and keep information about it, but something always happens and the problem is not that I don't want to go. I can't afford to go. I'm praying against that, though. Have you been to a Regional Conferenc? What are they like? Shalom.
  22. Greg is going to be at the Northeast Regional. I wonder how his wife, Rosa, and the baby are doing.
  23. Amen to that. I join the prayers for you and for your healing. When I'm at worship, I can't imagine it any other way than by worshipping through dancing. Keep praying and trusting in Him. You will be healed soon.
  24. I was talking to some friends of mine from the MJAA. (Okay, so they're from Congregation Beth Yeshua to be exact.) They told me that the Conference was great. I heard Greg Silverman was great. I'm trying to plan on getting to the Northeast Regional so I can really spend some time with my people and the L-rd. Later all.
  25. I'm not going to make it to that, but I pray that the L-rd makes it a powerful demonstration of who He is and what He can do.
